Appearance: The armour is fairly bulky in large, but it is also chakra infused and it has the ability to weigh nothing at all despite it being extremely durable, being able to easily deflect away simple projectiles (ninja tools, and C-ranked and lower projectile jutsu) with ease. The armour covers all of his body and even comes with an helmet, though it is rarely worn unless the situation calls for it. The armour is black which is yet another symbol that shows who this person is since Bastian is renowned for his black armour. Only able to be worn with those with Tank Lv 3 only.

Name: Death's Hand [Quad-Spear]

Description: Simply put this a chakra blade that was shaped into a four-sided spear that can detach at the center to make two dual weapons. The weapon is decorated though the most noticeable symbol on it is the family crest on each of the blades that stands for "Nuitari". The weapon itself is only a foot shorter than Bastian, so the weapon is very easy to see and its due to his use of the weapon that Bastian is easily identifiable just by recognizing the weapon. The weapon is known to be used like a windmill in order to do jutsu that would normally require a fan.

Origin: Where the weapon originally came from goes hand in hand with many other weapons of legend. The weapon was said to have been a gift for a shinobi King, or a man who proclaimed himself as such. The weapon was meant to give the impression the man was everywhere at once to scare his subjects into subordinations. However such thoughts were put to rest when the great self proclaimed king was killed shortly after receiving. From then on the weapon found many masters only to find the man or woman would die shortly after attaining it. The weapon was said to be cursed and that it could never be mastered because it always killed its owner before they truly unlocked the true potential of the weapon. Over the decades it found its way into the treasure vault of Kazangakure where the young Bastian eventually found it. At the time the young man had earned many accolades on his mission and during war time that he was granted one treasure from the Kazan vault. He instantly picked the cursed weapon as his own and despite the warning he decided to claim it as his own.

Bastian and the cursed blade went until many battles since that day and despite the weapons best efforts, Bastian was never killed. He would fall prey to traps and even at one time was captured and tortured by the enemy and yet manage to escape with his life. It was assumed that the weapon relented and allowed Bastian remain its master. From then on the weapon became synonymous with Bastian himself, the weapon was even eventually named after the man and was considered his very hand. The weapon ultimately became a symbol of who Bastian was and anyone who was familiar with the weapon would know that its wielder was Bastian. As ti stands now it is assumed the weapon was destroyed when Bastian was assumed killed. However being that he lives, unknown to the rest of the world, so to does Death's Hand.

Description: This jutsu is an advance version of Kai only usable to those taught by Ginnai. Ginnai is able to reverse the effects of a shinobi's kai to where it fails once used. The requirements are eye contact at least, this activates a sleeping trap genjutsu. Once kai is used by the victim it will not work the first. In order to use kai normally to break the trap will require a C-rank Kai to be used. Genjutsu users will require only a D-rank Kai to be released from the trap. In either case Kai must be used twice, once to break the trap and another to break the original genjutsu.

It s pretty much impossible, Kai is used to completly stop the flow of chakra within the body, This is how genjutsu are stopped, So if ones chakra is stopped a secondary genjutsu can't be placed on them due to the genjutsu being unable to alter and manipulate there chakra flow.

Name: Conquest: Shunshin no Jutsu I

Description: This jutsu is an advanced version of the academy ninjutsu Shunshin. After years of studying all aspects of the jutsu, in terms of how it effects the body to cover long distances, Ginnai learned to make the jutsu affect his body as a whole. His natural reflexes and attack speed are increased depending on how much chakra he puts into the jutsu itself. Out of all the Conquest kejutsu, this is considered the strongest due to the fact it is able to combine with other jutsu making each attack faster and more deadly. The average speed of the movement easily 10% higher than average speed of one equal to the users rank.

this jutsu is like having a speed SC so remove the part about the average speed. Normal body flicker is D rank and this could be easy abused and used many time so raise the rank to B

Ryuuka no Jutsu: What is the speed and what kind of damage can it do?
Karyuu Endan: Size, speed, damage.
Mist Waltz: How quickly can the mist spread, and can it be dissipated?
Great Dragon Fire: How fast is it, and what is the size of the fire dragon?
Burning Ash Accumulation: How quickly can the ash spread and how much damage does the explosion cause? Can the explosion cause damage to allies or just the opponents?
Dai Endan: How fast, how large, how much damage?
Touza: Never seen this in the manga or the anime, so it's either filler or custom. What can it do if you touch a person with only one of the hands?
Kyuu: Also non-canon. Size, speed, and exact amount of damage.
Kiba Kyuu: Also non-canon. Size and speed.
Raiton Bunshin no Jutsu: This one requires Kage Bunshin no Jutsu, and you don't have it.
Raiton Doragon: Non-canon. How quickly can it move? Can it change direction mid-flight? How much is "big lightning damage"?
Raiton Engai: Non-canon. How long is the opponent stunned? Can this jutsu just be switched on and off? How powerful of a taijutsu technique is "powerful enough"?
Raiton Kago: Non-canon. How quickly can the ball rotate? How much damage does it do to the opponent? How long can you perform the technique?
Raiton Ookami: Might be considered a variant of Chidori, due to the way it is used by Kakashi. I'd rather have someone else take a closer look at the way it is used in the manga.
Senbon Hell: If it's 3 of the user's posts, it lasts six posts, and that's only if it's you and one other opponent. 20 feet above or below the ground is too large of a range for a C-rank jutsu. Can pain also release this genjutsu?
Ginnai's Judgement: Size, speed of rotation and lateral movement of the flaming hurricane is needed. The fact that the jutsu incorporates both ninjutsu and genjutsu puts this technique at A-rank, especially since the flames deal high physical damage as well as mental pain.
Hellion Flames: This genjutsu is far too powerful for C-rank. Without the use of handseals and only using eye contact, the opponent can put the opponent in a genjutsu that not only leaves them motionless, but also causes mental pain and causes the opponent to pass out in three posts if they do not use Kai. That automatically puts the genjutsu at A-rank, especially if the illusion cannot be stopped via pain, which doesn't make sense because Shikamaru managed to break his own finger to escape a genjutsu that also caused a great deal of pain.
Snare: If it's a genjutsu cast on yourself and it only puts you to sleep without causing you pain, pain itself would instantly bring you out of the illusion, thus defeating the purpose of the technique.
Mind Sweep: If the rest of your body shuts down, your brain is not having blood pumped into it, your blood is not gaining oxygen, etc. You are essentially dead in every area but your brain, and that would only be temporary with no blood and no new oxygen reaching it. This would be an instant-kill technique on a sleeping opponent or on yourself.
Kai: I don't know if Kai is one of the Academy Jutsu on this site.
False Place: How large of an object can have its appearance changed, and can it change the appearance of weapons (making projectile weapons invisible, for example)?
Mist Servant: How many illusionary clones can this technique create?

Meaning if he is using a kunai to do this jutsu it would take a C-rank amount of chakra to perform this, however, if he is using a katana or larger it would take a d-rank amount of chakra to use this. He is able to his 3 before another chakra rank is required, meaning if 4 are thrown Tatsu can deflect all four only after putting enough chakra forth to perform this twice in a simultaneously. No hand sign required just focus.---- how short are the movements for the increase of speed for, make it pure C rank i think is more suitable as well.

I am fine with armour but the tank sc make you take less damage to start with then there blocking allportectiles on top of this, plus element damage reduction thats 50 percent from the tank sc and the armour that about thick ness or armour it has to weigh something and no have any drawbacks to it at all.
