Description: The blade itself is centrally black in coloration, in the way of the parts of the blade that can be made a different color. The hilt of the blade is wrapped in a black binding. The guard is of a very simple style ornate with two holes, one in either side, this being also black in color. The rest of the blade has a silver gleam rather than white or steel in color. The sheath of the blade is designed the same way that the sword is designed. With a black binding material wrapping around the top of the sheath and a chain hanging down from the top of the sheath to the bottom of the wrappings. A silver gleam is also present in the sheath going in a straight line along the material of the sheath down the area inside of the sheath of which the sword would be present. The blade has a single ability based in the mystical art of Fuuinjutsu. The ability of this blade is that the tip of the sword as well as the entire edge is lined with a great deal of tiny seals. The seals, are originally powered and thus kept active by a soul of a living being, the original owner of the blade, and thus able to remain active without the user placing chakra into them as the chakra of a well developed warrior of the shinobi world is constantly powering the weapon. The ability of the weapon is rather simple in that the blade's edge changes colors. The two colors it can change into grant two different abilities to the blade.

White: The white edge and tip of the blade absorb chakra across anything that blade were to come into contact with. For example, a sword swinging through an arm that was performing a hand-seal would cause the seals of the blade to absorb the chakra being put through the arms and channeled into the technique's creation, however the downside to the white edge of the True Warrior Blade is that when it cuts chakra it cannot cut anything tangible.

Black: The Black Edge of the blade is the opposite of the white edge. While the white can cut chakra the black can cut through metal, skin, flesh and bone as any normal blade would be able to do. The seals on the blade are still active but functioning in a different manner. The seals of the blade change in form when the chakra is used to transform the blade into the black version, much in the way chakra is channeled to make a technique out of chakra nature and chakra form. The seals in this form increase the sharpness of the blade to be able to pierce almost anything.

Origin: Passed on to Kitaro as the next generation of the organization of the true warriors. As the eldest member of the organization when the previous leader died it was bequeathed upon Kitaro to continue it's mission. The mission that Kitaro has set out to do from day 1 of his life's true path. The blade was originally forged by the first member of the organization of the true warrior who attempted to complete the mission of the organization within a single lifetime. To rework the damage of a thousand years of ninja secrecy and kekegenkai obsessive power struggles. It is said to contain the soul of the organization's founder.

About White Blade: Samehada mixes the cutting ability of a razor and "cuts the ribbons" or if you would prefer causes massive amounts of cuts while absorbing the chakra out of the wounds it creates. This blade is much more similar to the blade of Death from Reaper Death Seal technique but i'll be clearer and fix up the ability description.

White: The white edge and tip of the blade cuts chakra across anything that blade were to come into contact with. For example, a sword swinging through an arm that was performing a hand-seal would cause the chakra being transmuted through the seals of the blade to separate the body of chakra being used from the physical body of the user. The white blade has no physical form as it is made of the sealing technique as performed and created by the original founder of Kitaro's organization.

Black: The Black Edge of the blade is the opposite of the white edge. It is a physical form and is made of a folded obsidian, folded four times over to create a solid and durable blade. While the white can cut chakra the black can cut through metals (Such as bronze, brass, iron, copper, and steel with enough force behind it.), skin, flesh and bone as any normal blade would be able to do. The seals on the blade are still active but functioning in a different manner. The seals of the blade change in form when the chakra is used to transform the blade into the black version, much in the way chakra is channeled to make a technique out of chakra nature and chakra form. The seals in this form increase the sharpness of the blade to be able to pierce almost anything (as listed above.)

You compare the white blade to that of the Shinigami's blade, however, his blade cut off the use of the limbs cut. Does your white blade do this, and if so, how long would it last? I wont approve something like that, where there is no real fix for it, other than a banned technique.

Oh not at all, the technique cuts nothing but chakra and does not extend, it is also not made of chakra and has no special properties aside from it's ability to cut chakra as if it were flesh and the blade was normal. Nothing hidden in the words, no tricks, just a blade that switches from chakra cutting only to something that is incredibly sharp-edged.

Thats a problem. The only cases of chakra cutting were Samehada and Shinigami. Samehada also absorbed chakra, so we dont know what chakra cutting is from that, and shinigami disabled the use of the limbs, something I wont allow. Elaborate on what exactly cutting chakra does, simply disrupting jutsu, or actually removing the chakra from a body, making it... "fall" if you will, like a normal limb, making jutsu impossible in that limb.

Alright I will go into explicit detail. Mind you this is to answer your question not to be an ass this time.

"If the chakra flow to a section of the body is blocked then that portion of the body will be unable to release any chakra from any of the tenketsu." {http://naruto.wikia.com/wiki/Chakra_Pathway_System} This is what happens if the system is blocked, which the sword does not do except for in the moment of cutting. When it references the failure of a technique it means simply that the chakra being process through the system of the chakra network has been cut off by the cutting of the chakra into two pieces with the blade having got in the way.

So when we have the chakra system working like..."Normal chakra is a form of energy all living individuals naturally produce to some degree. Contained in the "chakra coils" that mainly surround and connect to each chakra-producing organ, the energy circulates throughout the body in a network called the "chakra circulatory system" (similar to the cardiovascular system). Certain groups, such as ninja, have learned to generate more chakra and release it outside their bodies through their "chakra points" (tenketsu) in order to perform special techniques (jutsu)." {http://naruto.wikia.com/wiki/Chakra} The system requires a flow of chakra from the point to the release point of the technique.

Above is the link to a water style technique in use. In this clip Kisame goes through the handseals of the technique to build the chakra properly before touching the water to transfer the chakra, built up for this technique, into the water to create the desired effect for the ninjutsu technique he is using. Thus is the transferrance of chakra that I refer to in the description of the white blade's technique and slicing abilities.

So this sword goes through and only goes through the chakra network, it does not cut through the direct physical properties and sever the chakra network but it cuts THROUGH the chakra itself.

This is Kabuto using Chakra scalpel. The best way that I can describe the situation between the blades is by using this example. If the white blade were to cut through the center of the palm of Kabuto in that picture. The white blade would sever the chakra scalpel at the point of contact and remove the half that is not the focal point of the chakra being formed. Let's say it's being formed at his wrist and the blade cut the center of the palm. The fingers and the nearest to the fingers part of Kabuto's hand would be severed from the focal point from the chakra and thus have no source and dissipate but Kabuto's hand would be perfectly fine with no damage.

You couldve just said chakra disruption, but that works too. I seem to have forgotten the blade edge though, Id like to know, could it cut through chakra blades? or perhaps Kaguya bones?

Black Blade could cut through anything of a steel strength or lower, maximum steel requiring a good amount of strength and effort behind it. Bone could be cut because it is bone, Chakra blade depends on the strength or metal enhanced.

Kaguya bones have been shown to be stronger than steel, so they wouldnt be cut. Other than that, I see no problem.
