Naruto Mirage

A great war...


A small quarrel turned into a war, for their friendship was built on lies. The other nations expected something like this to happen sooner or later, but they never thought it would be between two nations of the same alliance. In a race against time the mighty island nation Shippuu managed to set up a fleet that would that would quickly be recognized as one of the strongest fleets in the world of Mirage. The opponent was their former ally, a nation that was located in the desert, and it used it's territory to its advantage. Shippuu would never be able to launch an attack from sea, they would be forced to set foot on land in order to attack Sabaku.

They were the strongest members from their clans, Dominic Edrick, and Nahaji Sankuro. Their ally Boufuu was in a dilemma, what could they do to stop them? Shippuu and Sabaku were both allies of the same Triad Alliance. The minor nations such as Tsuki were amused and didn't interfere at all, for a clash within the Triad Alliance would soon result into them breaking apart. Tsuki's regents suggested to sell weaponry to Shippuu and Sabaku. They would both be in need of it and Tsuki would become more wealthy.

Former allies Hyouga and Kusamura agreed to form an union again. They never really ended their alliance but they didn't contact each other much after the various change of kages in Kusamura. Hyouga's emperor didn't participate and invested into Hyouga's army for more defense in case the war expanded to their territory. Yugure, also known as Dusk, took this as an opportunity to work more openly in the Gust, Mountain and Ocean countries without being caught. Because of this they were able to recruit various members of high quality.

Soon Shippuu and Sabaku were reaching their limits as they were getting short on ryo to finance themselves. Eventually the two heads faced each other on the shores of the Gust Country. Dominic had already defeated Nahaji once in a past battle, but this time it would be different since they were both stronger now. Both of the kages showed excellent battle skills and it seemed that Dominic was going to win, however a small surprise arrived on Gust's shores. A shinobi wearing a straw hat with white pieces of cloth hanging around it to cover his face. His clothing was a black and red robe decorated with red clouds.

Sabaku had hired one of Yugure's shinobi to aid them in battle. Dominic was now battling two high leveled shinobi at once. He managed to stand his ground with his dragon's help but this Yugure shinobi was fighting on a whole other level than he had ever seen before. This shinobi managed to kill the mighty king Kaiser, king of the Dragon Scroll, and gravely wound Dominic. But as these things were getting heated a large hammer flew through the scenery towards the Yugure shinobi, though it was dodged in a split second almost hitting him.

At first Boufuu was not sure what to do, they would just arrive to mediate between the two but Sabaku's act to hire Yugure was beyond Boufuu's moral values on war and caused Takeshi to fight beside Dominic. The battle continued and soon Takeshi had summoned his enormous snake to aid them. The Yugure shinobi then began to act on his own and didn't care whether his attacks would also inflict damage on Nahaji, he was enjoying the battle and didn't care who he had to fight.

Nahaji used this distraction to attack Dominic's blind spot but a swift throw of Mjolnir managed to stop Nahaji before he could lay his attack. The legendary hammer broke Nahaji's ribs and right shoulder. This attack was not aimed to kill him, but to disable him from moving and continuing this fight. Meanwhile the Yugure shinobi managed to blow up Takeshi's snake's head. As Dominic was focusing on the Yugure shinobi he suddenly felt a tight grip around his body. Even with all his broken bones Nahaji managed to force his body to move. His will was strong.

He was holding Dominic in such a position that he could not move himself and screamed at the Yugure shinobi to attack them both. The Yugure shinobi then lifted his hand and pointed his index finger at Dominic. Charging his chakra, it was building up into a small orb on his fingertip and was suddenly released in a flash as a beam. As the dust cleared Nahaji was dead, yet Dominic was still standing. As the Umikage moved blood began dripping from his body. He had lost his left arm in the attack.

The Yugure shinobi had no reason to stay so he then left the scene. Hyouga and Kusamura were happy that it was finally over, for them it was causing too much trouble in the world. Tsuki however got so wealthy that they got recognized as an offical major nation. Dominic has never returned to Shippuu, and the rumors are that he is living with the dragons now. When Takeshi returned to the Heat Country he went to Yggdrasil to seek some guidance. Yet someone managed to sneek into Yggdrasil and imprison Takeshi in one of the realms forever. Some say it was a Boufuu shinobi.

As the years passed by...


Hyouga's leader Tenzou retreated from his position as Fubukikage in order to focus more on his tasks as emperor. The next in line was of course the Shichiyou's main family's heir, Sakura Shichiyou, Tenzou's daughter. Due to Tenzou being possessed by the negative aspect of Yin and Yang back in the days, Sakura has an unique eye ability. This caused her to be born with heterochromia iridis, also known as eyes of two different colors. Sakura has caused for many changes in Hyouga that pleased many citizens. She is different than her predecessors in numerous ways, but she still respects her father's way of politics.

Tsuki had become so wealthy that they were recognized as one of the major nations. They were now a force to be reckoned with. The regents were still running Tsuki as a group, some shared the same interest while others had different ones, but they didn't let that come between them. These regent families were wealthy, so they couldn't afford quarrels with each other. Due to the war some of the regents gave up their position, an were soon replaced with new faces.

They installed a face for the regent's board, someone that would represent them terms of combat. The regents themselves were excellent shinobi, but often too busy to deal with stuff. In one way or another it could be seen as appointing a kage without power. The person they picked was boy named Turles whose abilities were unique to that of everyone in his village. He had the ability to seal wandering souls into objects and manipulate them. He carries five little puppets that he uses for this cause, up till now he managed to seal two souls into them. What made Turles' ability so special was that the souls he sealed in the puppets would still be able to utilize most of their jutsu. Turles acts as if he has no interest in Tsuki's past. Though he didn't care much about the board of Regents, he took the position to protect Tsuki.

Kusamura also had a new Sakurakage, a girl named Amaya. She was a fine shinobi from the Senju clan. She used to be the captain of a Genin squad, mainly because she enjoyed training the youngsters. Amaya was offered several ANBU positions but refused them all because she wished to do something she enjoyed. When the war was over she was selected to become the next Sakurakage. She accepted the position on one condition, only if her students would pass their promotion. For if she could not take care of three students, how would she be able to take care of a village? Lucky for the council, the students all passed using Amaya's teachings.

Shippuu's new Umikage was a boy named Kenichi. He used to be the ANBU Captain under the Dominic's command. He had favoured Dominic a lot and looked up to him when he was younger. At first he couldn't believe that he was gone. He'd rather believe that the Umikage died for Shippuu, rather than abandon his own village. Kenichi was requested to take this position by the Shippuu advisors due to his level of power, excellent master of the Suiton element and his fine skills with Samehada.

After Takeshi going missing, Boufuu was in a drag of problems. Their military was heavily reduced because of the war. They then decided to cut their ties with Shippuu to get themselves back on track. During this period the Nidaime's grandson Ryou stood out and was therefore appointed as the next Kanetsukage. He was incredibly talented in utilizing the Raiton element. Stories were spread about his birth. They say that Ryou's mother couldn't deliver him during labour. She looked up to the sky and pleaded for some help so that Ryou could live. People say that she was struck by lightning and as her muscles relaxed Ryou was born with a Lichtenberg figure on his arm.

And now we're here...


It is the beginning of a new era in Mirage, new faces are going to rule the world. What will they do and what will you do? What nation will come up on top this time? Who will be strongest? Is it you?
