Bloodline: Rantonsouzousha Release (Stormcreator Release) (wind, water, And lightning): The powerful ability of the Arashisouken Clan, Stormcreator Release, allows the user to control clouds. More specifically, storm clouds. Using the three chakra elements wind, water, and lightning to either create artificial storms with artificial clouds or use the clouds in the sky to attack the enemies. This happens by using the water element and the lightning element to create something similar to a fog or mist and the using the wind element to gather and condense the fog and shooting lightning one more time therefore making a thundercloud. That’s the way to create an artificial storm cloud. If there natural clouds in the sky, then all is left is to add lightning or more water if it’s to last longer. The only way to actually use Stormcreator Release is to be a member of the Arashisouken Clan and have those specific elements. Note: almost every ninja confuses the Arashisouken Clan with the Ranton users of kumogakure. However, this is not true because the kumo Ranton users combines lightning and water based chakra to create energy beams which is an advance nature kekkei genkai.

Description: Suto-museisei kumo inin no Jutsu (Stormcreate cloud charge) the activation sequence for the Arashisouken Clan Bloodline. The user focuses the three elemental chakra, fuuton, suiton, and ration, and fuse them together create ranton chakra. After the activation, ranton jutsus are available for use. For inexperience members, the activation last only 6 post before jutsu cancels out. For experienced members, the activation lasts until the user cancel out the bloodline or loses concentration when making ranton jutsus. It has a cool down of 3 once the bloodline is deactivated or after the 6 posts.

Description: An altered and advanced form of the Shunshin no Jutsu (Body flicker Technique) created to suit the Arashisouken Clan’s element. This version is different than the normal and elemental version due to fact that instead of smoke, it leaves clouds. This can also be use to capture the enemy when caught in the storm cloud. Can be used 6 times per post and has a cool down of 4.

Description: Rantonseisei Myaku no Jutsu (Stormcreate Pulse Technique), the primary offensive jutsu of the Arashisouken Clan. The user creates a miniature storm cloud in his hands and then releases. The storm cloud then expands into a small tornado. The enemies in its way are sucked in to the tornado and are electrocuted to death. This jutsu can be use 5 times per posts and has a cool down of 2.

Description: Rantonseisei Jiten Kyuu no Jutsu (Stormcreate Rotation Sphere Technique); the primary defensive jutsu of the Arashisouken Clan. The user starts by creating two storm clouds in his palm. These storm clouds acts as magnets by attracting other clouds in the sky, if there are no clouds then the user will have to create them artificially, which will float around the user. When the user starts spinning, the clouds begin to follow his movements, therefore creating a rotating sphere. An enemy that tries to physically attack the jutsu will have their arms electrocuted while low and some mid jutsu based attack can be deflected. This jutsu can use 4 times per post and has a cool down of 3.

Clan History: Not much is known about this clan other then the fact that they travel a lot. Rumor has it that the founder of the clan first knew how use Stormcreator Release by accident. Fact is that he realizes the danger that this ability posed, so created three laws that the clan members must follow. The first law was: A clan member must have at least the necessary elements before attempting to the Stormcreator Release bloodline. The second law was: No members should tell non-clan members the clan secrets under any circumstance .The final law: No clan members should ever become arrogant of their bloodlines.

You could say that they were nomads with a history. The truth is that they haven’t found anywhere decent to live in. It was now that the Arashisouken Clan decided to live in Suk no Kuni (The Land of Sky) seeing that it was the perfect place to live at. Unfortunately, that idea never came to be since the Arashi Clan was destroyed before they could even settle down. The destruction of the clan is a mystery since no one knows what, or more specifically, who destroyed them. Although, there are some survivors like Aaron, since the clan mostly kept to themselves no one knows if the survivors belong to that clan or not.
