Description: The user emits lighting from there hand and forms it into a spear. The spear can then split apart to strike multiple enemies. The spear is 6 ft in length and when thrown caan travel at a max speed of 28 mph. If the spear makes contact with its target the area hit will begin to go numb and wont be usuable for 4 posts. Once thrown the spear can not be directed unless the user catches it and throws it into another direction. The spear can split into 3 different spears each time used has a cooldown of 6 posts usable 3 times per topic..

The contact leaves the skin as black as ink from the effects. The dragon can be charged in three sizes with three different results. No Handseals.

B Rank: Half Human Size - Dragon can slam into opponent, able to knock an opponent back with the force of three football hits combined. Leaves electrically charged first degree burns across the enemy if they arent able to dodge. This stage only, can be released by charging into the arm and slashing arm like a sword. 1 post charge. 2 post cooldown.

A Rank: Human Size - Dragon slams into opponent, able to knock an opponent b ack with the force of a car at 40 mph, and tears through the enemy. Leaves electrically charged second degree burns and paralysis over the lower body. 2 post charge. 5 post cooldown.

S Rank: Double Human Size - Dragon slams into opponent, able to knock them back with the force of a freight train at 55 mph, and tears through the enemy. Leaves electrically charged third degree burns and the opponent paralyzed for one post, if it doesnt kill them all together from the massive shock. 3 post charge. Twice per battle at this level.

If the opponet is caught in the twister then he will be repeatedly be attacked by wind slahes that cause 3 inch deep gashes and or small fire slashes that cause second degreee burns unless he/she can escape or until the jutsu runs out. The jutsu can only last but so long about 1 posts and has a cooldown 5 in between.

Description: One round charge up rather than hand seals; Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object, this object must be something like a log or stone roughly the same size as the user. The size doesn't have to be exactly the same as the user but what this means is a person can't replace themselves with a leaf or a twig, nor could they replace themselves with a giant boulder, if questions arise over uses of this technique contact an admin but any decision they make is final. In addition this can not be another person unless that person is willing. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. These objects or other people must be within 50 feet of the user when the technique is performed. There is a 5 round cool down between uses of this technique and it can only be used a maximum of 3 times per topic.

Description: Minimum Chunin to use. The user channels an extreme amount of chakra into their palm, so much in fact that it takes on physical form and will explode in the hand before forming into its needed spherical form, for this reason a hightened understanding of chakra control is needed to use this so only people with ninjutsu as either their secondary or primary specialization are able to use this. When the technique is activated the user has two chances to hit their opponent, one in the post it is activated and one the round directly after, however if you miss the first time and have to use your second shot the power is considerably lower. If you land a hit the first time the rasengan dissipates and the second shot is unusable.

To actually begin the technique itself there are two ways, which way you use depends on your power level (rank). Chunin and Special Jounin require the use of a clone (any clone besides the basic E rank) to help them maintain chakra control and rotation, they must use the clone to continually spin the chakra for the time they need to use an A rank jutsu into their palm. For Jounin, S ranks and SS ranks the hand seals are able to be skipped due to their higher understanding of chakra control, they are only required to charge and rotate chakra into their palm for the same time it takes them to use an A rank jutsu.

First Strike After the activation of the technique the user charges forward and thrusts the technique into their opponent, the force power of the rasengan is enough to cut trough any material with ease. When the technique hits the opponent the the inital entrance wound is not to bad, barely a scratch, however it then rotates and expands out like buckshot. This results In a funnel like wound when if the intial strike was a three inch hole in the stomach it would gradually grow larger until the exit wound which would destroy the majority of the opponent's back side. This level of damage will normally kill someone within one to two posts. After the attack lands the user is thrown back from the recoil a minimum of forty yards through the air.

Second Strike Exactly like the first strike the user charges towards their intended target and thrusts their hand into the opponent. The second strike is made possible however by using stretching the energy that covers the sphere like a shell very thin, thus the power is considerably lower on the second chance. The loss of power makes it so the technique does not go all the way through an opponent, they are only able to make an attack deep enough to go in and expand about three inches in every direction. The damage inside does not destroy organs or tissue but simply ruptures and tears a bit. There will be serious internal bleeding resulting however.

This technique has a major drawback, however. The chakra drain and stress on the body make it so this technique is only able to be used once per week. However if someone is doing a large amount of in character battle they are able to recharge it through sheer will, for every three IC battles you are a part of in the cool down of the original use you are able to use rasengan once more, it can be recharged a maximum of three times in a week, an attempted start of a fourth will cause the user's body to completely shut down and kill them.

The wielder if hit directly with a B ranked raiton attacks directly will only deal 20% less damage to the user, raiton techs lower than B rank will only deal 40% less damage to the weilder if hit directly. Any raiton attacks passed B rank will deal only 10% less damage to the wielder at A rank and will feel the full extent of the raiton attack at S rank. The speed and near immunity only lasts for 6 posts once this move is activated. It will take 3 posts to reactivate the immunity and speed from this technique.

Description: Upon a one post charge of chakra throughout the body, followed by a single handseal, the user explodes with a neon color of their aura. The hair also glows a bright neon color while in this mode, signifying perfect mastery of this jutsu. While in this mode, the user stimulates the body with chakra to deliver a 110% increase in their overall speed, reaction time, and reflexes.(As shown in the video game.) The only jutsu comparable are the Eight Gates, which can eventually surpass this, and the Raiton Armor, which is slightly below this. The downside to this is, exhaustion sets in immediately following the use, if used for the full term of the duration. All other enhancements from other Ninjutsu negate while this mode is active and tunnel vision, along with half of the normal hearing set in.(Meaning no complex math) The user, while in this mode, can only perform one single ninjutsu. This jutsu lasts for 7 posts, but with an extra 10 chakra per round, can last up to 10, which would total 70 chakra, either at the beginning, or per round after the seven post original. Can be used twice per topic, 10 post cooldown.

this is a no as well raiton armour is below this I dont think so. The increases are way too high and would have to be S rank. also considering you have two ranks already you wouldn't beable to have another

this part of the jutsu does it absorb chakra the writing sugests that it does. The speed is too fast 30 mph top speed.

Also how will this jutsu give you immunity to raiton element as the jutsu is not of raiton element and makes no sence for you to have full immunity for so many posts reminds me a mini Lightning release armour which is a no.
