All have been laid to rest, all expect memories. Throughout the years, shinobi - men and women - have learned how to preserve the memories of thousand of great shinobi that have lived, and then have passed. Though, they never managed to gain the memories of Uzumaki Naruto, Haruno Sakura, and Uchiha Sasuke. These three ninjas are wildly known as the Three Heroes of the world. They are the mirror images of their legendary Sannin teachers, and touched everyone's life in some sort of way. Their memory though has been scattered across the world, and the pieces of their chakra find themselves locked away in certain men and women, wildly known as the Kages of today. They are the shadows and guardians of today's new era, and they seem to wait for something to happen.
They await for Madara Uchiha to return, the Fourth Shinobi War had been created by none ever than Obito Uchiha, Kakashi's old friend whom he thought had died. In this war, numerous men and women died trying to protect all that they thought was right and true, in the end - Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke had perished by giving up their lives to kill Madara and Obito Uchiha. Their chakra awoken a sleeping God, whom took the combined power of the ten bijuu, kurama and the eight tailed bijuu's life source and basically recreated life anew. These memories however, are gone, and cannot be recreated or found in any memory book, or even in text. This story is being told through the combined chakra fragments of the Legendary Heroes that each Kage takes upon their death and inserts into a crystal fragment.
However, life as everyone now knows, is finally changing. Kazengakure and Hyozangakure had finally came to an agreement of forming a grand alliance between their villages, rumored that they were related by distant cousins, this alliance would be greater than any had ever seen. The day of the treaty being signed, and thus the festival on the island of Heiwa, a new danger had awaken that day. The Sage of Six Paths was unable to keep a dark entity in slumber from the grave and beyond; a new five tailed bijuu - the Hydra - had awoken. In a fit of rage and unknown, the Hydra destroyed half of the festival grounds, killing more than five thousand civilians and shinobi alike. The Bijuu set it's eyes on the building where the witnessing six kages were located, and destroyed the entire building.
Three months had passed, and Sannins of each village filled the spots of the Kages, as many hoped that one day there would be news that someone had survived the attack. Only the Hyozangakure's kage had returned, apparently unaware of what happened. Because of this, many of the villages have returned hostile towards each other, many blaming Hyozengakure for the attack that killed each of the Kage's. Slowly, men and women of each village are elected to fill the Kage spots of each of the village, alliances are being forged and mended. But can anyone form a great alliance to take down Hydria, and once again, scatter all of the tailed beasts across the world?

Overall Appearance: Hakai is six foot, five inches and just under two hundred and twenty-five pounds. He is a a tall man, and rather built. He has a very tone skin and is completely covered chiseled in muscles. He is in no way buff, but has a strong slim build. He isn't rippling with massive muscles and doesn't have much bulk. But despite this he is well built, with broad shoulders and strong limbs. His body is perfectly textured as he is a work out maniac. Hakai has auburn dark brown hair with a long pony tail that hangs down his back wildly. The rest of his hair also dangle wildly and is tussled around everywhere. He has piercing animal brown eyes, that are bright and can be seen clearly by all. They have a cannibalistic shine to them as they are vertically slanted, like a wild animal.
His skin is not bare however, its covered in 100s of ink tattoos, from his back to chest, wrists, hands, feet, and even in his mouth. They are each a unique seal that Hakai sealed upon his body. They are on every inch of his body, he uses them from his unique weaponry style. If he uses up the sealed items for one of his tattoos he can simply reseal more items in the permanent seals on his body. Though have seals on his back or other areas don't make sense to most, he has a unique fighting style using his projectile mastery in unison with his other techniques.
Hakai is tan from spending much of his days in the sun, very little clothes if any. He often sun baths on top of the Mizukage Mansion, simply because he can. He is almost always seen without a shirt on and in a pair of shorts; but no matter what clothes he is wearing he is seen with Samehada on his back. Even when he goes swimming or surfing he can be seen with Samehada on his back. He never wears his official jounin uniform around the village. He normally wears a self made robe around the village with the words "Big Pimp'in" on the back; always wears nothing but short or underwear beneath it. Still remaining shirtless most of the time. Hakai normally walks barefoot everywhere, even to important meetings. But in battle he is seen in his full uniform. *character picture* As with his personality his clothing attire changes based on what he is doing. If need he will wear full battle uniform.
Overall Personality: Hakai is laid back and carefree for the most part. He always has a jovial behavior even in fights or battles. He is also very charismatic and avert to praising other, including enemies or other people not from his village. He believe any extraordinary jutsu or ability deserves praise and honor. He is a kind man and believes the best in people. He even gets excited if an opponents has great skill or does a powerful attack. But for the most part Hakai just swims in the ocean and goes surfing. He doesn't care for work. He is a carefree elite ninja, and is best described as a beach bum.
But despite these positive behaviors Hakai has a serious side. He has strong concern for the people of his friends and his family. He hates the thought have having to battle his fellow allied ninja. But if they to turn against him he would have no hesitation in killing them. Anyone who endangers his clan and the people of it, will be his enemies. He remembers enemies for life if you get on his bad side, there is no chance of getting off of it. He dislikes people who are always series, or are over cocky in their power. He believe that you should never brag, but let you abilities and skills speak for themselves.
On top of his serious side Hakai is a completely different person in battle. He can be describe as a relentless demon, ruthless and cunning in his battle strategies. In war young teens and experienced adults are blurred to him. It is all based on the headband and the side they fight on. He will slay an enemy without a second thought or a single thought of mercy. Because of his war experience and his ability to be a perfect shinobi. Which is why outside of battle he takes such a relaxed approach to life. For Hakai knows all to well that the ninja world cannot have peace forever. He is always read to step up when his village and country needs him.

Appearance:  Element: Water Rank: S rank Description: Hakai's greatest weapon is any Rapier sword, this one was given to him by the Samuri. After he mastered their sword art. It is sharp enough to cleanly slice, stab or cleave off flesh, without staining his blade. The weapon is perfection in Hakai's hand and is created perfectly for his large body. But after receiving the blade Hakai went back to his ninja master, who would help him seal the blade to make it even stronger. By in fusing a mass of water elemental chakra in the very core of the sword, the sword gain a interesting eff. The sword cries, and release water only a drop or so at a time. But if the blade was examined closes one could see it is entirely covered in a thin layer of water. Crystal clear, but the entire blade is covered in water. But the water never deludes the blade from slicing, and because it runs over it constantly it never dulls. It keeps it as sharp as any blade could possibly be. Hakai often uses the water as a distraction in a fight, by flinging it at someone. As they would be expecting just water to come off of a blade, it often startles them. But the water plays a different roll when it comes into contact with blood. The water immediately return into the blade with the blood. The blood is sent to a clear container at the bottom of the blade, where Hakai can open and get the blood. Once the blood is brought in the water reflows over the blade to bring in more blood.
Hakai's Golden Handle

Hakai's Black Umbrellas and Demon Umbrella

 NORMAL UMBRELLAS Hakai uses umbrellas for one of his weaponry styles. It's a common weapon among ninja from Amegakure, Hakai learned it on his travels and mastered its arts. It can be equipped with many senbon that can be released with spring-loaded mechanisms, which are used to perform the Senbon Shower. Worn on the back, the ninja can quickly open the umbrella and hurl it into the air. Hakai summons these umbrellas from seals on his fore arms and only carries one with him on his waist, he calls it the Demon Umbrella. DEMON UMBRELLAHakai has a single umbrella on his waist. The umbrella is made of leather with titanium alloid plates. It is light and easily wielded. The umbrella that has had several custom modifications made to it. It can spew flames from the tip of it and release blocks of exploding tags, comprised of 25 tags in each bundle. They are launched from the sides, their are four on the umbrella. Additionally, the handle could be removed from the umbrella to reveal a hidden sword, the s Thize of an average katana. Hakai uses this umbrella to glide upwards and around. The gliding is a technique used by Rain jounin to go from place to place quickly. Using chakra to situmlate the fan, to allow them to drift through the sky at the speed of an average ninja. Hakai uses his demon umbrella to release his strongest weaponry style technique.

Hakai was born in the Village Hidden in the Volcano. He was raised by his biological father Si-shen Onoki a Legendary Seven Swordsmen group known throughout the ninja world. His father loved Hakai and didn't want to tell Hakai the truth about his birth. So he told him his mother died in child birth but she loved him. Hakai was raised to learn how to fight with the sword and be a proper ninja. But Si-Shen knew that Hakai was something amazing. Hakai’s eyes first appeared when he was practicing with his father. They each held two iron swords in their training ground.
Si-shen attempting to teach his son a lesson on the importance of a good stance, purposely hit his son; cracking on his ribs. Hakai having Si-shen’s mighty temper got furious and lunged at his father. Only being 5 he still was able to swing with great rage and skill beyond his years.
His father seeing the rage and skill, need he had great potential to become the greatest ninja swordsmen of his time. But he also realized that Hakai was something else, that he held something special. But his father was constantly leaving the village to handle countless missions. So Hakai was trained by other Hozuki clan members. But Si-shen made sure Hakai would learn his custom clan techniques. Si-shen was happy to do it because he loved Hakai and wanted his legacy to live on. So he showed Hakai how to use his powers and ninjutsu. Hakai excelled and began to learn it on his own, slowly developing his powers. With the master of many techniques beyond his age, he graduated the ninja Academy at the amazing age of nine.
After the academy and became a official genin in the Village Hidden in the Mist. He went on a few minor missions, as well as continued to learn about his Kekkei Genkai. He then went to the chunin exam at 10 after another year of training. He went onto dominate the exams and bring great honor to the Mist village and his father. In the exams he saw what the ninja world was. There he killed for the first time. At the amazing age of 10 he was able to his clan’s hydration body technique . Around this time his father left for a mission somewhere near the village hidden in the sound. But he had all the text his father had written for him, so he began to practice all of his techniques.
Hakai than at the age of 14 was given the Rank of Jounin. He just continued to learn more and more jutsu. This father after a year returned from his mission. At that point he began to teach Hakai the silent homicide and the next level of his clan’s techniques. His father could not have asked for me, so he decided to tell his son all about where he came from. At 16 he was selected to join the seven shinobi swordsmen of the Mist and Si-shen was so proud. That is when he decided to tell Hakai the truth of his birth.
Hakai’s mother was a young woman his father met while on a mission to the Leaf village; she was a profession whore. Who slept with many powerful men. Though his father and mother did it out of the chemistry they had. As one of Si-shen’s codes are to never pay for sex. After that his father left and went back to the Mist as he was a bachelor and that would never change. Ten months later he was back in the Leaf area for a mission. So his father thinking that he could get at least one more night of a good time out of this harlot. She was at her home with 3 kids; a one year old, a 3 year old and a one month old. Hakai's father was shock to see the children. Then curiosity hitting him looked down at the baby. It had the women’s natural white hair. But the face, eyes and skin tone matched his.
At that point his father realized that the child was his. As only a member of the Hozuki clan could posses such features. But his father didn't say anything, because he didn't want to strike out with her. So that night a few hours after she had fallen asleep his father made his move. Using his master of the Silent Blade got dressed and made it to Hakai's crib. But as he lifted the baby an invisible string of bells rang out. The women launched into the room hold a kunai; looking ferocious at Hakai's father, Si-shen Hozuki. She order the him to drop the child but Si-shen refused, he would start a war between the two villages before he did that. Using his mastery of the sword, his father making two quick swipes to cut the kunai in half and put the blade to her throat. Explaining that if she ever came to look for this child he would kill her and all of her bastard children. Then left the Leaf with Hakai in his arms, still silently sleeping.
After that Hakai was shocked to find out the truth. But being raised by his father a professional bachelor it didn't surprise him. Then Hakai's father gave Hakai picture of his mother if he ever wanted it. But Hakai just tore it up and threw it out the window. He loved his dad and thats all he needed in his life. After that day Hakai knew he would be happy being a bachelor for the rest of his life. But Si-shen needed to leave his son again and Hakai needed to leave for his mission; so he gave his son another scroll for him. Inside of it was the final secret technique about their clan techniques. This would give Hakai the edge in many fights, as well as a body control technique. All seem to be perfect in his life. But on his 18th birthday two years after being proclaimed a legendary swordsmen, his father was killed on a Assassination Mission. It was a group of leaf ninja that killed him and for that Hakai would never forgive or show mercy to a Leaf ninja. That his when he first left the village hidden in the Mist and he swore he would never serve them again.
He left his home with his sword on his back and never looked back. He spent the next three years training and preparing for his goals to take place. As a top rouge ninja in the world he goes where he wants, does what he wants. After he fled his village he went to the near by Land of Waves. There he would storm the feudal lord palace. Many guards would charge at him but he quickly laid each of them to rest in pools of their own blood. Soon he would have the Feudal lord in front of him. He would have the plump man beg for his life before Hakai swung his sword. He would cleave off three fingers on his left hand. With a commanding roar he order the Feudal lord to give him the countries treasury.
The plump man was forced to oblige his demand. With in moments Hakai would have all the country's gold on their finest ship. Again returning to the Feudal Lord Hakai kicked the man to the ground. With another blow he cleaved off the rest of the mans remaining hand. Then looking down on the weeping man he said in a low voice. "You won't die so long as that wound is taken care of, tell the world the Hakai Hozuki the Demon of the Mist did this." With that he turned and left, in a few moments he would sail on their grand vessel. He would hed to the Sea Country to a place known as "Phantom Island." There he would make himself a new home and use the treasury of the Wave Country to make himself a palace, fit for a Demon.
Since his attack on the Land of Waves, the name Demon of the Mist has spread. His exact location is unknown. But he is wanted for countless murder in various countries. He has made a habit of entering small countries killing their guards and leaving without a trace. He is known by his calling card and his Silent Homicide technique. He wants more though and has plans to conqueror the ninja world. He lives up to the name of "Demon of the Mist."

If the initial attack were to fail, she can control the discarded weapons with wires attached to her/his fingertips for a surprise attack. However, because the weapons are thrown, they are easily countered by wind techniques.

This jutsu is done by covering the tags in chakra and release them at a target. They move at 6x the normal speed of a kunai.

Allowing for 7x the fire rate of this technique, making it a truly powerful weapon style.

Also are you saying that it makes more blood, sucks in more blood or are you implying that its sole purpose is to keep your rapier sharp and bring in the blood it makes contact with?
Demon Umbrella:
Description:
Hakai has a single umbrella on his waist, sometime he will store it inside of Samehada so to be used for a surprise attack. The only other weapon on his that he doesn't summon is Samehada. The umbrella is made of leather with titanium alloid plates. It is light and easily wielded. The umbrella that has had several custom modifications made to it. It can spew flames from the tip of it and release blocks of exploding tags, comprised of 25 tags in each bundle. They are launched from the sides, their are four on the umbrella. Additionally, the handle could be removed from the umbrella to reveal a hidden sword, the s Thize of an average katana. Hakai uses this umbrella to fly and release his strongest weaponry style technique.
Issue: Im not sure if you made this one up or if its custom, but im going to treat it as is; unless noted. First you dont have samehada and this description implies that you do, so alter that. Second it shoots out blocks of explosive tags ...should be fine if the tags are coming from your repertoire. Third i dont like that this can allow you to fly; i can understand that it can allow you to lift off the ground up to a cetain height but flying implies that you can stay in the air, and even control where you are going. So remove flight and explain how high you can go, and how long will it take you to get back down. So pretty much im gunna allow some gliding but not actual flight.

It doesn't matter where the source comes from blood is blood, and the swords sealing activate when it comes into contact with blood. 2.) The demon umbrella is cannon and custom. It was justed by the a Rain jounin, he had a different name for it. The only real difference between mine umbrella and his cannon one, is the explosive tag bundle. Instead of firing a spring load 25 stack of explosive tags, his fire a jet of fire like a flame thrower. 3.) I have as many weapons as genin tenten did. I actually should probably have a lot more. I am a weaponry style user. My weapons have to fight against ninjutsu technique, so I need as many as possible. Also titanium nails aren't custom they were used in a anime arc, for a weaponry technique. You can find on my weapon list. Let me know if you need me to still edit thing or make any changes. | |

| 1) I'll only allow fresh blood. The reason being is that your rapier is pretty much allowing you to obtain blood without having to hit the opponent. A single drop of water has to hit your opponent and you will have their blood sample within second,and into your grand technique. If that's the case you will pretty much kill anyone without even having to make contact, and it might land on some dried up blood on a scab and suddenly you have the opponents blood in your possession. So i will accept the rapier's ability to give you such an advantage, only if the blood is fresh and by fresh i mean it isn't blood dried up and wiped on a shirt, or blood stains on an object. it need s to be blood from a currently bleeding wound or bleeding caused by damage either self inflicted or done by you( like bleeding from the mouth, the guy bite himself, stuff like that)at most 3 posts ago. You might think that if you can deal blood its pointless, well its not because you wont have to use a weapon to cause the bleeding. you can punch the guy and usually when punched bleeding doesn't instantly happen so it might not get on your hands.
2) the explosive tags are coming out of your inventory every time you use them. Remove the stuff about samehada . and you can not fly you can glide. Describe how high you can ascend , how long can you remain in air, how far can you go, and how often can you do this.
3) good point, keep your weapons.
4) You need Ninjutsu as a specialty if you're going to use ... Ninjutsu

These are all ninjutsu also instead of speed as a spec, try taijutsu since you're already all physical. Your body movements will be better than most because of Taijutsu having to do with the body,technique, form, speed, and power | |

This is optional but I highly recommend that you start your S rank off with his three elements. 2) Another reason why you should is because your rapier is water element and therefore would not be able to use it’s water properties if you do not have water chakra. 3) I told you to note in the description for your water rapier that the blood has to be fresh blood and not dried out blood , such as blood on a cloth or blood stains. Has to be fresh liquid blood. 4) To clarify your rapier can not create more blood, it can only take in more blood. Water doesn’t increase the amount of blood in the storage it just gives off the illusion. I cant have you walking around with a gallon of blood when 99% of it is water. 5) Look carefully at you weapon and kenjutsu list, there is still two ninjutsu techniques in it. specifically : Name: Kekkai Houjin - Barrier Method Battle Array and Name: Homing Tag Technique (Hōmingutagu) . 6) Name: Hitei Mushou - Flying Nail Mist Pierce Rank: C Type: Weaponry Element: Description: After forming the needed handseal, the user will emit a flying mist of small nails from his or her mouth. These small nails can travel towards his or her opponent at quite a distance. This is not a weaponry technique. Weaponry and Kenjutsu techniques all are jutsus that uses weapons that you already have in your inventory. This technique is more ninjutsu because even though it makes weapons, its still making something out of nothing. Nowhere does it say that you put a whole mist of nails in your mouth, cause I don’t think that’s possible for your character, so therefore you have used ninjutsu to form these nails. Your torpedo jutsu is a good example of a weaponry jutsu. 7) Name: Senbon Shower Rank: C Type: Weaponry Element: N/A Description: After throwing a special umbrella that has been equipped with springs into the air, it will release a hailing "shower" of senbon. And if it can be blocked by a powerful shield, give me a rank for this shield’s strength. Also you said that your needles can be equipped with poison to become more lethal. Well if that’s the case then you must state that you have dipped a certain number of needles in poison, even if its all of them. Also being as this technique is pretty much undodgeable to those who are not equipped with the right jutsus , this technique can rarely be successfully deflected by one weapon , and that giving it a poison attribute would make it almost a one jutsu kill; this technique is already hitting S rank, especially if you can control every needle.  Name: Ishibari - Stone Needles Rank: B Type: Weaponry Element: N/A Description: This technique makes use of the users chakra as a paralysing agent. The user throws kunai with strings attached at the opponent. Once the enemy is hit, chakra is run through the string to paralyse the opponent, which will serve to either incapacitate the enemy or allow the user or an ally to attack. However, against those who can absorb chakra, this technique could backfire as the target may simply steal chakra from the user, while exhibiting immunity to the paralysis. We’re talking about paralyzing an entire body with one hit of a kunai. We not simply the area that you hit becomes paralyzed? Your technique doesn’t explain for how long the paralysis lasts but it does imply that you and/or an ally will have enough time to attack and so this technique gives way to big of an advantage. Even poison technique doesn’t cause completely paralysis when hit. I sense that this is too much for a non elemental technique to do, to an opponent. The only element that I know of that causes paralysis is lightning and even that doesn’t cause total paralysis. You put the only down fall to this technique is if someone has chakra absorbing abilities. I don’t think that ability is allowed here, and the only one close to that is the actual wielder of samehada so based on what I’ve read so far, she will be the only one with a clear chance of survival after being hit with this technique. Because the way I see it, if your character can not survive the attack, then there is a problem unless it is meant to be a suicide tech. These techs are mis-ranked and the S rank one would not leave room for Hakai to be safe, the explosion itself would be far beyond massive and im pretty sure hakai would die from this attack even being 100 feet from the opponent. 10) Every technique you use weapons for is coming out of your inventory. Ah so this is a fighting style, the way you describe it makes it seem like you can pretty much fight using the speed of body flicker in ever movement, keeping people from using hand seals. Hmmm normally that’s a no, but I understand the why of this technique. So do change the technique so that it your character can not harm with this technique, but only disrupt hand seals. And also say that this technique can be used 3 times per topic. Since there is no avoiding this disruption I cant have you keeping an S rank from using jutsus the entire match. Also write in that you can not use this technique as a follow up technique for a combo, as in you cant stick explosive tags on people when you use this technique. There is got to be some lack of control since you are moving faster than the highest rank on the site.
