All have been laid to rest, all expect memories. Throughout the years, shinobi - men and women - have learned how to preserve the memories of thousand of great shinobi that have lived, and then have passed. Though, they never managed to gain the memories of Uzumaki Naruto, Haruno Sakura, and Uchiha Sasuke. These three ninjas are wildly known as the Three Heroes of the world. They are the mirror images of their legendary Sannin teachers, and touched everyone's life in some sort of way. Their memory though has been scattered across the world, and the pieces of their chakra find themselves locked away in certain men and women, wildly known as the Kages of today. They are the shadows and guardians of today's new era, and they seem to wait for something to happen.
They await for Madara Uchiha to return, the Fourth Shinobi War had been created by none ever than Obito Uchiha, Kakashi's old friend whom he thought had died. In this war, numerous men and women died trying to protect all that they thought was right and true, in the end - Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke had perished by giving up their lives to kill Madara and Obito Uchiha. Their chakra awoken a sleeping God, whom took the combined power of the ten bijuu, kurama and the eight tailed bijuu's life source and basically recreated life anew. These memories however, are gone, and cannot be recreated or found in any memory book, or even in text. This story is being told through the combined chakra fragments of the Legendary Heroes that each Kage takes upon their death and inserts into a crystal fragment.
However, life as everyone now knows, is finally changing. Kazengakure and Hyozangakure had finally came to an agreement of forming a grand alliance between their villages, rumored that they were related by distant cousins, this alliance would be greater than any had ever seen. The day of the treaty being signed, and thus the festival on the island of Heiwa, a new danger had awaken that day. The Sage of Six Paths was unable to keep a dark entity in slumber from the grave and beyond; a new five tailed bijuu - the Hydra - had awoken. In a fit of rage and unknown, the Hydra destroyed half of the festival grounds, killing more than five thousand civilians and shinobi alike. The Bijuu set it's eyes on the building where the witnessing six kages were located, and destroyed the entire building.
Three months had passed, and Sannins of each village filled the spots of the Kages, as many hoped that one day there would be news that someone had survived the attack. Only the Hyozangakure's kage had returned, apparently unaware of what happened. Because of this, many of the villages have returned hostile towards each other, many blaming Hyozengakure for the attack that killed each of the Kage's. Slowly, men and women of each village are elected to fill the Kage spots of each of the village, alliances are being forged and mended. But can anyone form a great alliance to take down Hydria, and once again, scatter all of the tailed beasts across the world?

Teiko, what can be said about this man? Well, firstly Teiko has a head of red hair. This hair is almost completely bright red. While in the darker of lights it seems much less vibrant, when the light hits it right the hair makes an amazing change. Teiko's eyes are a soft brown that almost seem soulful. He has a small, cute button nose with a somewhat small mouth. Teiko is trademarked by his red scarf, though sometimes he wears a more pinkish one instead.
Covering Teiko's upper body is a sort of long coat like shirt thing that's colored black with red trim. This coat thing has a high collar that is usually obscured by the scarf. Teiko's lower body is being covered by a set of brown slacks that seem a tiny bit too baggy for him. For fashion, Teiko wears a red colored belt with a silver buckle. Below these pants Teiko wears a nice set of combat type boots. To top it off though, Teiko wears red nail polish.
Overall Persona:
Teiko is a submissive person more or less. However, he does have rebellious times where he doesn't always follow what his brother thinks they should do. Teiko has strong feelings for his brother as well. Because of their odd history, Teiko has abnormal feelings for his brother. In essence, he loves his brother with all his heart, soul, and body. Putting his brother above all else is somewhat of a subsidiarity to his love. However, one must understand that their relationship is complicated.
In all, Teiko doesn't hate other people he just needs time to get to know them. More or less, he isn't very social and he's quite lazy. Might I also point out that Teiko has a bit of a comical streak to him as well. He pretends to not be able to hold his liquor so much so that he might even fool his brother. If he sniffs something such as Sake, he becomes drunk. Now, Teiko has always been the serious person but, he tends to not want to fight. He'd rather sip tea or fall over by sipping sake than to fight.
But alas, once it is inevitable that a fight will ensue, he will battle with quite the finesse. But one must remember, he does want to avoid fighting as much as possible. On the other hand, when it comes to his brother, he almost automatically fights back. He may not engage in a verbal fight, but he defiantly will "push back when pushed." -wink-
At times, Teiko has been know to...act..different things. Just warning one, he's been known to act like a pirate or even some other random type of person.

Teiko's main fear is loosing his brother.

Teiko loves, of course, his brother, but aside from this he loves to just be that one guy who makes everyone laugh.

Well, aside from pampas nits who think they're the next world dominator, he doesn't like certain greens like Spinach.

The birth of the Nara clan has long been known to many. Their skills and prowess were sought by all the countries, all the villages, and all of the "would be kings" for their army. Though the Nara gave themselves as Mercenaries they often found themselves fighting one another. Because of this the laws that governed the Nara clan changed slightly. They were forbidden to fight one another, however, they were allowed to continue helping their employers. This caused an uproar when they started being accused of treachery. Finally the clan settled on two rules. The first rule is of family. Family came before all else in their book of law but next below this was getting the mission completed. By this, they meant that any means necessary to complete the mission was acceptable to take.
The Nara clan's home was settled somewhere in the island of ruins. There, still today, the old houses and hidden passages remain, having not been used for centuries. Alas, the history of the Nara clan becomes more so violent as time wheeled on. Eventually the way the Nara operated was called in to question. This caused all the villages to turn against the Nara, killing massive amounts of them. By a year after the "war on Nara" was declared they were all but extinct. Sadly, there was but a small family that had remained on the Island of Ruins that stayed in hiding for a long while. The family consisted of a male and his wife. Eventually they were gifted with two sons, a year apart. Not long after these two boys were the resulting heir to the Nara clan as their parents died of old age. Before doing so, their father passed forth the directions of the "holy grail" of Nara secrets. When they were ready to enter, the passage would present its self to them. As they are the remaining survivors, they are coveted for their now rare abilities of shadow manipulation. Alas, the story continues...

Description:
The Shadow Imitation Technique allows the user to extend their shadow on any surface (even water)[2] and as far as they want as long as there is a sufficient area. Once it comes into contact with a target's shadow, the two merge and the target is forced to imitate the user's movements. Therefore, the two can throw shuriken at each other at the same time if the user desires that (of course, to prevent hurting themselves, the user just has to have the shuriken holster in a place where you don't normally have it, like the back, so that the opponent draws nothing when the user draws a shuriken). If the target is out of range, the user can produce a better light source to increase their shadow's size or rely on pre-existing shadows for their shadow to freely travel through.[3] It's also possible to split one's shadow, either to trap more opponents at once, or to create a distraction. The shadow can also be attached to people without binding them, letting the "victim" move freely. Doing that has the purpose that the person, the shadow was attached to, makes contact with a third person, to bind the latter one with the shadow.[4]
The major downside of the Shadow Imitation is that it is tiring to use repeatedly; Hidan notes that the ability is subject to some form of diminishing return and decreases in potency after repeated use (Shikamaru can only maintain it for 5 minutes per use). If the user is low on chakra, the performance rate of the technique also deteriorates. Insufficient lighting will make the technique less effective. A particularly strong opponent can also resist the shadow's forced imitation.

Description:
The Sexy Technique is simply a Transformation Technique used to transform the user into a beautiful, nude woman in a very seductive pose with mists of smoke covering her privates, or in a bathing suit. Naruto uses this technique to distract or win over men, sometimes leading to an exaggerated nosebleed by the victim or even unconsciousness, while Konohamaru mainly uses it to impress Naruto. Some men have been able to resist this technique.
After Naruto returned in Part II, he bragged that he has upgraded this jutsu, which he referred to as the "new-and-improved" version of this technique, but he was punched into the distance by Sakura before he had the chance to perform it. We eventually see Naruto performing the upgrade in front of Jiraiya, taking place during the time-skip.

As the Haze Clones are not physically real, the attack will just pass through them. While attention is drawn to the clones, the real body attacks from the blind spot. During the illusion and resulting chaos, the enemy, who is caught up in the technique, can be easily defeated

History:
Teiko was born exactly one year after his brother Shen. These boys were born in to a the after effects of the clan massacre. Now, this played an integral part for growing up in their lives. The day Teiko was born happened to be a stormy night. Winds, rain, and several other problematic natural things were taking place when this lovely little boy had entered the world of war.
Now, while they were growing up, there were several factors that lead these two boys on the path they walk today. First and foremost were the parents. Matsui was a rather nice girl growing up, but in the end she married a bad egg. This woman was their mother, who married their father, Mugako. Now, Matsui had it all to start with, she was a great healer and had friends galore. Eventually, things became sour for their marriage. It wasn't until the massacre of the Nara clan that lead to this poor girl becoming the punching bag of Mugako.
This fact is key in the histories of Shen and Teiko. Being from the Islands of Ruins, Shen and Teiko never really met other people or experienced "love" in the way most humans do. In fact, they never really received parental love either. Instead of parental love, Teiko would receive an abusive father's hand almost nonstop. It wasn't often that boy would argue against it. Instead, for the most part, he'd take the beating. Day in and day out both Teiko and Matsui would take most if not all of the heat from Mugako's rage and fury so that Shen wouldn't have to. Being the older son, Shen of course was looked up at by Teiko as well as fairly respected by Mugako.
It didn't take many years for this trend to become a leading role for the relationship these two boys now share. From the lack of love of any kind, the two boys eventually experimented with each other. Finding that they could give each other a sort of happiness anyone has ever shown them, they decided that this was their way to convey the love they so deeply felt. Eventually, the abuse of Mugako's rage became too much for their mother to take, she died the day Shen rose up.
Having had enough, Shen rose to protect his brother. Being so off his rocker, Mugako went down fairly easily. In a matter of what seemed like moments, Shen had preserved the life of the two boys, and, their love. After taking care of the bodies, they continued to live in that house for about four years. After which they moved off of the Islands of Ruins to wander the world. By what seemed like fate, they found themselves in the land of Hyozangakure. Settling down, Hyozangakure became their home, though somewhat out-casted for their powers, they eventually became welcomed two years later. It was then that they entered the academy. Though they were a bit old to be in the academy, they finally made it past that, though, Teiko still got picked on by other students for his odd red hair. And of course Shen protected his brother as well. Now they are set loose on the world, fighting for each other, and their home of Hyozangakure, as Genin of the Shinobi Corp...
