All have been laid to rest, all expect memories. Throughout the years, shinobi - men and women - have learned how to preserve the memories of thousand of great shinobi that have lived, and then have passed. Though, they never managed to gain the memories of Uzumaki Naruto, Haruno Sakura, and Uchiha Sasuke. These three ninjas are wildly known as the Three Heroes of the world. They are the mirror images of their legendary Sannin teachers, and touched everyone's life in some sort of way. Their memory though has been scattered across the world, and the pieces of their chakra find themselves locked away in certain men and women, wildly known as the Kages of today. They are the shadows and guardians of today's new era, and they seem to wait for something to happen.
They await for Madara Uchiha to return, the Fourth Shinobi War had been created by none ever than Obito Uchiha, Kakashi's old friend whom he thought had died. In this war, numerous men and women died trying to protect all that they thought was right and true, in the end - Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke had perished by giving up their lives to kill Madara and Obito Uchiha. Their chakra awoken a sleeping God, whom took the combined power of the ten bijuu, kurama and the eight tailed bijuu's life source and basically recreated life anew. These memories however, are gone, and cannot be recreated or found in any memory book, or even in text. This story is being told through the combined chakra fragments of the Legendary Heroes that each Kage takes upon their death and inserts into a crystal fragment.
However, life as everyone now knows, is finally changing. Kazengakure and Hyozangakure had finally came to an agreement of forming a grand alliance between their villages, rumored that they were related by distant cousins, this alliance would be greater than any had ever seen. The day of the treaty being signed, and thus the festival on the island of Heiwa, a new danger had awaken that day. The Sage of Six Paths was unable to keep a dark entity in slumber from the grave and beyond; a new five tailed bijuu - the Hydra - had awoken. In a fit of rage and unknown, the Hydra destroyed half of the festival grounds, killing more than five thousand civilians and shinobi alike. The Bijuu set it's eyes on the building where the witnessing six kages were located, and destroyed the entire building.
Three months had passed, and Sannins of each village filled the spots of the Kages, as many hoped that one day there would be news that someone had survived the attack. Only the Hyozangakure's kage had returned, apparently unaware of what happened. Because of this, many of the villages have returned hostile towards each other, many blaming Hyozengakure for the attack that killed each of the Kage's. Slowly, men and women of each village are elected to fill the Kage spots of each of the village, alliances are being forged and mended. But can anyone form a great alliance to take down Hydria, and once again, scatter all of the tailed beasts across the world?

Overall Persona: Some people's name are a reflection of their parents loves, other names are for historical events. For Whisper, her parents must have been able to see into the future and predict how their new daughter was going to act. Whisper is very quiet, only responding to certain people or when the situation demands it. Her words, when spoken, are very clear and articulate, as if she thinks of each and every word before it leaves her mouth. Her words show a level of intelligence that far exceeds all but a few around her. She however does not want her voice to become worthless, so she stays quiet.
Her pose shows a high confidence of herself and her abilities. She moves with a calm and quiet grace, her movements matching her vocal abilities, choosing to remain silent most of the time, even when she is just moving from room to room in Her and Kaira's house. However, she has never been accused of being arrogant or cocky, never trying to prove herself better then anyone else. Kekkei Genkai: The people of this clan are generally known to be able to manipulate paper, create paper, become paper. People of this clan can make paper into a lethal weapon. It also seems that when they become paper, they also become ageless as a result. People of this clan are immortal towards age, so they cannot die like that. Paper is Strong to Water and Weak to Oil. When doused in water the paper becomes resiliant against fire type techniques. Been made of paper genjutsu has a real hard time of hitting them as they can made them self into paer to get out of genjutsu as eye contact must be made what would not beable to happen when in paper. Gives the user of this clan who are born into it a higher chakra increase but they fail horribly at Taijutsu because they dont have the phycial power because of there paper ability.

Clan History: This clan never started as a noble family or a couple of supreme shinobi who ruled the land or anything like that. It started as two people, a brother and a sister, who ran a library together. They found knowledge to be a sacred treasure and guarded it with their lives. However, they weren't actually shinobi, so they had to learn the basics of combat. Realizing that they weren't adept at combat, they thought of the irony... of using their treasure to combat enemies. By utilizing simple manipulation of wind chakra they ironically both had, they learned to fight using paper. These two went on to get married (to different people) and have kids. Each one taught their children how to use this style from the first moment they could cross their arms and stand. This tradition was passed along for generations, and eventually it came to the modern day. The people of this clan, or bloodline really, have actually over the generations, become so adept at paper manipulation that it evolved into what it is today with advanced attacks.

Because of the earth's special characteristics, the wall is highly resistant against, for instance, fire and water. Also, for a Kage-class shinobi it is possible to create a vast volume of earth. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.

Description: This is Rose's personal and strongest jutsu. It is the ultimate stealth fighter jutsu. Quiet, quick and deadly, it allows Rose to form a spear of Lightning chakra. She can then 'shot' it with great accuracy. This jutsu is easily able to work through skin and bones, meaning that a direct hit in a location would cause near instant death. The only drawback with this justu is it grows strength the longer it is thrown, so close range, this jutsu is all but useless, only able to provide a light static shock, akin to that of rubbing your feet and touching something, but this has been an long range snipe jutsu. Another smaller drawback is since the fact of it being usefull only at long ranges it lowers the accuracy, making it just as likely to only cause a painful hit rather then a kill shot as she intended. Kill shots include Brain, Heart, Spine and neck To get the full effect she has to be atleast 50 meters((150 feet)) away from her target. If the target see's it coming, they can dodge it.

Special Abilties/flaws: The true power of this clan. The user now becomes completely made of paper. They can separate themselves into a massive amount of individual sheets of paper. Through this, they become extremely lightweight and can create wings of paper on their backs and fly. This will always exist as a constant jutsu that happens for them. They will not bleed when cut and do not survive off of food or water though they can ingest it and their paper body will process it like normal. They can repair their entire body with paper unless killed before they can do so. They do not age and are made of paper, and therefore they cannot die via age or disease. The only organs they always have, are a paper heart and a paper brain. Their body can produce other paper organs as well as they are needed. In order to heal with paper, first off would require a large amount of paper. But if that is met the user can heal completely from an entire removed limb in about 3 posts. They cannot recover their head.

This technique however requires them to be very delicate with their chakra control. This technique causes slight discomfort for a living target and if it is on flesh, it will scar.

Description: A kind of fūinjutsu that involves sealing a technique's effects within a specific location. As it is tailored for fire release ninjutsu, it requires a caster well-versed in the exacting art of "Sealing Formulas", as well as in ninjutsu. The jutsu-sealing space in the scroll is left blank, for the formula to be inscribed in with a brush. After performing the needed hand seals, vapour appears from the scroll, and envelops the flames. They are sucked in towards the scroll, and the appearance of the kanji for seal (封) certifies the technique's completion. Once the sealing is performed, the technique's effects cannot be released anew as long as an unsealing technique is not applied. It is an effective technique to circumvent any secondary damage a dangerous enemy technique might cause. It is even capable of sealing the black flames of Amaterasu.

Description: This technique is a standard ninja skill which allows a ninja to summon an assortment of items that have been stored using fūinjutsu. Scrolls are the most common choice for item storage. When needed, the owner will activate the seals releasing their item or weapon of choice. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use
Weapons are the most commonly sealed objects. Tenten, a weapons specialist from Konohagakure for example, uses this technique to store her many weapons, making them easier to carry around with her. Toroi of Kumogakure also used this technique to store his shuriken which he used in battle. Puppet masters also use this technique with their puppets either through hidden scrolls in various compartments or a simple seal as a means of increasing their own killing potential as well as hiding useful weapons from the opponent's sight. This can be seen with Sasori's Thousand Hands Manipulation Force.
A wide variety of other things can also be stored in scrolls, to be released when the scroll is opened or under a specific condition. In the manga, this is done with the Water Prison Technique by Kisame Hoshigaki. Along with a medium for his sharks, it was used effectively as a trap, immobilising the persons that tried to read the scroll.[2] In the anime this is seen when Shikamaru summoned a large amount of water, and with Tenten's Exploding Dragon Strike technique

Description: A seal placed on the Fire Temple's gate, in order to defend against intruders from the outside world. The two statues placed on either side of the gate form a barrier. The seal can only be canceled by pouring in the Gift of the Hermit Group, special chakra peculiar to the ninja monks of the Fire Temple.
However, as shown when Kakuzu used his Earth Release: Earth Spear to strike the gate, a powerful enough physical attack can destroy the seal.

Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this technique creates clones of the user. However, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original.
Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the actual person even by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance.

Description: A simple technique using senbon, the user throws senbon with bells attached and senbon without bells at the same time. The intention is that the opponent will only react to the sound of the bells and won't notice the silent ones, getting hit by these. This technique focuses on how the brain instinctively works: reacting to the sound, the brain "forgets" about the information provided by the other senses. However, it is very easy to evade the attack if the opponent recognises the trick and simply focuses on all the thrown senbon.

Description: A technique unique to Tenten that takes advantage of her superior skills with weapons. First, she places two small scrolls in an upright position on the floor. When activated, the two scrolls release smoke while also flying and spinning into the air in the shape of two dragons made of smoke. Tenten then jumps between the two scrolls, and starts to rapidly summon and throw all sorts of weapons as a powerful barrage. If the initial barrage were to fail, she can control the discarded weapons with wires attached to her fingertips for a surprise attack. However, because the weapons are thrown, they are easily countered by wind techniques.
Tenten makes some improvement to this technique during the timeskip. She doesn't have to manually hold the weapons; she can send them flying with just a movement of her hand, which makes the weapons a lot faster. Also, with this new version, she includes kunai with explosive tags attached in the weapon barrage in order to make the technique more lethal.

History: Whisper was born into a small family. They were not very rich, but they were close and they managed to make it work. Despite the fact that her mother and father had the bloodline trait, they made no attempt to become ninja's. They were content with being able to see Whisper often and when they wanted. Whisper grew up her young years normal with one exception, she did not talk.
This trend continued on into her academy years, where she was constantly the top rookie. She was placed top ranks in both physical talent and smarts, however she never communicated with the other students. On the final day of the academy, she said her only words to anybody at the academy ever. She looked up at the chunin who placed her headband on and said thank you in a small voice.
She was placed into a team that was short staffed, due to the fact of a small academy group this year. Her sensei was a lazy ass who never taught them anything and her teammate was Kaira Yuki. At first, the girl Infuriated the girl to no end. She was always pushing and bothering the young girl, trying to get her to talk. However, as time went on, the hate for her started to lessen, and it was obliterated at the chunin exams, when Kaira and Whisper were both promoted, she turned to Kaira and whispered out 'good job'
From that day on, the pair was always seen together, whether it was on missions or not. Whispers feeling for the girl were changing. She tried to ignore these feelings and focused on her training. This however shattered one day when they were on a mission. They were tasked to take down a bandit camp that had moved from one of the farther island, to the one right next to the sky village. It was all going well, until near the end of the mission, a bandit they had thought died managed to stab Kaira in the chest, the blade just barely missing her heart. Whisper didn't know this at the time however, and she lifted her up in her arms and quickly made her way back towards the hidden sky village. Whisper came to the conclusion that she diddn't like kaira. Somehow, she had fallen in love with her. A girl who she had said two words to her entire life, had taken her heart somehow.
Whisper no longer rejected her feelings, and they started to go out. Slowly and slowly Whisper started to talk more and more to her, getting to the point where she would talk like a normal person as long as they were alone. However, she was still very quiet when they were out and about, only muttering breif words to her here and there. They went on missions and trained without anything major happening untill Kaira's Father, the Kage died.
Kaira was chosen to be the next kage, and Whisper could not have been more happier for her. However, Her lazyness, a trait she seemed to have developed over the years, made it hard for her to do her work. Whisper worked hard at trying to get her girlfriend to work when one day she was offered a spot as dual kage. She accepted the idea and to cement it, they were soon married. She now works on keeping her village safe from harm.
