All have been laid to rest, all expect memories. Throughout the years, shinobi - men and women - have learned how to preserve the memories of thousand of great shinobi that have lived, and then have passed. Though, they never managed to gain the memories of Uzumaki Naruto, Haruno Sakura, and Uchiha Sasuke. These three ninjas are wildly known as the Three Heroes of the world. They are the mirror images of their legendary Sannin teachers, and touched everyone's life in some sort of way. Their memory though has been scattered across the world, and the pieces of their chakra find themselves locked away in certain men and women, wildly known as the Kages of today. They are the shadows and guardians of today's new era, and they seem to wait for something to happen.
They await for Madara Uchiha to return, the Fourth Shinobi War had been created by none ever than Obito Uchiha, Kakashi's old friend whom he thought had died. In this war, numerous men and women died trying to protect all that they thought was right and true, in the end - Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke had perished by giving up their lives to kill Madara and Obito Uchiha. Their chakra awoken a sleeping God, whom took the combined power of the ten bijuu, kurama and the eight tailed bijuu's life source and basically recreated life anew. These memories however, are gone, and cannot be recreated or found in any memory book, or even in text. This story is being told through the combined chakra fragments of the Legendary Heroes that each Kage takes upon their death and inserts into a crystal fragment.
However, life as everyone now knows, is finally changing. Kazengakure and Hyozangakure had finally came to an agreement of forming a grand alliance between their villages, rumored that they were related by distant cousins, this alliance would be greater than any had ever seen. The day of the treaty being signed, and thus the festival on the island of Heiwa, a new danger had awaken that day. The Sage of Six Paths was unable to keep a dark entity in slumber from the grave and beyond; a new five tailed bijuu - the Hydra - had awoken. In a fit of rage and unknown, the Hydra destroyed half of the festival grounds, killing more than five thousand civilians and shinobi alike. The Bijuu set it's eyes on the building where the witnessing six kages were located, and destroyed the entire building.
Three months had passed, and Sannins of each village filled the spots of the Kages, as many hoped that one day there would be news that someone had survived the attack. Only the Hyozangakure's kage had returned, apparently unaware of what happened. Because of this, many of the villages have returned hostile towards each other, many blaming Hyozengakure for the attack that killed each of the Kage's. Slowly, men and women of each village are elected to fill the Kage spots of each of the village, alliances are being forged and mended. But can anyone form a great alliance to take down Hydria, and once again, scatter all of the tailed beasts across the world?

Rain Yuki bear's an unusually red like mess of brown hair, Falling over his face in slightly different places than other's the dark brownish orange hair amplifies the lightness of the icey blue eyes that everyone seems to be going gaga over. His outfit consists of a coat that has sewn on to it the kirigakure headband, His blue trousers cover his legs and he bears the usual shinobi sandals, Within the coat is a black skin tight vest.
Overall Persona:
Rain is often very hot headed and because of that nature he tend's to hit people out of anger on more than one occasion. Most of the time he is relativly cheerful and happy and a rather outgoing character. Usually having a strong feeling of usefulness Rain often becomes down hearted and annoyed with himself whenever this is proved to be wrong, Seemingly being able to do nothing useful due to how scared he becomes when faced with true challenges. Bursts of courage seem to burst from him now and then but it seems at this point his true skill only lies in shouting at others.
Sensitive and incredibly quick to cry Rain he is incredibly strong willed and determined not one to lose a fight or give up easily when the situation calls for it. Rain strongly believes the old saying that one becomes truly strong when they have someone or something to protect, This saying is something that gets him through missions that require extra talent and effort. Rain seem's to have two voices within his head, One that actually speaks and another than shouts at him only. This voice came to be inner rain saying what he truly wanted to say but was to scared to say it. His will is strong, When Rain set's his mind to something he will give it all he has to complete the goal. Maybe one day Inner Rain won't be needed maybe his goal will help him become the shinobi that everyone can rely on. Rain is also very smart being capable of understanding the principles of chakra with ease and memorising things he had heard only once.

Smiling as she watched out the window the what should have been rain now snow she knew "His name....is Rain". Like every other normal child, Rain was brought up with both parent's showing him love and affection, He was blessed with the gift of parent's aswell as the clan ability the Ice release, at a young age he showed proficency in utilizing water with simple chakra control. This led his mother and father to make a decision about Rain's life that he himself agreed with even at such a young age, Yuki Rain was to become a shinobi, So at this young age Rain was entered into the Academy of Iceberg Within his academy year's Rain showed such promise in theory and in test's. Having also made a few friend's Rain was happy in his academy year's thus had never truly seen the sad world of the shinobi yet, In the academy the shinobi were taught about there villages aswell as the other villages, Rain learnt all about the blood mist village his body shaking in fear when legends like Momochi Zabuza were mentioned, These ninja these shinobi were so tough and scary...and blood thirsty that Rain felt as tho hearing there names were enough to scare anyone to death. The legends of all the villages were spoken about aswell as the kages of the shinobi villages old and new. Within the academy each shinobi were required to learn multiple skills, Rain seemed to be rather talented in the arts of ninjutsu and semi talented in taijutsu at his young age, Others he seemed proficent. His weaponry skills with basic ninja tools was better than average for most, Tho it was the skill of his clone jutsu that everyone seemed interested in, Aswell as his proficency in the transformation jutsu and substitution being capable of utilizng these with ease. The secret kirigakure technique ofcourse was one that everyone must master depending on affinity, Those at a young age in the academy were tested for there natural affinity and those who beared the water style ninjutsu were given an extra test, This test was the test of performing Kirigakure's water style Hidden Mist Jutsu. And with one try his ability kicked in and he had not only performed it but perfected the hidden mist technique. When the time came Rain easily passed and graduated from the academy. As the day's progressed and Blaze Rain and Snow the genin team of kirigakure became proficent with each other, There team were ofcourse rather powerful and there jounin was skilled in the byakugan implanted ofcourse, While there every day missions consisted of walking dogs finding cats gardening and barely any proper shinobi work, This was the norm for a year before being granted C-rank missions bodygaurds basic against bandits but atleast they got to try real fights which rain seemed to stutter at. After completeing 5 C-rank missions and 9 D-rank they were elligable for the shinobi chuunin exams. The travel to the leaf was long but the three shinobi and there jounin counterpart each laughed and played as they walked along, They couldnt be together without playing. It was amazing and upon arriving at the land of fire the hidden leaf village Rain felt like he had never been more afraid in his life. But in all honesty he was exicted as he kept the other two in check via his violent outbursts. The first exam was underway and each shinobi of the mist quickly assessed the test, The questions were impossiblty hard for most people but not for Rain, He had scribbled down each answer almost perfectly and waited, Then the final question "ARE YOU READY TO BE A NINJA" the rule was simple you stay you pass and they stayed, The second exam was were he was afraid, They were to survive gain the second scroll. and bam into the forest, The shinobi were powerful and they thought they would not fail. They certainly did not think they would lose there lives, In the forest they managed to take down two other teams gain two earth scrolls and a heaven scroll.....but they were ambushed and in a deadly explosion Blaze and Snow were blasted inot pieces. There blood combined in the air before splattering all over the shocked and paralised Rain......How had this happened...they were so careful but now.....now the ninja descended upon Rain, All three mocking his tear's as he cried loudly his eyes darting to the dissmembered limbs of his team....and as they jumped Rains scream's echoed as the sounds of grunts before silence struck.....When he came to he was safe in the center oof multiple large spikes of ice, His ice style had awakend. And he was found opening the scroll his tears flowed as his jounin instructor prepared to strike....before he saw the tear's the blood and the limbs of his students...and his sole tear fell. They returned to the village and instantly preparations for there funerals were made and Rain was already worked into a new team whom he was soon to meet. | I dont think you can have special characteristics anymore, especially if they mean having a stat advantage
From your explaination it seems that your ice is more resistent to fire/flames. Since it melts slightly it isnt xonsidered immune. Also if its sttong against ice's most common weakness, than what is it weak against.
