All have been laid to rest, all expect memories. Throughout the years, shinobi - men and women - have learned how to preserve the memories of thousand of great shinobi that have lived, and then have passed. Though, they never managed to gain the memories of Uzumaki Naruto, Haruno Sakura, and Uchiha Sasuke. These three ninjas are wildly known as the Three Heroes of the world. They are the mirror images of their legendary Sannin teachers, and touched everyone's life in some sort of way. Their memory though has been scattered across the world, and the pieces of their chakra find themselves locked away in certain men and women, wildly known as the Kages of today. They are the shadows and guardians of today's new era, and they seem to wait for something to happen.
They await for Madara Uchiha to return, the Fourth Shinobi War had been created by none ever than Obito Uchiha, Kakashi's old friend whom he thought had died. In this war, numerous men and women died trying to protect all that they thought was right and true, in the end - Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke had perished by giving up their lives to kill Madara and Obito Uchiha. Their chakra awoken a sleeping God, whom took the combined power of the ten bijuu, kurama and the eight tailed bijuu's life source and basically recreated life anew. These memories however, are gone, and cannot be recreated or found in any memory book, or even in text. This story is being told through the combined chakra fragments of the Legendary Heroes that each Kage takes upon their death and inserts into a crystal fragment.
However, life as everyone now knows, is finally changing. Kazengakure and Hyozangakure had finally came to an agreement of forming a grand alliance between their villages, rumored that they were related by distant cousins, this alliance would be greater than any had ever seen. The day of the treaty being signed, and thus the festival on the island of Heiwa, a new danger had awaken that day. The Sage of Six Paths was unable to keep a dark entity in slumber from the grave and beyond; a new five tailed bijuu - the Hydra - had awoken. In a fit of rage and unknown, the Hydra destroyed half of the festival grounds, killing more than five thousand civilians and shinobi alike. The Bijuu set it's eyes on the building where the witnessing six kages were located, and destroyed the entire building.
Three months had passed, and Sannins of each village filled the spots of the Kages, as many hoped that one day there would be news that someone had survived the attack. Only the Hyozangakure's kage had returned, apparently unaware of what happened. Because of this, many of the villages have returned hostile towards each other, many blaming Hyozengakure for the attack that killed each of the Kage's. Slowly, men and women of each village are elected to fill the Kage spots of each of the village, alliances are being forged and mended. But can anyone form a great alliance to take down Hydria, and once again, scatter all of the tailed beasts across the world?

Overall Appearance: Flamboyant would be the best word to describe Akira as there are not many like him out there in appearance and mind, although odd could be another word to describe his outer appearance. His hair is a rather strange color almost teal and cut strangely as it is not all the same length, in some places it is longer or tied together by a bit of string. It spikes out in several places while in others it hands down almost like abnormally long bangs, though his hair is not the only colorful thing about him at all, his finger nails are painted the same color as he wanted something to match his hair perfectly but teal clothing was rather ugly to him.
A rather simple face though some have called him cute or handsome before, his skin creamy white and smooth as he does tend to take care of himself rather than letting a good thing go to waste. No scars mark his body as he has never allowed a wound to stay long enough to do so, he dislikes scars as they seem to show a lack of skill to him especially if they are visible to everyone such as scars upon the face. His eyes a rather interesting violet color that seem to shine in the light even in the moonlight though they provide no night vision, his eyes often called piercing as they seem to look through people instead of at them, under his left eye are several stones of mysterious origin. Two seem to be shaped as diamonds pink in color and in the center of them a blood red stone also shaped into a diamond then lastly a blue stone shaped like a tear under them, all of the stones are embedded into his flesh for reasons unknown to all but Akira.
His body type is lean though not skinny instead like his mental state it is deceptive to the eyes, with clothing on it is very difficult to tell that he is rather muscular. Instead of being rather buff he has shaved most of the extraneous fat from his body leaving him with a body that is only noticeable if touched or seen without the clothing, he uses this to his advantage when fighting often allowing people to think him physically overpowered easily. His clothing is less flamboyant but still a bit different from most shinobi as he wears a midnight black cloak with an orange lining with plastic buttons to connect the cloak together to make him warmer if needed. Underneath that is a striped long sleeve shirt with dark blue and white colors, his pants a black color that seem to blend with the cloak nicely and to top it all off his wears a pair of black almost combat like boots.
One thing that will only be revealed by Akira is a tattoo directly under his shoulders in the middle of his back is a colorless butterfly resting upon a black flower.
Overall Persona: Enigma that is the word that best describes Akira as it is relatively hard to find out what he truly wants or what he is trying to accomplish, the walls around him are more than just emotional they are mental and physical as well rarely wishing to be touched by others even if they consider themselves friends. Those who believe they truly know him only know what he has allowed them to see, he is distrustful of people as he believes that everyone be they an academy student or the kage of their village has a turning point or price. For example though one may not turn against him for money or position they may attempt to kill him because their family is threatened, Akira believes that if no one gets close then they can never harm him so he keeps a mask of sorts for others to see.
Akira is rather calculatingly cold when it comes to pros and cons of things, if a teammate has been compromised as defeated in battle but not killed then he will kill said teammate to insure that they cannot be used against himself or the village. When it comes to a life and death situation he is rather calm making plans within his mind if the first plan fails usually he will resort to a back up plan and on the rare occasion that the back up plan fails he will retreat even if the opponent is heavily wounded from the plan. Akira is very cautious for he knows that even the weakest of opponent's can defeat the strongest of enemies if their tenacity matches their body's power as a result he tends to use traps or long range attacks to hurt or kill his opponent's.
Akira likes turning people against one another by learning secrets especially when they involve love because he finds those to be the most volatile of secrets. Sometimes he does it for a select purpose and other times he does it for fun like revealing that one's lover is actually cheating on them with another to watch the two fight, he finds it amusing to watch them fight over someone who never truly cared for either of them in the first place. Though many do not even realize that they have played into his hands as he drops little hints or perhaps a note to tell them where to go. He is also a people watcher, he finds it interesting to try and see what people are doing or trying to hide, often he will sit by himself somwhere and just watch others to see what they will do.
Even when speaking to other his tone holds a rather aloof almost mocking tone to it even if the words themselves are polite as a result one can hardly tell when he is being sarcastic or serious with them a rather unsettling thing to most people. Of course this results in many people distrusting Akira but he does not mind as he distrusts everyone even his own family and 'friends'. Even as people insult him or get angry with him the aloof but polite attitude never change nor does the almost knowingly smile that is always upon his lips.
Fears: Akira does not fear death rather he fears being forgotten after he has passed away.

Furthermore, the destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great all-purpose technique. The amount of techniques that can break through the areas hardened by the Earth Spear are close to zero, excluding its undeniable weak point: Lightning Release ninjutsu.
Kakuzu demonstrated the ability to use this to cover himself partially (i.e. his hand and lower arm, and the side of his head) without using handsigns, which gave him a significant tactical advantage against ambushes.

They can also sense what is happening on the surface and use that information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. One can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy can't reach. It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth.

Description: This technique allows the user to create a large animated creature composed of rock, although the necessary earth can be created either from within the user's own body and expelled through their mouth or from a nearby pre-existing source of earth.
Although its size can differ between uses, the golem always possesses an ample amount of brute strength, being able to bite and tear through a White Zetsu clone with ease, using just its mouth and hands respectively. It is also very durable, as it was left almost completely intact after being hit by a powerful explosion, detonating at point-blank range. This makes the golem ideal whether it be serving as additional support or simply as a mobile shield.

As such it is a great strategy for a guerrilla, and a likely resort, used quite often for things such as personal assassination.

As the gunpowder is composed entirely of ash, it stays in the air around the victim like a cloud, which can be used like a smokescreen. After surrounding the enemy with the ash, the user can ignite it with a flint placed on their teeth beforehand to create a spark, resulting in a violent explosion, burning the enemy. However, this technique requires keen senses to read the air currents, the insight to read the movements of the enemy, the tactical experience to not also enfold one's allies in the flames, and careful attention for the timing of the ignition.

As this technique combines ninjutsu, chemistry, and medical knowledge, using it requires fine chakra control and advanced ability in medical ninjutsu.

Description: This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by sending chakra from their hands into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it highly useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique. Kabuto demonstrated the ability to use it a short distance away from the target instead of through direct contact.[2]
By sending an excess amount of chakra into the patient's body, the user can overload the patient's normal circulation, trapping them in a comatose state. Although this is usually undesirable, Kabuto Yakushi once effectively used this side effect to get Kiba Inuzuka out of his way.

Description: This medical technique forms one's chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the chakra scalpel can actually make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection.
The chakra scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the chakra scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile.

Description: When a person has been afflicted by a pathogen or toxin, this medical ninjutsu can be used to draw out the agent and heal the damage. The cause of the illness is first determined by perceiving disturbances in the patient's chakra. Then, using a Chakra Scalpel, an incision is made near the affected part. Using their chakra, the medical-nin pushes a large volume of a medicinal fluid through the incision. The fluid then draws the poison out of the affected part(s) and serves as a medium through which the poison is suspended and then forced out of the person's body. This technique thus removes the poison, while simultaneously repairing the damage caused by the poison.
After the agent is drawn out, it can be used to create an antidote or medicine after it has been analysed. This can then be given to the patient to ensure a complete recovery. This technique requires the utmost care and ability in diagnosis, incising and unmatched chakra control. Therefore, it is considered an extremely difficult technique, even among medical ninjutsu.

Description: A technique that produces a clone by projecting one's own chakra towards dozens of "crows". Because it uses crows as a medium, it requires less chakra than the normal Shadow Clone Technique, while still being able to perform techniques. The dozens of crows come together to form the body of a clone. When the chakra projected by the user is severed, the crows disperse, though the user is still able to continue to speak through it.

Description: At first glance it seems like a regular Clone Technique, but the Haze Clone uses a cunning trap to lure out the enemy. Using this technique together with the Earth Release: Underground Projection Fish Technique, the enemy is led to believe that the real body is among the clones. As the Haze Clones are not physically real, the attack will just pass through them. While attention is drawn to the clones, the real body attacks from the blind spot. During the illusion and resulting chaos, the enemy, who is caught up in the technique, can be easily defeated.

Description: This is a ninja escape technique that allows the user to control how light is reflected around their body with chakra inflections. Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe minute variations within their surrounding environment, such as distortions of air currents in the immediate vicinity or distinguishing sounds, i.e. footsteps etc. However, the usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills.

Description: This technique makes use of the users chakra as a paralyzing agent. The user throws kunai with strings attached at the opponent. Once the enemy is hit, chakra is run through the string to paralyze the opponent, which will serve to either incapacitate the enemy or allow the user to attack. However, against those who can absorb chakra, this technique could backfire as the target may simply steal chakra from the user, while exhibiting immunity to the paralysis, as Kisame demonstrated.

Then, to deal with the path of the lower shuriken. If the enemy notices both shuriken, the technique ends up losing all of its efficiency.

Description: This technique uses chakra to temporarily enhance the head's metabolism and manipulate the hair that grows longer as a result of it. There is also chakra flowing through the lengthened hair, making its hardness comparable to that of steel wire. By thickly bundling the hair, its strength is further increased, also increasing its destructive power. Its name may come from the fact that, as seen just before striking Pain, it takes the shape of what resembles a lion's mouth.

Description: This is a technique where the user encases themselves in a countless number of sharp needles, but in truth, the spikes are the user's hair. In addition, if activated in response to an opponent's attack, it can also be used as a counter. The hair is made hard enough that it can withstand blows from certain types of weapons such as arrows.

Description: This is a special "ninja tool summon" that allows the user to seal ninja tools like swords or kunai into a scroll or their clothes beforehand, allowing them to be called upon when needed. The ninja tools can be summoned in an instant just by touching the sealing "marks" which can be drawn anywhere. The greatest advantage of this technique is that the time between taking out a ninja tool, taking the right stance and actually throwing it is greatly reduced. Also when a weapon such as a Fūma Shuriken is summoned, the time needed to throw it can be further shortened by having prepared the weapon in its fully extended form beforehand.
The ninja tools are thrown with the actual speed of a "flash of lightning", ruining the opponent's outset of the battle, and snatching away the initiative. Furthermore, because the summoned ninja tools can remain hidden until right before they are used, if this technique is mastered, there are an exceptional number of possible tactics. History:
Before academy: Akira had a rather normal upbringing as a child, he laughed, he played, played tricks every now and then. The only real thing that was a little different was that he had a childhood bully, at first he said nothing to anyone about it but eventually he was tired of this happening. He went to his mother about it asking what he could do stop the older child from being mean to him, his mother suggested that he try and talk with the young man so he did try. That did not work even a little as the older boy simply ignored his words and beat him up again, finally as a last resort Akira went to his father to ask him what he could do. His father told him in one sentence which didn't make sense at the time to him, "you do what you have to Akira" was all he said to him, with that he went off on his mission leaving Akira to ponder the answer himself.
It was the next week when he was in the park that he was confronted by his bully again, Akira was not someone who would directly confront others if he could help it so he found out many things about the other child. When confronted by the bully Akira smiled at him and as he came close to beat Akira up he found many of his secrets spilled out for everyone to hear, how he wet the bed still, how his parents were splitting up because his mother was considered an unfaithful wife to her husband, and how he still played by himself in the house. The result ended up with the bully reduced to tears as even the smallest of the children laughed at him, this marked the beginning of the transformation of Akira into something completely different than what his father had thought when he gave him the advice.
Academy Arc:
When Akira joined the academy he was a bit wary of other kids still, he did not shun them but he also did not go about trying to make friends with all of them either as who knew where another bully might be he always thought to himself. Eventually he came to be a little more open as training started, he was good but not considered one of the geniuses so he was still approachable. Many liked to ask about why he had such a strange hair color or if he dyed it, it was good times for him for a little while but he failed the first test while many others passed it easily.
Disheartened by the failure and the fact that many of his friends now left him he shut himself away from everyone that was new to the academy because he did not want to try and meet new people. This lasted until training started again and he was praised by the newer students for being so good, they asked why he had failed the first test and he did really say that it had been a lack of skill on his part he said someone distracted him is all. The second test he was a little more disciplined and he passed without a problem, he said goodbye to all of his new 'friends' and went into the rank of genin finally.
Genin Arc:
As a genin things got a little more serious for Akira especially as he went on his first mission just a week after becoming a genin, it was a simple D rank mission to escort a merchant to his summer home. But on the way there they were attacked by bandits, nothing serious because of the jonin they had with them but when he was being attacked by a sword wielding bandit he realized he could actually die doing this stuff. Their jonin sensei was of course watching all of them closely as he could see that Akira was truly realizing what fear was. He was ready to step in at any moment but he did not need to as Akira realized that if he died now there would be nothing for him to accomplish, with speed surprising even himself he almost killed the bandit with a fireball jutsu only the last minute intervention from his sensei stopped the fireball from directly hitting.
His father was sent on a special mission a day before he got back from his mission. The mission his father was on was a covert operation, he and two other chuunin like himself had been sent to retrieve information on a weapons seller who had been allegedly selling weapons to bandits and rogue shinobi. They had infiltrated the base of the weapons seller easily, it had been too easy as they had been expected by the weapons seller, he had hired several high level missing shinobi to kill Akira's father and the other two so they couldn't report back. Instead of all them trying to flee the weakest of them which was Akira's father leaped forward to attack the enemy to buy his fellow ninja time to escape and deliver the message of what was going on. It was thanks to his act that his team got away safe and sound to deliver the message.
When the other two came back without his father Akira asked where his father was, they told him he had been killed or captured in the operation as they had been expected. Akira asked them what they were going to do now, they replied that they would go into the base in a day or two after gathering the right shinobi. Akira could not believe they were being so callous with his father's life, he had expected them to charge right out to the enemy base and save his father, but the reality is that the rogue shinobi were high level and right now the right shinobi were out on other missions.
A day later they attacked the base, but it was way too late, even if they had attacked right away it would not have mattered as Akira's father had died in combat while stalling the enemy. They could have never have saved him, but Akira did not see it that way when they brought his father's body back to the village all he could do is cry in rage. He dug his father's grave himself with his own hands though it took him time even with the shovel it was something that he felt he had to do. He buried his father and then just left, not staying for the funeral or anything, this was another major moment in shaping the man he is today.
The wound left by his father never truly healed as instead of taking in the fact that his father had made a self sacrifice Akira saw it as foolishness. There was nothing after death and though his father had his name etched upon stone as a 'hero' there were not many who remembered the name, he found out that people would betray each other for any reason they could. Be it fear, money or so called duty to the village like the two shinobi that left his father to die, it was on this day that he realized he could trust no one but himself.
Chuunin Exams:
When the chuunin exams came Akira could not wait to compete in them if he passed the exams he would rise to the rank of his father and be one step closer to surpassing the man he knew this. The first exam was not easy but it was not hard for him either, without cheating he managed to answer enough questions with almost right or right answers to scored a barely passing seventy one percent.
The second exam was where he really shined as he protected his teammates with a vicious tenacity, many had never thought him to be a real challenge as he hardly displayed any real skill. But on that day he was a one man wrecking crew to those who underestimated him, his impressive use of ninjutsu threw the others off their game. Instead of being focused on one area like many genin he was well rounded and able to adapt quickly, they easily gathered the scrolls in the process but once the scrolls were gathered Akira did something no one ever expected. He betrayed his teammates by knocking them unconscious, the male with an elbow to the back of the neck and the female a palm strike to the temple, he left them on the ground and proceeded to the next part of the exam by himself.
IIn the end only a few made it that year and Akira was praised for being the only one to make it by himself seeing as the majority of the people had to have teams to make it, little did they know he had betrayed them so they wouldn't be able to do the same to him in the future. His teammates were not forgiving when they awoke and his sensei actually refused to help train him because of his betrayal not that Akira honestly cared, he sought out others to train him but in ninjutsu not in strength or speed as those would only help if one had the skill to use them. Finally the exams continued after a delay and he was ready with all sorts of techniques now, he used them to the best of his ability though his fights were not flashy he managed to win them all and become a chuunin along with two others.
Chuunin Arc:
As a chuunin nothing truly happened to Akira he did not foil any secret plans to kill his kage, he did not defeat some amazing shinobi that everyone thought unbeatable it was a rather tedious time in his life to be honest. His eventual promotion to the rank of Jonin was due to him being on a mission to help others complete theirs, his assistance helped several covert operatives escape with valuable information. Rather than being flashy and trying to make himself look good Akira had been simple and used a forest fire to distract the enemy as a result he saved his allies and protected the information without even realizing it though of course he took the credit given to him.
Jonin/Missing Arc:
Akira's life as a jonin was no more exciting than his life as a chuunin, he did the tasks given to him as well as he could and simply went about his own business. He had one exciting mission though where he actually got stuck behind enemy lines with no help from the others, instead of running away or trying to fight he did a little bit of both. Using crow clones and haze clones along with other techniques Akira managed to lead the enemy around for miles sapping their stamina as they tried to fend off real and intangible clones. Eventually he slipped away into the night making it home though the mission had failed as his teammates had not gotten the scroll they were supposed to, it irked Akira a little but he didn't really care about the mission he simply cared that he had to do work for nothing.
It was on a night that was calm the moon was hidden away creating a pitch blackness that seemed never ending and it was on this night that Akira left the village without any reason or explanation to anyone. He would have simply disappeared if not for a rather annoying guard who was a stickler for procedure so unfortunately Akira had to knock him out and flee the village as quickly as he could. To this day there is no concrete reason as to why Akira left but some suspect that he never planned on staying in the first place or that he was part of a sleeper cell within the village only he truly knows.
