All have been laid to rest, all expect memories. Throughout the years, shinobi - men and women - have learned how to preserve the memories of thousand of great shinobi that have lived, and then have passed. Though, they never managed to gain the memories of Uzumaki Naruto, Haruno Sakura, and Uchiha Sasuke. These three ninjas are wildly known as the Three Heroes of the world. They are the mirror images of their legendary Sannin teachers, and touched everyone's life in some sort of way. Their memory though has been scattered across the world, and the pieces of their chakra find themselves locked away in certain men and women, wildly known as the Kages of today. They are the shadows and guardians of today's new era, and they seem to wait for something to happen.
They await for Madara Uchiha to return, the Fourth Shinobi War had been created by none ever than Obito Uchiha, Kakashi's old friend whom he thought had died. In this war, numerous men and women died trying to protect all that they thought was right and true, in the end - Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke had perished by giving up their lives to kill Madara and Obito Uchiha. Their chakra awoken a sleeping God, whom took the combined power of the ten bijuu, kurama and the eight tailed bijuu's life source and basically recreated life anew. These memories however, are gone, and cannot be recreated or found in any memory book, or even in text. This story is being told through the combined chakra fragments of the Legendary Heroes that each Kage takes upon their death and inserts into a crystal fragment.
However, life as everyone now knows, is finally changing. Kazengakure and Hyozangakure had finally came to an agreement of forming a grand alliance between their villages, rumored that they were related by distant cousins, this alliance would be greater than any had ever seen. The day of the treaty being signed, and thus the festival on the island of Heiwa, a new danger had awaken that day. The Sage of Six Paths was unable to keep a dark entity in slumber from the grave and beyond; a new five tailed bijuu - the Hydra - had awoken. In a fit of rage and unknown, the Hydra destroyed half of the festival grounds, killing more than five thousand civilians and shinobi alike. The Bijuu set it's eyes on the building where the witnessing six kages were located, and destroyed the entire building.
Three months had passed, and Sannins of each village filled the spots of the Kages, as many hoped that one day there would be news that someone had survived the attack. Only the Hyozangakure's kage had returned, apparently unaware of what happened. Because of this, many of the villages have returned hostile towards each other, many blaming Hyozengakure for the attack that killed each of the Kage's. Slowly, men and women of each village are elected to fill the Kage spots of each of the village, alliances are being forged and mended. But can anyone form a great alliance to take down Hydria, and once again, scatter all of the tailed beasts across the world?

Head:
Upon her head there grows a gentle, long flowing black hair. This hair is always put in to two pigtails near the top of her head off to the sides. The length of her hair is quite long considering even though the height of her tails are high, her hair still reaches to her hind quarters. Her left pigtail is quite longer then the other as well. Her eyes are a beautiful shade of blue. To boot, her left eye, when she enters a battle state, leaks energy. This energy is not her energy used to fight, instead, it is raw life energy. However, her body has grown to adjust to this type of ailment. The Life energy leaked by the eye is subsequently replenished so that in essence, she doesn't loose any. This only pertains to her eye though. She has a small button like mouth with a nose to match. Her face, almost perfectly framed by her hair, seems ever so cute and little-girlish.
Upper Torso:
Over her body is a large hoodie like coat with an elongated back. On the back part of this hoodie is a white star dead center of where her back is. The zipper would, if she zipped it, close her body from view from her waist to her neck. Under this she is known to wear two types of bikini tops. The first is a soft type almost like silk. This type ties in the back and wraps around the rear of her neck. The next type is silken as well, however, this ties in the front. Often, she wears it to look like a bow. However, both times, she facets it so that it is not easily taken off. The final touch are black gloves she's been known to wear.
Lower Torso:
This is where the oddities come in to play. Her lower half is covered by a pair of short shorts, black in color. A gray almost silver belt is entrapped on her waist for looks. Her feet are dressed in nearly knee-high boots with a turned cuff. These slip onwards and off-wards with a V shaped, turned cuff atop them. Sometimes, she's known to wear the same type however, with high heels attached to the bottoms.
Overall Persona:
Kenya is quite the silent type for the most part. She doesn't seem to like to talk to anyone. This poor girl was born of a family that instilled upon her a terrible personality. Apart from being anti-social like that, she was also not taught some of the basic curtsies society takes fro granted today. This includes the things known as white lies.
Being blatantly honest is a trait that this girl seems to almost flaunt. However, along with not being taught manners such as eating with a fork, she wasn't given most of the horrible traits humans posses today either. These include vanity or even hatred. Having not been able to hate, she isn't likely to respond when threatened.
Aside from these tidbits, Kenya was imparted with the eye of logic. Almost like a book, she can assimilate information and use it to an advantageous effort. Much like a camera, this girl has an eidetic memory which servers her quite well in her information gathering. Aside from this, she was imparted by an old master some very nasty things that lie deep in her subconscious.
If knocked unconscious, this beast with in will subvert the ramparts placed to keep it sealed away. Much like a madman trying to slaughter the world, she becomes one of the most oddest creatures ever to live. Notes can be taken from her looks as to see if she's well in to this stage of mental disarray or not. This "darker persona" is like a loose cannon and does what ever it wishes, though, still abiding to the mission at hand. Like a gun, she will kill anything in her way unless specified of course.
The darker side of her is quite social, though, quite the undesirable as well. It's social ability leaves so much to be desired that even "Buzz Killington" doesn't have fun when talking to her. She's too straight forward, blatantly trying to cause a fight, and finally, this darker personality will sometimes try to "charm" people. Aside from this, it's quite bloodthirsty. Yes, as in literally. Often times she's seen licking a blade of blood or drooling at the smell of the elixir. Worst of all, she has whole cups of it after a kill.
Fears:
Kenya has the fear of dieing with out a love, or worse, letting the homicidal, sadistic, masochistic beast of a personality take over.
Likes:
Kenya prefers to meditate or walk on the beach. She's not romantic, but she prefers the peace and quiet a dark glistening beach can wield at the rising of the "astral glacier", or moon as it were.
Dislikes:
Aside from her darker personality, she has no real dislike for much. If it were to be taken down as a note, she'd be disgruntled if one didn't use all the tools at hand to solve the problem. Even if it meant killing her allies by her own hand.

History:
Life for Kenya had started out in a small town outside of Sukigakure. Her mother died during childbirth, so she was left to her father. Her father was then killed in a fight at a bar only seven years after. At this age, Miss Solace was thrown in to a type of foster home. This "foster home" was that of an elderly man, who wishes to train young people in to the perfect Ninja/Kunoichi. Although this is a far-fetched idea he finally succeeded with Kenya Solace, to a point that is. Because of this long hard and grueling training, her personality fractured in to this second part. After her "training" she was thrown in to the academy.
This training had given her such a powerful mental facility to facilitate her efforts. In this academy she displayed above average skills at E-rank. But this started to diminish a little after reaching genin. Training as hard as she could, every day with little sleep, she was able to steel herself for the exams that would come a year later. At the age of 13 she had finally reached Chunin. As far as most known people, this felt like a difficult thing to believe. It seemed a higher age was the standard of passing, yet, she showed great promise in her promised fields. As such, she passed to Chunin, if not by the skin of her teeth, then by her training's hard torment on that small frail body. She would come to know one person by the end of her time to the present, Ipos.

| OH! SOrry. >.< Fixed it~ And that's all the jutsu I could find that fit the restrictions of Fuinjutsu and Wind release. >.> Unless I could get an A rank five element seal/unseal? XD Jk. >> would be nice tho xD Anyway!!!

| okay just for your rank put chunin next you have some ninjutsu on your app but can only have to specs you cannot use ninjutsu without the spec I would not bother with fuuinjutsu tbh just have ninjutsu and kenjutsu as I can teach you some great justu any way if your been my appreantice add a little bit about me in history and have your village as former kiri or something. | |

P.S.: I mean, Just because Ninjutsu isn't my specialty doesn't mean I can't use it. It would make sense if they only did maybe normal damage or something where as spec people they deal more, I can handle that. But not at all? It seems far fetched to me o.O I'm not trying to cause trouble here but that just seems far fetched to me o.o I mean please, by all means explain the reasoning behind it, I'm open to hear it..it just doesn't make immediate sense to me. | |

| 'Limiting jutsu to specialties is a way to limit the amount of people who are Over-Powered, or OP. By saying you can't use ninjutsu without ninjutsu specialty means you won't have a chance of being OP. If we allowed ninjutsu to be used with it as a specialty would mean you could use any jutsu without a specialty. That would be terribly OP, so we are limiting jutsu to specialties only.

| I can understand that, however, you can't use tons of jutsu anyway. Only what your element is and then the non-element jutsu stuff. So in essence your still limited to the possibilities of jutsu you can have. I mean, you'll get like, earth or w/e and you can only use earth-element type jutsu.
Plus, most people don't go in to Fuinjutsu so right there you've lost a large amount of jutsu that people will actively learn. So then I have to ask, if I don't have Kenjutsu, I can't use a sword then, right? And what of Taijutsu. I don't have it, so will I not be able to punch people in the face? o.O I mean I understand where you're coming from, the whole OP thing, but it seems a tad bit excessive considering there are large restrictions on jutsu naturally. I mean even just limiting people to 1 element would cause more of the desired affect then doing it this way. See what I'm saying? | |

'Taijutsu is another story. You can have D ranked Taijutsu without having it as a specialty. If your sword is over D rank, you won't be able to use it either without Kenjutsu as a specialty. You are also able to learn another specialty IC after your character is approved, if you don't already have 3 specialties.'
