All have been laid to rest, all expect memories. Throughout the years, shinobi - men and women - have learned how to preserve the memories of thousand of great shinobi that have lived, and then have passed. Though, they never managed to gain the memories of Uzumaki Naruto, Haruno Sakura, and Uchiha Sasuke. These three ninjas are wildly known as the Three Heroes of the world. They are the mirror images of their legendary Sannin teachers, and touched everyone's life in some sort of way. Their memory though has been scattered across the world, and the pieces of their chakra find themselves locked away in certain men and women, wildly known as the Kages of today. They are the shadows and guardians of today's new era, and they seem to wait for something to happen.
They await for Madara Uchiha to return, the Fourth Shinobi War had been created by none ever than Obito Uchiha, Kakashi's old friend whom he thought had died. In this war, numerous men and women died trying to protect all that they thought was right and true, in the end - Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke had perished by giving up their lives to kill Madara and Obito Uchiha. Their chakra awoken a sleeping God, whom took the combined power of the ten bijuu, kurama and the eight tailed bijuu's life source and basically recreated life anew. These memories however, are gone, and cannot be recreated or found in any memory book, or even in text. This story is being told through the combined chakra fragments of the Legendary Heroes that each Kage takes upon their death and inserts into a crystal fragment.
However, life as everyone now knows, is finally changing. Kazengakure and Hyozangakure had finally came to an agreement of forming a grand alliance between their villages, rumored that they were related by distant cousins, this alliance would be greater than any had ever seen. The day of the treaty being signed, and thus the festival on the island of Heiwa, a new danger had awaken that day. The Sage of Six Paths was unable to keep a dark entity in slumber from the grave and beyond; a new five tailed bijuu - the Hydra - had awoken. In a fit of rage and unknown, the Hydra destroyed half of the festival grounds, killing more than five thousand civilians and shinobi alike. The Bijuu set it's eyes on the building where the witnessing six kages were located, and destroyed the entire building.
Three months had passed, and Sannins of each village filled the spots of the Kages, as many hoped that one day there would be news that someone had survived the attack. Only the Hyozangakure's kage had returned, apparently unaware of what happened. Because of this, many of the villages have returned hostile towards each other, many blaming Hyozengakure for the attack that killed each of the Kage's. Slowly, men and women of each village are elected to fill the Kage spots of each of the village, alliances are being forged and mended. But can anyone form a great alliance to take down Hydria, and once again, scatter all of the tailed beasts across the world?

Alex is a tall man. He is skinny but strong. He has a harmless look. Like he could not hurt a fly. He has bright blue eyes with a starburst of grey in the middle. Overall Persona: It is hard to get a real read on Alex's personality. He will act different to every occasion he can get in. Alex follows orders and can be a very split personality type man. he could be happy and fun loving at one point at a stone cold killer the next moment. Description: This technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces.
As shown against Killer B, Chidori can also be used to simply give the opponent a large electrical shock without impaling them.

Description: This is a ninjutsu developed by Sasuke Uchiha during his training with Orochimaru. The body of the person touched by the Chidori will misinterpret the Lightning nature as "electrical signals from the nerves," making its muscles contract. This causes the body to involuntarily go stiff, while at the same time receives damage. This attack can also be channelled through the ground to increase the range of the attack.[2]

Description: The original Chidori gained its power by shaping it into a form sufficient for an electrical discharge and using it together with the user's own "thrust". This technique uses Shape Transformation to form the original Chidori into a spear or blade-shape, adapting it for mid-range attacks with a maximum range of about five metres.[2] Although it's less powerful than the Chidori, its increased range means there is less of a risk to the user. It also has the advantage of being able to be used for surprise attacks and capturing.
When the enemy's body is pierced, the user can alter the spear's shape into multiple additional blades, increasing the number of wounds. The blade can also be swung in order to cut things as well as cause fatal injuries.

This can pierce about anything it comes in contact with. Such as skin bones muscle rock and most metals. However if someone had a jutsu to block this shot than it could be blocked as long as the jutsu was powerful enough. It's not a very powerful jutsu but its like a small bullet. This travels at very high speeds but it is able to be dodged. However it depends on how close the user is to the target. as they get closer it will become more difficult to dodge

A master of this technique can fire off several flames in succession and anyone caught in the technique could potentially be reduced to ashes.

While in a cloud of smoke or in an area that is surrounded with smoke Alex can disappear into smoke and move around about the smoke then reform his body anywhere in the smoke screen. Turning into smoke is not insanely fast. This cant dodge an attack that there is no way to normally evade by moving out of the way. When they transform into smoke when there is no smoke around they will just appear as a puff so smoke in the air. They can still move around like this. It actually helps to be even more stealthy. However their chakra can still be sensed in this mode.

The other use of this jutsu is the offensive this hand can be in its normal side and sneak up on the opponent and choke the enemy. This jutsu is best used while already surrounded by smoke so the hand can sneak up better. This jutsu can only be used if Alex is keeping the same hand sign to control the hand.

Once they are trapped the chains will start to glow grey and become infused with Alex's chakra and then tighten and the chains will become stronger and nearly impossible for whoever is trapped in them to break out of. In addition the chains will start sucking the chakra out of the trapped target. This chakra does not go to alex. It just weakens the victim who is trapped. Alex can also tighten these changs very tight to a crushing force. Enough to where if it was wrapped around a tree it could crush the tree.

What Alex will commonly do it make it fly out of the ground towards him still horizontal and step back catching the blunt end of the spear with the palm of his hand and throw it using alot of strength so it flys through the air. The spear alone isnt that hard to dodge or counter. But this can be combined with one of alexs jutsus the most effective is alex will charge a chidori in his right hand and then summon his spear up in the air and catch it with the palm of his hand and then fuse his chidori with the spear and this time launch it forward with as much power as he can and send the spear through the air faster put now its like a flying bolt of lightning that can cut through as much as a chidori could cut through.

History:
Starting in the beginning before alex can remember he was born a baby, Like any other child who war born in to the phantom clan he was immediately put in a group of 5 other children. These children would grow up together testing each others skills. Once Alex became old enough it was time to start his training. Evey day he was rquired to wake up do 50 puch ups and 100 sit ups to recieve his breakfast. This was still only at the age of 5. They would spar and fight eachother will all they had and full force. Some kids died before the age of 10 because they get killed in training.
Once alex was 10 he started his new more diffucult training. In the morning he did 200 push ups and sit ups. Followed by many drills that were given to him by the instructors. Alex learned how to move around a crowd unseen. And how to spot a target a mile away. And how to kill. Thats what Alex was good at he was a killer.
By the age of 15 Alex was moving up to be a very strong member of the phantom clan. Alex lived a brutal life. And the only things he knew were how to act and devieve and kill. He didnt even really know what kind of a person he was, In the Phantom clan they didnt give you names until you were 20 and you were kicked out of their village. They just called everyone one, two,three and four. Alex number was 6 in his group.
Finally alex turned 20 years old and there was a big going away ceremony for him. He had the time of his life. How ever a tome that he could never remember for the next morning he awoke in a forest with no clue who he was.
Alex was in the Phantom clan so he only remembers his life sense the age of 20. This means that he was too old to become a genin. Alex wandrered around until he found a village. This vollage that he happened to find was the Village of the Rain. Alex wantered into the rain village unaware of anything and knowing nothing of what this cillage was right. He just new his basic instincts and knowledge. He knew that he was a shinobi and he knew the kage was the most respected and powerful ninja in the village. He immediataly found his way to the Kage's office.
Alex talked to the kage for many of weeks and proved himself and his skills to the Kage of the r ain. Eventually he convinced the kage to put him in his special group of shinobi. These were called the ANBU after a while of training with the Anbu and working and successfully completing all misions the kage had given him. Alex finally proved himself enough to where tha Kage then appointed him the Anbu leader. By this time alex was 32 years old.

right sealing weapons with seals require fuuinjutsu which you dont have and to seal it to your body also requires it. about you fusing chakra with your weapon the blades would still have to have chakra enhanced metal to be able to channel the chakra through them how is your chakra grey coloured and is like smoke makes no sence | |
