All have been laid to rest, all expect memories. Throughout the years, shinobi - men and women - have learned how to preserve the memories of thousand of great shinobi that have lived, and then have passed. Though, they never managed to gain the memories of Uzumaki Naruto, Haruno Sakura, and Uchiha Sasuke. These three ninjas are wildly known as the Three Heroes of the world. They are the mirror images of their legendary Sannin teachers, and touched everyone's life in some sort of way. Their memory though has been scattered across the world, and the pieces of their chakra find themselves locked away in certain men and women, wildly known as the Kages of today. They are the shadows and guardians of today's new era, and they seem to wait for something to happen.
They await for Madara Uchiha to return, the Fourth Shinobi War had been created by none ever than Obito Uchiha, Kakashi's old friend whom he thought had died. In this war, numerous men and women died trying to protect all that they thought was right and true, in the end - Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke had perished by giving up their lives to kill Madara and Obito Uchiha. Their chakra awoken a sleeping God, whom took the combined power of the ten bijuu, kurama and the eight tailed bijuu's life source and basically recreated life anew. These memories however, are gone, and cannot be recreated or found in any memory book, or even in text. This story is being told through the combined chakra fragments of the Legendary Heroes that each Kage takes upon their death and inserts into a crystal fragment.
However, life as everyone now knows, is finally changing. Kazengakure and Hyozangakure had finally came to an agreement of forming a grand alliance between their villages, rumored that they were related by distant cousins, this alliance would be greater than any had ever seen. The day of the treaty being signed, and thus the festival on the island of Heiwa, a new danger had awaken that day. The Sage of Six Paths was unable to keep a dark entity in slumber from the grave and beyond; a new five tailed bijuu - the Hydra - had awoken. In a fit of rage and unknown, the Hydra destroyed half of the festival grounds, killing more than five thousand civilians and shinobi alike. The Bijuu set it's eyes on the building where the witnessing six kages were located, and destroyed the entire building.
Three months had passed, and Sannins of each village filled the spots of the Kages, as many hoped that one day there would be news that someone had survived the attack. Only the Hyozangakure's kage had returned, apparently unaware of what happened. Because of this, many of the villages have returned hostile towards each other, many blaming Hyozengakure for the attack that killed each of the Kage's. Slowly, men and women of each village are elected to fill the Kage spots of each of the village, alliances are being forged and mended. But can anyone form a great alliance to take down Hydria, and once again, scatter all of the tailed beasts across the world?

Overall Appearance: The physical state Psychosis is in could only be described as "greek god". He has thick sturdy muscles, and a six pack, though he is thin, for his hieght at least. His face is calm and relaxing. He has an average jaw, but slightly gaunt cheek lines, making him very attractive. He has dark "bags" under his eyes from lack of sleep, even though he doesnt need it.
When smiling he has the craziest and creepiest smile you could ever imagine, making him very intimidating and oddly scary. His appearence is that of a tired man who has experienced more than even the oldest shinobi. Though he appears slightly aged, he is actually very young, but also very experienced. His physical appearance shows a serious young prodigy, however his past is damn near the exact opposite. His state of physical condition is far from what he truly is. He usually leaves his jacket open, which shows off his chest through his skin tight shirt. Though when he does not wish to be noticed, he wears a black cloak with a red inside. He also wears a mask, covering all of his face besides his eyes and forhead.
Overall Persona: The one thing that describes Psychosis's personality is one word that makes men cry, women beg, and dogs howl. Insanity. Psychosis is litteraly conflicted by every emotion there is, not understanding many of them, but knowing they are there, even though he has complete control of them, they annoy him constantly. His ruling emotions are nuetrality and love. He lacked love growing up and seeks it constantly as a man. Some see him as a manwhore, or a womanizer, the truth is he just wishes to be loved. Once he finds a single woman he loves he will settle down, until then he might as well have a hell of a time, right? To be honest he is deeply lonely, as part of his depriving childhood. He has few things he hates, but one thing that manages to bring out his true hatred, and that is arrogance. While he himself remains slightly prideful, he knows who he can be beat, and hates when people act as though they are better than anyone else. His true hatred lies within those who are prideful yet cannot back it up. He also hates those who look down on themselves for things others have done to them, or those who overdramatize with the situation. His way of looking at things is, if you have power and interefere, you need experience, if you have power, but manipulate events to better yourself and your allies, you are truly magnificent. He respects intelligence, holding an IQ of 153. He also loves making people feel fear, an odd effect of his powers.

History: Not much of his clan is known, he was an orphan who litteraly appeared in the orphanage one day. Frankly he didnt have a rough childhood, nor an exciting one. He learnt to take care of himself early. He didnt scrape for food or money, he simply did odd jobs that usually took up D rank missions for ninja. He soon joined the ninja academy. He did fairly well and graduated early.
Until he turned sixteen he had an average career. The only remarkable thing for him at that point was his speed. Twice as fast as the average gennin. His bloodline unlocked at the age of sixteen. With his bloodline he was able to change the emotions of those richer than him and took advantage of their kindness and started building machines to enhance himself and his allies. He has built many machines that he uses, specifically the nanobyte armor. He built the armor after his first mission. After that first mission, he had unlocked his ability to use the Shikotsumyaku and easily completed the mission. He was known as the last kaguya, and was treated much like Sasuke was, except the pity. After seeing the corrupt council, he has been growing traitorous
Kurokon had finally been assigned a team, something he had wanted for many months now. He had graduated with an uneven class, having to do D ranked missions, something that taxed his nerves. He was a warrior, not some child that needed practice to pull weeds and babysit. He could kill with a flick of his wrist but they had him trying to find farm animals, capture a cat, and pull weeds. It was ridiculous! He was one mission away from leaving the god forsaken village. It was useless for him to be here if all they had him do was childish chores. Infact when he learned that he had gotten a new team, he was about to yell at the hokage for giving him nothing but chores to do. As soon as he walked in though, he saw a jounin and two gennin who appeared to be waiting for him. As annoying as it could be, he was smart enough to wait until the hokage spoke and told him what had happened. The hokage told all of them they were now a team. Sudden perhaps, but neccessary, considering Kurokon had been about to go beserk from the insanely dull missions he was going on. It had been six months since then. He had grown irrecovably close to his team, almost as if he was placing them as his family instead of a team.
They all got along well and were a great team. Seika and Reiyu were his teammates, Reiyu was great with genjutsu, whilst Seika had immense strength, comparable to those using chakra enhanced strength. Seika was female, beautiful and smart, while Reiyu was reckless, male, and still rather smart. The jounin was named Kaien, a headstrong man, but a strong jounin. The only problem he truly had was that he charged in head first, no matter what. He felt as if they were his truest family, as if nothing else mattered, not even his own life.
He was currently on a mission with them, a supposed C rank. Sure at first it was, and the client did not lie, he simply wanted protection, however an old enemy of Kaien's insisted on fighting them. It was ridiculous that the man did not stop. Every chance he got he jumped out and fought with Kaien, and it was begining to tire him out. Infact he was just about to have his Gennin fight him, thinking they could hold him off. Unfortunately, he overestimated his gennin's abilities. If they fought him, it would result in death. He didnt know this, and continued to try to avoid the man, to no avail. Finally he ordered everyone to set up camp. That was the final time the man appeared. As soon as Kaien turned around, he appeared and stabbed him with a katana. It was obvious Kaien was dead, considering the sword was in the center of his chest, peircing his heart. That and his unmoving corpse that hung to the sword. The man's glowing eyes and shadowed face had little given the client a heart attack, which would kill him. Not even the fear of the man overshadowed the gennin's fear of losing Kaien. Kaien was stronger than them, leagues above their skill. Kurokon stood silent, shocked at losing him.
The man was obviously good with genjutsu. "Do you three want to know why you will die? Ill tell you anyway. Kaien was once a civilian, he betrayed his brother and raped his wife, then killed the rest of his family. Unfortunately, he bribed the police force and got away with it. The worst part was, he left his little brother alive, to slowly go insane and vow revenge. I was that little boy, and my revenge has been done, now all thats left is to kill the witnesses... piss yourselves yet?" His deranged smile widened, and he vanished. Kurokon was infront of Reiyu and Seika, but he did not know where they were. He turned and looked, seeing two of the man instead of Seika and Reiyu. Kurokon immediately launched bone fingers at both of them, nailing them in the chest. However, that image faded, replaced by Reiyu and seika holding their throats. Kurokon stopped his breathing and tears began to roll down his face. His entire mindset snapped. Behind him, the man was laughing. "now you know my pain, use it to grow strong! Kill me! Hate me!" He laughed.
Kurokon turned and lunged with all of his bones extended into deadly indestructible blades. The man was cut up before he could blink. Kurokon stood over the body and fell to his knees, crying. With that done, he sealed the bodies and slowly trudged back to Konoha, knowing that they would not blame him for this. They couldnt, considering they all knew he loved them like a family. They would not punish him. When he got back to Konoha and handed the hokage the scrolls, he immediately asked for Psychiatry. After leaving, he immediately went to the office, knowing that he would be helped, and knowing if this kept up his mind would break completely. The worst part was, he lost his purpose. He was going to keep his newfound family safe, protect them. Instead he lost them and killed two of them himself.
As he laid on the couch, he began speaking, not surprising, considering he knew that he needed to talk to people to release his emotions. "I.. I saw Kaien die... can you imagine that, I saw my only father figure die right infront of me... and worse.. I could not do anything to save him! I just stood there like a weakling.. what use is all this power if I cannot use it? The last of a lost bloodline.. but I still dont have enough power to save those I care for. Then... that bastard.. he tricked me into killing my friends.. I thought of them as my brother and sister.. and they saw me kill them.. they are rotting in hell hating me for killing them! Its all his fault! No matter what I do, I cant escape that.. that utter emptiness that I feel, not just the loss of a family, I can live after that, but... now.. I lost everything, my family, my purpose... my very mind... Do you know what it feels like to be pitied? to be hated because I killed my own teammates.. and got away with it! I hate them.. I hate... I... Thats it.
I dont hate them, I dont hate anything. I dont want to. Why should I feel what I dont want to? I hold the power of my mind, I dont want to rot in hatred, I want to be happy, to be invincibly happy. So happy that I cannot be disturbed, I want to serve, and to be served, I want power, and I want happiness.. Does this make me a bad person?" That was Kurokon's first visit with the psychiatrist. The second visit was strange, but with what Kurokon was going through, it would have to be. "Did you know... I killed at the age of eight? Oh yes, I saw a friend get raped, and killed the rapist.. that was when I discovered my powers.. I never thought of it until know.. Why do we feel what we dont want? Why feel guilt at killing a man who has wronged you? Why break down and cry at a tragedy that did not befall anyone you know, instead affecting so called innocents.. I am begining to see clearly, no more deception... Someone lied to me earlier, and I knew it simply by instinct.. I think I am learning more than ever. I see clearly, I know things that shouldnt be known...
I am a bad person, I kill mercilessly, I laugh at other's pain, I love to destroy.. But I am also a good person.. I love to help people, to create, to help.. What am I? Am I the man who killed his team? no.. even within this small amount of time, I changed.. I became someone new. I am not some immature brat, in the past few days I have matured more than most do during their entire life.. I see death as it is, another part of life, something I dont like, and yet.. I see it as a release... Is it possible to have so many veiwpoints and still be called sane? I dont even know anymore.."
The third and final time was by far the worst. The psychiatrist had grown to near insanity due to listening to Kurokon's rantings and ignoring all else. When he focused on them, he began to realize that rules were limits, they concealed the truth to power. Those with power made the rules so that no one may grow more powerful. He would no longer follow the rules of some ignorant peice of shit! He had grown rebellious. He only did what he truly wanted, nothing more. Listening to Kurokon however, was something he almost enjoyed due to the wisdom the cursed boy seemed to possess. Kurokon would be his path to power, and he would make sure that no one else could listen to him. As Kurokon started ranting once more, the Psychiatrist waited for him to finish. "Did you know, my friend.. I dont care anymore, its like.. its like I lost the ability to care. I truly think at this point I could kill anyone close to me... and have a smile on my face during it.. I have perfect my learning abilities, and my memory.. my memory is fading, not badly, but its strange... my memory is becoming... different. I remember anything I deem important, but most times I forget small things... I wonder if this is due to my increased learning capabilities... I am no longer sure.. I beleive I am changing.. becoming a true human, not a weak follower.
I am jealous of many of them.. they get to relax, they get to beleive that the illusions placed upon them are real, they never have to kill, and best yet.. they can have a purpose without trouble.. Sure I am gifted with incredible mental abilities.. but I am envious.. they can conceal their wants, they can feel... they can feel love.. I tried dating a girl, but... I felt no connection, no purpose to acheive with her, its as if my mind is rejecting my body's needs, as if they no longer matter.. I am tempted to kill anyone who annoys me... but do you know.. who annoys me the most? Those who listen... but do not act!" With those final words, Kurokon jumped at the man and stabbed him in the face. The man was dead instantly, his brain splattered on the wall. Kurokon immediately left, and fled the village. He knew the chuunin that gaurded the village gates. He summoned a bunshin and had it go out the gate, running. The gate gaurds blinked, but seeing that he was in civilian clothing, they let him pass. Kurokon ran towards them and panted "guys that guy stole my wallet, let me go get it, Ill be right back." Fortunately, the chuunin were lazy and his friends, and pathetic at genjutsu. Sure it wouldnt fool them if they were actually trying, but they were lazy and generally let things play out instead of acting. Kurokon ran after his bunshin and laughed as he ran past the visage of the gaurds. His mad cackling filled the night air. He then decided on what he should do now. He decided on two things, changed his appearence and his name.
He needed a fitting name, one that truly eximplified his madness. Upon thinking about it, he narrowed it down to three choices, Psychosis, which he loved because of how it had "Psycho" in it, Schizo, which he didnt enjoy because it would be harder to write down, and finally, Psyke, a shortening of Psycho. He finally chose to use Psychosis as his name, and Psyke as his nickname. He had to decide how he would live now. He knew that if he disappeared, most would look for someone that looked like him, however they forgot one essential thing. He could manipulate his bone structure. Sure it would hurt, and take a while to get used to, but he could do it. Doing so would rip some muscles, which would heal in a while, but so long as he looked different, he would be able to get away with it. Now how to handle his missing status... just in case they recognized him anyway. It wouldnt be hard. He grabbed a civilian passing by and killed him, smashing his body until it was nothing but a skeleton. He manipulated her bones, by injecting his own, and formed a skeleton that would appear to be his, even if DNA test. He cackled, knowing that Konoha would not be able to recognize him with this final act. With the final part of his plan in order, he left to a hospital. When he knew no one was watching him, he manipulated his entire skeleton, turning him six feet tall, and he now had a more aristocratic face. He immediately decided what he wanted to look like. He fainted after he was done, but a nurse immediately found him, and took him inside.
Psychosis was happy with his new body, it was strong, fast, tall, and certainly handsome. Infact, within the small village he was currently residing in, he had been hit on at least three times, quite a feat considering he hadnt left the hospital yet. Most of them were nurses, one was a male doctor. Honest, he loved it, being the center of attention, being in control, able to manipulate the with the ease of hitting a fifty feet target two feet away. It was enjoyable, sure, but it got annoying when he told them he was ready to leave, but they denied him. At that point it became clear what he was going to do. Not that he minded the free food and attention, but it was getting annoying being stuck in one place. Honestly, he just wanted some fun right now... Maybe he could convince one of the nurses to have some fun. It mattered little. As soon as he was healed, he would act.
After having fun with a few of the nurses, Psychosis was fully healed, and rested. He knew he had to chose, leave peacefully or destroy the hospital. He had already chosen. He reached up to his chest and removed the wires on him. Hearing the machines go off, a doctor and two nurses came in, ready to help. He jumped up and landed on his hands, stuck sharp bones out his feet, then spun his legs. Within a second, all three were on the ground with deep gashes from their neck to their waist. It was safe to say they were dead. Of course if that wasnt enough, Psychosis jumped from his hands and landed on their necks with his feet, instantly smashing their necks into paper thing material.
He jumped up and tackled the nurse behind the counter, expanding his ribs to go out his chest, stabbing her chest and killing him. He extended his shoulders to make shoulder pads, then he extended bones out of every joint he had, making him a human shredding machine. He spun, litteraly, past five nurses running towards him with sedative, slicing them all to bits. He cackled madly, slamming his hands into the floor. In doing so, he created bones larger than most people, destroying most of the hospital. He retracted the bones, condensing them into his own body, make himself and armor around his skin. He jumped out the nearest window before the hospital collapsed. After landing safely, he laughed loudly. No evidence on what happened, not need for it.
What he felt was amazing. His mind was perfect, allowing him to control his own emotions completely. No more would be allow himself to be influenced when he did not want to be. His emotions were now his slaves, if he wanted to feel happy, he did, and now, he felt no guilt at killing hundreds, nearly a thousand of civilians. It was not his problem, why should he care? Sure it was a dark way of thinking, but it was true. Truthfully, he did not want to kill everyone, but he did not want them to live either. It was worhtless, the strong survive, the weak die, that was the truth behind reality. No one could survive without might... Might controls everything, without might, you cant protect anything, not even yourself. It was true, dark, but still true.
He walked down and smiled, still having some chakra left, he ran through the village, spinning while extending his bones, shredding anyone he came accross, man, woman, or child. By the end of it, he was soaked in blood. He needed a new outfit, but where to find one? He just wiped out an entire village, and there were no signs signaling a tailor, so there had to be one nearby. It was a garuntee, considering the town had quite exquisite clothing. He probably could have looked in the closests for one, but considering the fact that he was tall, and he wanted ninja clothing, he wasnt likely to find any for him. He grabbed a pair of civy clothes and cleaned himself, going to the town next to the one he was currently in.
Upon arriving, he immediately found the shop he wanted. Of course the giant sign "Ninja Clothing Made Here" did not help at all. Unlike most ninja, Psychosis, before his breakdown, did not buy alot of clothes, wearing simple clothes, but now, he felt like wearing a cloak and fancy clothes. He had money, after all, he had stolen all the money from the last town. He walked in and blinked. The man behind the counter was an old man, but he handled wires as if instinctual. He probably used to be a ninja who fought with wires. It wasnt common, but it was possible. Fighting with wires took dexterity, flexibility, and fluid movements. It also didnt hurt to be fast. The old man didnt even look up. Psychosis smirked "I need this outfit." He threw a picture on the table, showing the old man a black cloak, with fancy white markings on it, and underneath a blood red vest, and black pants. "make sure I can put steel plates in them, I am a warrior after all. Actually, how about you wait until I get back to sew them shut? that would work better" He chuckled, throwing a heavy bag of money onto the table. "Make sure you tell no one of this." The old man nodded, and Psychosis walked out.
After a few hours, Psychosis came back, with a few plates of his bones, as dense as he could make them. He nodded at the old man and slid each plate into his clothing. The old man sewed the clothing shut tight and glanced at the man "Its not wise for a missing ninja to be here, ninja come by from all villages, you should be careful, its not easy to make those clothes" Psyke smirked, "dont worry about me old man.. good perception, you a retired ninja?" The old man nodded "I retired after the last war... I dont need the stress of the job anymore." The old man smiled "thank you for your custom" Psyke immediately left the village.
For the next few months, Psychosis was deciding where to live, and what to do. He decided he would become a solider of fortune, but he needed to find somewhere safe for someone like him. Sure he could beat most people, but he needed something more than his bones, something no one would expect a Kaguya to use. The objective was clear. He needed to master Illusions. During the months, he perfect the art of genjutsu so that he made a skill, where he needed no movements to make an illusion, and instead of its one weakness being kai, he found a way to invert that, so only those who knew they were in an illusion and could find the flaw that he could not erase would be able to get out of it. Unfortunately, he always had one flaw, and he could not get rid of it, sometimes it would be a patch of grass changing from green to black, other times it would be his hair color, or the shape of a tree, it didnt matter, there was always a flaw.
He had tested it on a few civilians and found it worked perfectly, so he knew it could work against ninja. So long as he kept them shocked, he would be able to kill them with ease. With this, he could truly be invincible, at least until he fought someone who had two minds, or possibly a jinchuuriki, he wasnt sure. Many ninja lacked perception, and thus, they would be very weak against his ability. Thus began the realization that illusion was a power beyond powerful, going nearly into godlike.
Within time, Psychosis had reached a small town near Amegakure. It was the kind of town he would like to settle down in, so he wouldnt destroy it, not yet at least. Sure he could have done it, not a big deal, the last town he destroyed was nearly on the border between Suna and Ame, but it was small, and he got lucky that no ninja had been there. He knew he could not handle a jounin right now. The only reason he was able to kill the brother of Kaien was because he was suprised and wanted to die. It became obvious once he thought about it. The man lost everything, and finally got his revenge, allowing Kurokon to kill him would end the cycle of revenge, and the man's suffering at that.
He could have done so many things, but he did not regret one single thing he did. Why? What could possibly make him not wish to change what happened in the past? It was simple actually. If he changed the tiniest thing, his eyes would still be closed to the truth. He would still be that arrogant little brat who thought he could fight everything head on. His eyes would be shut to the truth, the truth that the truth is a lie. Everything he knew, everyone he knew, they were nothing anymore. He would make his own rules, he would not allow some weak little man who beleived himself to be all powerful to run his life. Fortunately, he was smart now, a genius actually, and he decided upon his new ideas. No more would he be scared to gain too much power, nor would he discriminate on types of power.
But would it be worth it? No... he needed a purpose. Perhaps he could find someone who he could help acheive their goals. Someone to protect and serve. Of course he would have to train harder first. It would be too downgrading to be so weak that no one would allow him to serve them. Sure he had indestructible bones and insane illusions, but if anyone got past those, they could kill him. He thought about it, and thought about it more. Suddenly the answer became clear. He would learn a truly powerful technique, one which might even bring him to S ranked status. But which one? Which one could possibly allow him to become so powerful? Sure, he could learn sage mode, but that would be pointless, as it doesnt last long enough. Then it hit him. Teleportation and phasing. Truly, to be beyond powerful he would need a power no one else had. Thus began his quest to find a way to teleport and phase, not knowing it would lead to a greater discovery than ever.
In less than a week he had settled down in Kirigakure, and killed the previous mizukage, taking over the village.

By doing this a person with this characteristic can react to a incoming attack the moment they pick up on it without any hesitation at all in their movements. Also, Taijutsu with a person with this characteristic becomes extremely tough as they can react to their opponents hits the moment they are hit and strike back in no time as all. A person with this characteristic can use it up to two post, but on the third and forth post they must rest.
I know have evasion like it says in requirements but you also you need to have weaponary medical or taijutsu as main spec which you have genjutsu as main spec so this needs to be removed

this needs to have two admins appoval for you to have this so you have 1/2 of appproval from me for the use of this SC another admin will need to approve you to use tis now

This jutsu works by Psychosis locating and extracting the DNA that the KKG requires, after which the body of the user, or the target, will replicate itself, killing the old cells, but making new ones with the KKG added. This proccess is very painful and leaves the user/target weak for a topic. One body can only hold one doujutsu (meaning they can get sharingan in both eyes), one body (Such as kaguya), and one chakra (Such as elements and manipulation of elements), it is also irreversible.
It takes 1k words to gain each bloodline, then it takes the stated requirements for the bloodline to master it. For unstated bloodlines. Regardless of the KKG, it will be half power.

| The sharingan has numerous abilities and only two of them have anything to do with genjutsu. to allow an uchiha member to simply look at the illusions and ooh their broken, would make the jutsu nearly pointless. I can agree if its fully mastered though.
I would have at most one full kkg and two half powered ones, essentailly instead of having, lets say kaguya bones. Instead of being able to manipulate the shape and harden them, I would just be able to harden them. For byakugan, I would get the chakra veiw without the 360, for, lets say a clan which controls fire and is immune to it, Id be immune to fire. Its not really that oped considering they are barely half power, and I still have to train them fully. Its actually not as oped as you might think. |

| I still see it as being op. 2 Bloodlines ((essentially)) and if you grab the right combinations, it could make you indestructible. As with the Genjutsu based tech, I agree and see no issue with it myself | |

| People can place it in there aps to be approved with it but are required to do the 4k word count on top of this your character is actually not legible for god like speed which if you had read the sc you would have noticed
