All have been laid to rest, all expect memories. Throughout the years, shinobi - men and women - have learned how to preserve the memories of thousand of great shinobi that have lived, and then have passed. Though, they never managed to gain the memories of Uzumaki Naruto, Haruno Sakura, and Uchiha Sasuke. These three ninjas are wildly known as the Three Heroes of the world. They are the mirror images of their legendary Sannin teachers, and touched everyone's life in some sort of way. Their memory though has been scattered across the world, and the pieces of their chakra find themselves locked away in certain men and women, wildly known as the Kages of today. They are the shadows and guardians of today's new era, and they seem to wait for something to happen.
They await for Madara Uchiha to return, the Fourth Shinobi War had been created by none ever than Obito Uchiha, Kakashi's old friend whom he thought had died. In this war, numerous men and women died trying to protect all that they thought was right and true, in the end - Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke had perished by giving up their lives to kill Madara and Obito Uchiha. Their chakra awoken a sleeping God, whom took the combined power of the ten bijuu, kurama and the eight tailed bijuu's life source and basically recreated life anew. These memories however, are gone, and cannot be recreated or found in any memory book, or even in text. This story is being told through the combined chakra fragments of the Legendary Heroes that each Kage takes upon their death and inserts into a crystal fragment.
However, life as everyone now knows, is finally changing. Kazengakure and Hyozangakure had finally came to an agreement of forming a grand alliance between their villages, rumored that they were related by distant cousins, this alliance would be greater than any had ever seen. The day of the treaty being signed, and thus the festival on the island of Heiwa, a new danger had awaken that day. The Sage of Six Paths was unable to keep a dark entity in slumber from the grave and beyond; a new five tailed bijuu - the Hydra - had awoken. In a fit of rage and unknown, the Hydra destroyed half of the festival grounds, killing more than five thousand civilians and shinobi alike. The Bijuu set it's eyes on the building where the witnessing six kages were located, and destroyed the entire building.
Three months had passed, and Sannins of each village filled the spots of the Kages, as many hoped that one day there would be news that someone had survived the attack. Only the Hyozangakure's kage had returned, apparently unaware of what happened. Because of this, many of the villages have returned hostile towards each other, many blaming Hyozengakure for the attack that killed each of the Kage's. Slowly, men and women of each village are elected to fill the Kage spots of each of the village, alliances are being forged and mended. But can anyone form a great alliance to take down Hydria, and once again, scatter all of the tailed beasts across the world?

Overall Appearance: Yoriyama Ruuji is a slim, lean man with sinewy muscle. Being 5,8 ft tall, he is of average height. He has a gaunt, serpentine face with yellow eyes, a wide mouth and a hooked nose. His hair color is brownish green and shoulder length, typically falling freely down to his shoulders and the back of his neck with a few strings and bangs in front of his face. He has a pale complexion.
As for his clothing, underneath his Akatsuki robe he typically goes bare chested with the exception of his old headband hanging from his neck. He has brown pants and a brown cloth hanging from his waist to halfway down to his knees to hide the hole in the back of his pants for his Curse Seal transformation.
Overall Persona: Ruuji is a very solitary person. He was orphaned at a young age having never learned his parents, and witnessing war and the sadness that comes with it, he has come to the conclusion that living without any ties and bonds to the world is the best way to live in the shinobi world. His solitude is, so to say, his shield against emotional pain. He views himself as a completely free person, and as such tends to do whatever he pleases basing most of his decisions on what would be the most interesting results.
His apathy makes it easy for him to distance himself from the world to the point where he treats it as an interactive book of sorts. He loves getting involved in things just to see how it ends, same as he loves sticking around people who intrigue him and witness their stories evolve. Arguably sadistic, he will even influence these stories himself if he can, making live rough for the “main character” by spicing up the story a bit for his own amusement.
Despite his antisocial persona, Ruuji is surprisingly well mannered, soft spoken and polite. The orphanage was very keen on respectful and decent behavior, and growing up Ruuji found out that this was also the most efficient way to “blend in with the crowd” if he desired to do so. He has a very dry type of humor and usually displays a laid-back demeanor.
Ruuji loves to fight! His blood thirst stems from a deep desire to prove his existence, and considering his great skill as a shinobi and the world he lived in, battle is the best way to do so. A psychopath, his favorite manner of killing is by choking his enemies so he can “feel them die and see the spark of life leave their eyes.”

This seal appears in his neck as a black fang. Because the heavy influence of the seal, some mutations in Ruuji’s body have become passive. One such mutation is his tongue, which can extend to over insane lengths and can be used as a weapon to constrict enemies and throw weapons. The other effect, arguably one of the most powerful ones, is the regeneration it provides. Every day, the seal takes a small amount of Ruuji’s massive chakra reserves and stores it in the seal. It then uses the stored chakra to heal wounds on his body. Small wounds such as cuts, bruises and first degree burns can heal without limit. Medium injuries such as bruised bones, deeper cuts and lost fingers can heal four times per topic. Heavy injuries like second degree burns, (non fatal) organic wounds can be healed twice per topic. The regeneration does not make him immortal, however. If he takes a hit to his vital organs or if he is decapitated, he is as dead as any man. The seal only has one stage. When activated, it will trigger a shocking transformation. The yellow of Ruuji’s iris will spread to the white of his eyes and his teeth will become sharp and pointy. Since being under the ground is a blind spot, the target has no warning; allowing the user to launch a surprise attack. By using this technique in conjunction with a weapon, it also gains great effect as an "assault ninjutsu".
Jutsu Name: Doton: Chikiyuu Roken (Earth Release: Earth Sensing) Rank: D Element: Doton – Earth Release Range: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Description: A passive skill that becomes active once the user has succesfully concealed him/herself underground using Underground Submarine Voyage. The user can send his chakra through the earth in a twenty meters radius. This will grant them the ability to hear sounds being made on the crust such as footsteps, allowing them to pinpoint a hidden opponent's exact location if said opponent moves. The sound of hearing is extremely accurate.
Jutsu Name: Doton Shuriken (Earth Release Shuriken) Rank: D Element: Doton – Earth Release Range: Mid Type: Ninjutsu Description: After the required handseals, rocks will rise from the earth into the user’s hands and merge together in the form of shuriken. The shuriken areas hard and sharp as steel. Using this jutsu, the user can either make five normal shuriken or one bigger shuriken the size of a Fuma shuriken. In the latter case, after the shuriken is thrown the user can perform an additional half ram seal to break the shuriken into five normal-sized shuriken in mid flight. This does not affect the speed of the shuriken.
Jutsu Name: Doton: Doryuusou (Earth Release: Rising Earth Spears) Rank: C Element: Doton – Earth Release Range: Mid Type: Ninjutsu Description: The user performs a number of handseals and slams the ground with his or her palm. Five spikes of sharp rock will rise from the ground in a circle around the opponent. They will rise in a diagonal way so that the points rise in the targets direction, impaling them if the target doesn’t move out of the circle quickly.
Jutsu Name: Doton Bunshin (Earth Release Clone) Rank: C Element: Doton – Earth Release Range: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Description: The user creates a clone made of nearby earthly materials such as stones, dirt, sand, soil, mud or even manufactured brick. Like the Water Clone, the Earth Release Clone has only ten percent of the user’s strength and chakra, and will be destroyed after one firm blow. When it is destroyed, it will revert back into its original state.
Jutsu Name: Doton: Mogura Giyorai (Earth Release: Mole Torpedo) Rank: C Element: Doton – Earth Release Range: Mid Type: Ninjutsu Description: After the required seals, five kunai-like earth projectiles will be formed underground, underneath the user. The blades will travel toward the opponent and shoot diagonally out of the ground at the opponent when they are close to the target. The blades can also attack targets hidden underground.
Jutsu Name: Doton: Koku Dangan (Earth Release: Stone Bullets) Rank: B Element: Doton – Earth Release Range: Mid Type: Ninjutsu Description: After the required hand seals the user spits a stream of small pebbles from his mouth in a machinegun-like fashion. The stream lasts for two seconds. The pebbles function as bullets, being able to easily pierce flesh and bone.
Jutsu Name: Doton: Domu (Earth Release: Earth Spear) Rank: A Element: Doton – Earth Release Range: Mid Type: Ninjutsu Description: After forming the 'snake' hand seal the user flows chakra through all parts of their body, which hardens their skin to a steel-like quality. This increases their defensive power to the utmost limits. The user's skin becomes much darker, an almost black colour. Furthermore, the destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great all-purpose technique. The amount of techniques that can break through the areas hardened by the Earth Spear are few, not including its undeniable weak point: Lightning Release ninjutsu of C rank or greater. A user of great skill can also harden only certain parts of the body such as the arms for less chakra.
Jutsu Name: Doton: Yomi Numa (Earth Release: Swamp of the Underworld Rank: A Element: Doton – Earth Release Range: Mid - Long Type: Ninjutsu Description: By changing the surface of an object (ground, ceiling, wall, etc.) beneath an enemy (relative to them) into mud and creating a swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures. The technique can also be used on a smaller scale to trap individual foes.
Jutsu Name: Doton Meisu (Earth Release Mace) Rank: A Element: Doton – Earth Release Range: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Description: After making the required handseals, Ruuji will use soil and rock from his surrounding to create a huge mace. The mace has a handle of two meters in length and about as thick as your average handle, but the body is the size of a car. Ruuji can only wield one mace at a time and can only carry it with the strenght of his curse seal backing him up.
Jutsu Name: Doton: Sentotsu Koku no Satsujin (Earth Release: Thousand Stones Murder) Rank: A Element: Doton – Earth Release Range: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Description: After performing the required hand seals, the user makes one of his earth clones explode into a thousand stone bullets that will fire in every direction, showering the surrounding area. The bullets each have the potential to pierce flesh and kill if they hit an unfortunate place.
Jutsu Name: Doton: Numa no Doubutsu (Earth Release: Mystic Bog Beast) Rank: S Element: Doton – Earth Release Range: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Description: After forming the 'snake' hand seal the earth around Ruuji starts to rise, forming an enormous six-legged lizard made of solid rock. The lizard is about the same size as the great toad Gamabunta. Ruuji is located in the monster’s mouth with its lower body submerged into the rock. By flowing his chakra through the basilisk, Ruuji can make it move as if it were alive. After three posts, the lizard will crumble. If needed, Ruuji can exit the lizard earlier in which case it will also crumble. Can only be used once per thread.

Jutsu Name: Housenka no Jutsu (Fire Release: Mythical Phoenix Fire Technique) Rank: C Element: Katon – Fire Release Range: Mid Type: Ninjutsu Description: The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.
Jutsu Name: Katon: Hibashiri (Fire Release: Running Fire) Rank: C Element: Katon – Fire Release Range: Mid Type: Ninjutsu Description: After performing the 'tiger' hand sign the user will create a stream of fire that will run across the ground and can be manipulated into several forms (rings of fire that runs on the ground around opponents or a circle of fire flying through the air) before striking the target.
Jutsu Name: Housenka Tsumabeni (Fire Release: Crimson Nails Balsam) Rank: C Element: Katon – Fire Release Range: Mid Type: Ninjutsu Description: The user unleashes a volley of shuriken while at the same time exhaling fire-infused chakra onto them in order to increase the weapons' destructive potential by making them capable of inflicting severe burns upon direct contact with either the intended victim or any other object caught within their trajectories. Due to the chakra-based nature of the flames that surround them, the shuriken will continue to burn after impact, regardless of the flammability of the object that they ultimately collide with.
Jutsu Name: Katon: Hakaiteki Honoo (Fire Release: Destructive Pyre) Rank: C Element: Katon – Fire Release Range: Close Type: Ninjutsu Description: A defensive-oriented fire technique. After the required hand seals, a circle of fire will rise from the ground around the opponent and will expand until the diameter reaches 5 meters, burning any attackers standing within them, before vanishing. The wall of fire is three meters high and about 30 centimeters thick.
Jutsu Name: Katon: Haisekishou (Fire Release: Burning Ash Accumulation) Rank: B Element: Katon – Fire Release Range: Mid Type: Ninjutsu Description: After forming the needed handseals, the user will expel an ash from his mouth. This large cloud begin to envelope his foe and when the user clicks his teeth, the cloud will ignite in an explosion.
Jutsu Name: Katon: Ryunyuhachi no Jutsu (Fire Release: Dragon Mortar Technique) Rank: B Element: Katon – Fire Release Range: Mid Type: Ninjutsu Description: After the required hand seals, the user will expel up to five football-sized fireballs from the mouth. The fireballs are affected by gravity as seen as when they are shot into the air. They will gain height for a few seconds by the momentum from being expelled, but will soon begin to fall. When any of these balls collide with a solid object they will explode, engulfing anything within two meters in the blast.
Jutsu Name: Katon: Daifunka no Jutsu (Fire Release: Great Eruption Technique) Rank: B Element: Katon – Fire Release Range: Mid Type: Ninjutsu Description: After the required hand seals, the user will send fire chakra through the earth to up to five different locations within ten meters of the user. A sudden pillar of intense flame will burst from the ground on those locations, taking about five seconds before vanishing again. The pillars are five meters tall and one meter thick. Because the geysers of fire appear so suddenly, predicting this technique is extremely hard.
Jutsu Name: Katon: Honoo Soushiya (Fire Release: Flame Runner) Rank: B Element: Katon – Fire Release Range: Mid Type: Ninjutsu Description: After the required hand seals, the user focuses fire chakra on his/her feet and brace his body before dashing forward or jumping, unleashing the fire chakra at the same time, leaving patches of scorched ground where the feet were. The unleashed fire-chakra will cause the user to temporarily gain extreme momentum, moving forward or upward at nearly untracable speed. However the user cannot control his-her direction, and the jutsu has a travel limit of ten meters.
Jutsu Name: Katon: Gōryūka no Jutsu (Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique) Rank: B Element: Katon – Fire Release Range: Mid - Long Type: Ninjutsu Description: The user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body and changes it into a dragon-shaped fireball. The user then skilfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. Even outside of the attack range, its power and reliability are stressed. The flames have a high temperature, as they can create an upward movement of air currents which in turn can give rise to thunder clouds. A master of this technique can fire off several flames in succession and anyone caught in the technique could potentially be reduced to ashes. This is part of the setup that Sasuke uses in order to perform his Kirin technique.
Jutsu Name: Katon: Kimaira En Odori (Fire Release: Chimera Flame Dance) Rank: B Element: Katon – Fire Release Range: Mid Type: Ninjutsu Description: After the required hand seals, the user spits out a series of small, Housenka-sized fireballs shaped like dragon heads. The fireballs have homing properties as they bend and curve towards their target, making it hard to dodge. About five fireballs are shot.
Jutsu Name: Katon: Kimaira En Daidangan (Fire Release: Chimera Great Bullet) Rank: A Element: Katon – Fire Release Range: Mid – long Type: Ninjutsu Description: After the required hand seals, the user emits a large fireball shaped like a dragons head from his or her mouth. The fireball is about the size of a van and has homing properties as it bends and curves towards the target, making it hard to dodge. The fireball explodes as soon as it comes into contact with something.
Jutsu Name: Katon: Taiyoufurea (Fire Release: Solar Flare) Rank: A Element: Katon – Fire Release Range: Mid – long Type: Ninjutsu Description: The user performs the required hand seals and will emit a ray of intense fire from his or her mouth. The ray appears as a solid beam of glowing orange. The ray is constant as long as the user keeps channeling chakra. It only has a reach of ten to twelve meters and is four meters thick, however because of its intense heat it can vaporize up to C-rank water techniques in its path and melt even steel in a matter of seconds.
Jutsu Name: Katon: Gōka Mekkyaku (Fire Release: Great Fire Annihilation) Rank: S Element: Katon – Fire Release Range: Mid – long Type: Ninjutsu Description: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and then expelled from the mouth in a massive wall of intense flames which covers an expansive range, making it extremely difficult to avoid.

Jutsu Name: Fuuton Nagare (Wind Release Stream) Rank: D Element: Fuuton – Wind Release Range: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Description: By blowing air from their mouth, the user is able to change direction while in mid-air at high speeds. In the anime, it was shown it can also be used to blow up a dust cloud, concealing one's location and movements.
Jutsu Name: Fuuton: Reppūshō (Wind Release: Gale Palm) Rank: C Element: Fuuton – Wind Release Range: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Description: A simple technique that when the users hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. This technique, when used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.
Jutsu Name: Fuuton: Daitoppa (Wind Release: Great Breakthrough) Rank: C Element: Fuuton – Wind Release Range: Mid Type: Ninjutsu Description: This is a relatively simple technique that creates a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight.
Jutsu Name: Fuuton: Kiyouheikiko (Wind Release: Wind-Enhanced Arsenal) Rank: B Element: Fuuton – Wind Release Range: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Description: This is simply said the ability to enhance standard ninja tools by breathing out wind chakra onto them. Danzo has displayed the ability to do this in his fight with Sasuke. If the user enhanced senbon with this jutsu, the needles will gain a white glow and will gain additional piercing potential, being now able to pierce a human body. In a kunai’s case, a veil of wind chakra will be formed around the knife increasing its sharpness and its reach to the point of a standard katana. Finally, if it is used on a shuriken, it will cause a veil of slicing wind to surround the spinning weapon. This makes it sharp enough to cut through trees, rock and armor, as well as extending its range. A very versatile jutsu.
Jutsu Name: Fuuton: Tsuin Hebi no Jutsu (Wind Release: Twin Serpent Technique) Rank: B Element: Fuuton – Wind Release Range: Mid Type: Ninjutsu Description: The user performs the required hand seals and whips up two miniature tornado's on both his sides. Said tornado's are two meters thick and ten meters high/long. The user can freely manipulate the tornado's and have them bend like two massive arms using them to deflect attacks or deal heavy physical damage. The user has to keep both hands in the same seal or else the tornado's will dissapear.l
Jutsu Name: Fuuton: Shinkūgyoku (Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere) Rank: B Element: Fuuton – Wind Release Range: Mid Type: Ninjutsu Description: The user takes a deep breath and then exhales several small blasts of wind chakra in such a manner that they are dispersed over an expansive range, enough to make it difficult to avoid them entirely without taking any damage. Due to the properties of this technique, the expelled blasts are capable of piercing into and potentially through an opponent's flesh when they collide, in a similar manner to how bullets function.
Jutsu Name: Fuuton: Shinkūha (Wind Release: Vacuum Wave) Rank: B Element: Fuuton – Wind Release Range: Mid Type: Ninjutsu Description: The user takes a deep breath and exhales the wind chakra compressing the released air into a solitary blade of wind. The blade’s trajectory can be manipulated by moving the head while the wind is being exhaled.
Jutsu Name: Fuuton Yaiba (Wind Release Slash) Rank: B Element: Fuuton – Wind Release Range: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Description: The user waves his hand and creates multiple blades of wind, which combine to form a single, large blade of air. The technique was powerful enough to stop Susanno's movements, but wasn't able to break through its defence. The true beauty of this technique is that it requires no seals.
Jutsu Name: Fuuton: Shinkū Daigyoku (Wind Release: Vacuum Great Sphere) Rank: A Element: Fuuton – Wind Release Range: Mid Type: Ninjutsu Description: A stronger version of the Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere technique, where the user instead chooses to compress the entirety of the previously inhaled breath into a single large, crushing sphere of wind chakra that they then proceed to expel from their mouth.
Jutsu Name: Fuuton: Kiatsu Bakudan (Wind Release: Pressure Bomb) Rank: A Element: Fuuton – Wind Release Range: Mid Type: Ninjutsu Description: After making the required handseals, the user will take a deep breath and exhale a ball of wind the size of a football. The ball will travel a distance of 20 meters, after which it will explode. The ball is made of extremely pressured wind and when it explodes it will release a small compact hurricane that will cover a circle of 20 feet. Everything within those 8 meters will be torn to shreds by the cutting winds of the hurricane.

Name: Body flicker Technique Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Depends on the location, All ranges? Element: Ninja art Description: This technique is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination.

It then leaps from his mouth with tremendous speed and force, even tearing a hole in the bedrock and through metal pipes. With that ground-splitting power, the enemy is cut in half. The way that both the enemy and the ground itself are cut apart is reminiscent of the strike of a great sword.

Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on shuriken, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal. The spins around on one foot insane speed, becoming a blurred vision. The extreme movement will deflect standard projectiles such as kunai, shuriken or senbon as well as simple taijutsu/kenjutsu strikes. While the spinning can be nauseating for beginners, more experienced ninja can use this technique in rapid succession without even feeling slightly dizzy.
Jutsu Name: Hirayaiba – Palm Blade Rank: B Element: None Range: Close - Mid Type: Taijutsu Description: The user performs an extremely speedy slash with the flat palm, using it as a sword of sorts. Through the sheer speed of the cut, the attack is extremely hard to avoid or out time and can slash through flesh and bone.

Jutsu Name: Sanme no Fuuin (Seal of the Third Eye) Rank: A Element: None Range: Close – Mid - Long Type: Fuuinjutsu Description: A seal transferred to the opponent through their direct contact or through a medium (aka the user first transfers the seal to a kunai or puppet by touching it and then lets the medium touch the opponent) and can even be transferred from medium to medium (only works for five times) or through chakra strings. The user will be able to sense the affected opponent's location and every movement for about an hour as long as the opponent remains within a hundred meters of the user. Keeping the seal active however consumed a C-rank jutsu’s worth of chakra every post.
Jutsu Name: Shishō Fūin (Ura Shishō Fūinjutsu ) Rank: S Element: None Range: Close - Mid Type: Fuuinjutsu Description: This technique is a fūinjutsu that the user places across their chest, and sets it to activate upon their death. The technique releases four symbols from the user's body that then form a large, black sphere around them. Anything caught inside the sphere's area is then drawn in and sealed within the user's corpse.

Academy: When he was only a few months old, Ruuji was left at an orphanage, since his mother was homeless and couldn¡¯t care for him. Because Amegakure was always in need of new shinobi , the Orphanage would send a few orphans with a healthy and good body, including Ruuji, to the Academy to learn the way of the ninja. Every day after school had ended, Ruuji would watch many of his classmates being picked up by their loving parents. He envied those children, for he knew that after his lonely trip home, he would just be another kid at the orphanage, nothing special in anyones eyes. In order to block out the pain, Ruuji focused completely on his progress as a ninja, spending almost every speck of free time studying and practicing. This made him an outcast, since he never played with other children. Most of the students would simply leave him alone. He graduated the academy when he was thirteen, with one of the highest grades.
Genin: Chuunin: During his Chuunin times, Ruuji met a person that had great influence on his philosophy. He was placed in a small special team consisting of three other chuunin. Two of the other chuunin were both rude and loudmouthed, nothing but talk. The other chuunin, a girl named Nanako, was a shy and quiet girl. She hardly spoke, and when she did it was usually accompanied by a lot of stuttering and blushing. During their first real battle against another chuunin team from an enemy country, Nanako showed her true self. What she lacked in talent, she made up for in will. The enemy chuunin were stronger than Ruuji¡¯s team, and managed to overpower them at first. However, no matter how much the enemy chuunin would beat her up, she would continue to fight, eventually defeating one of the chuunin. As the other three were dumbfound, Ruuji and Nanako used their surprise to their advantage and finished the three while they were still wondering what the hell was going on. Seeing Nanako¡¯s strong will, he started to respect her. As the two big talkers could do nothing but cower in fear against the superior enemies, this event triggered Ruuji¡¯s belief that only during a fight ones true self would emerge. This made him think even higher of combat, viewing it as a test for mankind. He also came to respect strong-willed people in general.
Nanako gained Ruuji¡¯s respect, and the two worked together flawlessly. Nanako in turn was fond of Ruuji for being the first person ever to respect her. The two became close friends, among the other chuunin there were even rumors about a romance, although this was never confirmed by any of them. This came to an end however, when Nanako died in combat. The four of them were on a mission when they were ambushed by an enemy. Ruuji and the other two got away, but Nanako didn¡¯t survive. Most people predicted that Ruuji would be sad, but disappointed turned out to fit the description much better. Nanako had failed the test after all, and was in Ruuji¡¯s eyes no more than average from that day on.
Jounin: Ruuji became a jounin at twenty years age. During this time he had gained a lot of the elders respect for the many missions he successfully finished, and his achievements in the extermination of Kekkai Genkai users. He was also noted for his great skill on the battlefield, becoming absorbed completely in combat. For four years he managed to keep up his reputation. However one day, during another battlefield, Ruuji came across a very powerful opponent, a Kekkai Genkai wielder who had the ability to conver chakra to pure energy. The man was known for being able to kill ANBU, and was very skilled. Ruuji managed to win, but becoming so absorbed by combat he ruthlessly killed a number of genin in the process by attacking the enemy even though the genin were clearly in the way. Ruuji was sent to prison for killing his fellow shinobi.
Ruuji was sentenced for ten years. After that, he wouldn¡¯t be allowed to become a shinobi anymore, thus seemingly ending his career. Not all was as it seemed, however. A secret research team, led by an advisor of the Amekage, a man named Akumo, had started experimenting on shinobi, modifying them with his own unique brand of the Curse Seal. This team was founded secretly and behind the Amekage’s back. The goal was to create a group of powerful, modified shinobi that Akumo would use to attempt a Coup d'etat. The research facility was hidden underground, the entrance hidden somewhere in Akumo¡¯s mansion.
In order to gain test subjects, Akumo would bribe several corrupt prison guards. These prison guards would smuggle prisoners to the research facility. There, the prisoners would be locked in another cell not much bigger than their old one, the only moment they would leave being when they were required for testing. Ruuji was among these prisoners. After doing various experiments on him, the researchers had altered Ruuji's body in order to give him a new range of abilities. Ruuji had gained a more lizard-like appearance, with a pale skin, yellow eyes and an extendable tongue. But the most important feature was his new curse seal, the transformation of which would later earn him the name Tokage no Ruuji.
After the experiments, the researchers placed Ruuji in a small arena together with three high-leveled shinobi who had also undergone various body-altering experiments. This was to test which modification was the most effective. The four nin were to have a free for all fight to the death. Ruuji was the only survivor, and thus the most successful experiment. The researchers continued testing Ruuji, watching his progress. Ruuji quickly developed an own fighting style that involved using taijutsu and ninjutsu at the same time. It also allowed him to cast jutsu much quicker, as handseals are done twice as fast with four hands.
As long as Ruuji was allowed to fight, he had no reason to complain. It didn¡¯t take long for the researchers to create a new, improved method of altering bodies.. A few weeks after receiving his new body , Ruuji was told that he would return to the prison because the researchers needed a new test subject, and he was basically outdated. Refusing to go back to boring prison life, Ruuji killed the ten researchers and fled the hidden village itself. Then he sneaked into the bedroom and killed the village elder Akumo before fleeing the village.
Missing-nin: Ruuji was branded a missing-nin for his actions, and started traveling the Shinobi world looking for powerful opponents. He would usually seek out places that were going through war, offering his services. Although some places refused to employ a rogue ninja, Ruuji got a decent amount of jobs, allowing him to experience the thrill of battle once more. He became quite renown in a short time, as his abilities on the battlefield were remarkable.

Because the heavy influence of the seal, some mutations in Ruuji’s body have become passive. One such mutation is his tongue, which can extend to over insane lengths and can be used as a weapon to constrict enemies and throw weapons. The other effect, arguably one of the most powerful ones, is the regeneration it provides. Every day, the seal takes a small amount of Ruuji’s massive chakra reserves and stores it in the seal. It then uses the stored chakra to heal wounds on his body. Small wounds such as cuts, bruises and first degree burns can heal without limit. Medium injuries such as bruised bones, deeper cuts and lost fingers can heal four times per topic. Heavy injuries like second degree burns, (non fatal) organic wounds or lost limbs can be healed twice per topic. The regeneration does not make him immortal, however. If he takes a hit to his vital organs or if he is decapitated, he is as dead as any man.
The seal only has one stage. When activated, it will trigger a shocking transformation. The yellow of Ruuji’s iris will spread to the white of his eyes and his teeth will become sharp and pointy. Scales will start to cover his skin and a pair of extra arms will emerge from beneath his actual pair. He will also grow a long, reptilian tail.----Regrowing of limbs is a no.
Jutsu Name: Katon: Ryunyuhachi no Jutsu (Fire Release: Dragon Mortar Technique) Rank: B Element: Katon – Fire Release Range: Mid Type: Ninjutsu Description: After the required hand seals, the user will expel up to five football-sized fireballs from the mouth. The fireballs are affected by gravity as seen as when they are shot into the air. They will gain height for a few seconds by the momentum from being expelled, but will soon begin to fall. When any of these balls collide with a solid object they will explode, engulfing anything within five meters in the blast. ----Nerf down the blast radius.
Jutsu Name: Katon: Honoo Soushiya (Fire Release: Flame Runner) Rank: B Element: Katon – Fire Release Range: Mid Type: Ninjutsu Description: After the required hand seals, the user focuses fire chakra on his/her feet and brace his body before dashing forward or jumping, unleashing the fire chakra at the same time, leaving patches of scorched ground where the feet were. The unleashed fire-chakra will cause the user to temporarily gain extreme momentum, moving forward or upward at the speed of a bullet. However the user cannot control his-her direction, and the jutsu has a travel limit of ten meters.----Speed of a bullet is a no because bullets move too fast to be seen.
Jutsu Name: Katon: Taiyoufurea (Fire Release: Solar Flare) Rank: A Element: Katon – Fire Release Range: Mid – long Type: Ninjutsu Description: The user performs the required hand seals and will emit a ray of intense fire from his or her mouth. The ray appears as a solid beam of glowing orange. The ray is constant as long as the user keeps channeling chakra. It only has a reach of ten to twelve meters and is four meters thick, however because of its intense heat it can vaporize most water techniques in its path and melt even steel in a matter of seconds.----Fire is weak to water so the most i would be able to let you get away with is C rank water techniques. B rank techniques and above would be able to overpower it.
Jutsu Name: Fuuton: Kiyouheikiko (Wind Release: Wind-Enhanced Arsenal) Rank: C Element: Fuuton – Wind Release Range: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Description: This is simply said the ability to enhance standard ninja tools by breathing out wind chakra onto them. Danzo has displayed the ability to do this in his fight with Sasuke. If the user enhanced senbon with this jutsu, the needles will gain a white glow and will gain additional piercing potential, being now able to pierce a human body. In a kunai’s case, a veil of wind chakra will be formed around the knife increasing its sharpness and its reach to the point of a standard katana. Finally, if it is used on a shuriken, it will cause a veil of slicing wind to surround the spinning weapon. This makes it sharp enough to cut through trees, rock and armor, as well as extending its range. A very versatile jutsu.----A higher rank please. At least B rank.

The technique was powerful enough to stop Susanno's movements, but wasn't able to break through its defence. The true beauty of this technique is that it requires no seals.----Definitely not a C rank. At the far edges of a B or A rank(which is what i had it as)
