All have been laid to rest, all expect memories. Throughout the years, shinobi - men and women - have learned how to preserve the memories of thousand of great shinobi that have lived, and then have passed. Though, they never managed to gain the memories of Uzumaki Naruto, Haruno Sakura, and Uchiha Sasuke. These three ninjas are wildly known as the Three Heroes of the world. They are the mirror images of their legendary Sannin teachers, and touched everyone's life in some sort of way. Their memory though has been scattered across the world, and the pieces of their chakra find themselves locked away in certain men and women, wildly known as the Kages of today. They are the shadows and guardians of today's new era, and they seem to wait for something to happen.
They await for Madara Uchiha to return, the Fourth Shinobi War had been created by none ever than Obito Uchiha, Kakashi's old friend whom he thought had died. In this war, numerous men and women died trying to protect all that they thought was right and true, in the end - Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke had perished by giving up their lives to kill Madara and Obito Uchiha. Their chakra awoken a sleeping God, whom took the combined power of the ten bijuu, kurama and the eight tailed bijuu's life source and basically recreated life anew. These memories however, are gone, and cannot be recreated or found in any memory book, or even in text. This story is being told through the combined chakra fragments of the Legendary Heroes that each Kage takes upon their death and inserts into a crystal fragment.
However, life as everyone now knows, is finally changing. Kazengakure and Hyozangakure had finally came to an agreement of forming a grand alliance between their villages, rumored that they were related by distant cousins, this alliance would be greater than any had ever seen. The day of the treaty being signed, and thus the festival on the island of Heiwa, a new danger had awaken that day. The Sage of Six Paths was unable to keep a dark entity in slumber from the grave and beyond; a new five tailed bijuu - the Hydra - had awoken. In a fit of rage and unknown, the Hydra destroyed half of the festival grounds, killing more than five thousand civilians and shinobi alike. The Bijuu set it's eyes on the building where the witnessing six kages were located, and destroyed the entire building.
Three months had passed, and Sannins of each village filled the spots of the Kages, as many hoped that one day there would be news that someone had survived the attack. Only the Hyozangakure's kage had returned, apparently unaware of what happened. Because of this, many of the villages have returned hostile towards each other, many blaming Hyozengakure for the attack that killed each of the Kage's. Slowly, men and women of each village are elected to fill the Kage spots of each of the village, alliances are being forged and mended. But can anyone form a great alliance to take down Hydria, and once again, scatter all of the tailed beasts across the world?

Hair Color and Style Long black hair that is free flowing. Appears to like wearing his hair style in thin well kept manner, but layered over his eyes from time to time. The length of his hair moves to all the way to the back of his ankles, all the while two of bangs hang forward over his eyes.
� Face & Head Ryuouja has a very muscular jaw line with oval shaped white eyes that hint understanding that, Ryuouja knows of sadness in his soul. Upon his forehead I he wears a gold fore head protector with two six inch horns protruding. Upon his neck he wears ivory prayer beads that shine brighter under The Sun & Moon's light. Each bead is sealed with a special fuinjutsu.

� Arms On his left hand Ryouja wears a white bandage which extends all the way past the elbow, but doesn't succeed the knuckles.
� Lower Attire Ryuouja wears large loose fitting white pants that are made of entirely of silk. Laced on both leggings are patterns that resemble claw marks. The patterns on the left legging are black, while the opposite design is basked in blood. Around his waist Ryuouja wears a shinobi utility belt which contains numerous scrolls, however this is hidden by a ebony sash that blows in the wind.

Anbu Gear Ryuouja's body is completely wrapped in (Special) all ivory bandages, with the only visible parts of his body being exposed to others are grey clould like eyes. Since his existence no one has ever seen what he looks like without his bandages off, except the former Mizukage. He sports a black Kiri Anbu Vest with it left open. A solid black pair of ebony ninja pants. Upon the pants of Ryuouja he holds a light green ninja tool pouch on each leg above the kneecaps. His Hunter-Nin snake mask is also all black, with light green wave designs around the mask pattern wise. Upon the Mask is the Hidden Mist Symbol also in Lime Green. For footwear grey wears a specialized pair of Shinobi gear which would appear like ebonly solid dress shoes.
Overall Persona: Socially Ryuouja doesn't speak and he is often believed to be mute, because he never says anything unless he feels it's necessary for him to do so. He keeps his mouth shut majority of the time as he believes if he should say something it should be important. His name does not matter nor does his peers. To Ryuouja when one speaks it is also a chance for them to reveal their weakness giving indication about their personality, and who they are. He simply believes talking is often a waste of time so why waste his breath. Ryuouja also has a habit of people watching as man never notice that he is actually around or even sitting right next to them. He often comes and goes like the wind and prefers it that way. He believes life is short so he intends to do whatever he wants regardless of the consequences or what others think. While Ryuouja isn't exactly evil he isn't exactly good either. He is neutral on the line of alignment as some believe they are doing good while doing it actually in the name of evil while others believe they are doing good while actually they're deeds could come across as evil. Psychopaths, Murderers and Manipulators do not bother him, as he believes without evil in this world the scales are unbalanced.
When forced to work with other people he doesn't talk much either. If he simply must he will use Morse Code as a form of communication between him and his ally. While traveling with an ally he poses as a corpse or is simply not seen by another as that's how he prefers to stay out of the way and as a safety precaution as he doesn't put his life in others hands as they may cost him.
Ryuouja's ultimate goal in life is to see every part the world and to truly be free from the rules of authority and to travel his own path without the presence of another imposing their will upon him.

Jutsu Name: 10,000 Watts Rank: S Element: Storm Release & Black Lighting Range:All Type:Ninjutsu Description: Ryuouja does some hand signs while generating a current of current of black lighting around his body. He will then release a strong blast of his advance element strom release into the clouds themselves. The clouds will radiate an intense blackness, and release 1000 black beams of energy down upon it's target with each bolt producing 10,0000. These bolts can be controlled and directed by Ryuouja. The drawback to this effect is that for 4 post Ryuouja won't be able to use his black lighting jutsu. This Jutsu may only be used once per thread.

He is nothing more than a corspe. However it is simply like playing dead while suppressing his chakra. Anyone who touches him without his consent will posing as a corpse will be shocked and stunned for one post.

Jutsu Name: Shadow Edge Rank: B Element: None Range: Midrange Type: Kenjutsu Description:Ryuouja instantly moved forward forty meters attempting to slash his opponent in whatever angle he likes, however when his slash or cut attempt is made the force of the strike instantly propels Ryuouja back exactly forty meters allowing him to attack swiftly and retreat back to his location instant. He does this with a variation of the body flicker, and it happens so fast that it appears that he has never moved from his location.

Name:Ryuorochi Rank: S Fused Element: Black Lighting Description: Is a Scythe attached to a twelve foot pole. The Fang of the Scythe erects up to seven feet which is colored in a green jade. The entire weapon is composed of a special black metal found high inside the Mountains of Kumo. It is highly conductive, but extremely durable, and hard to break. As a safety precaution there is a consent stream of black lightling chakra roaming and jolting around the blade. As a result anyone who has't mastered the Black Lighting Element can not wield this blade. If they attempt to touch or use the blade they will be shocked and stunned for three post. The weapon has two unique features
By generating chakra inside his weapon Ryuouja will slam the tip of the blade into the ground. . He stays in one place and generates a destructive electric shockwave around him that juggles foes in the air while shocking them.
The Scythe may be used to pour chakra into the pole of the blade making it capable of extending up to twenty-five more meters.

Black Lighting RANK-S Black Lightning is a unique form of Lightning Release. As the name suggests, the lightning produced by this ability's techniques is black in color. As such Ryuouja's Black Lighting is many times more powerful than raition based techniques.
Chakra Absorption RANK-A Ryuouja is able to absorb the physical and spiritual energy of an opponent with simple physical contact with an opponent. This does not mean he can absorb jutsu or external chakra. He must physically touch the opponent or living thing.to do this.
Enhanced Senses RANK-B His sense of touch is so acute that his finger can feel the faint impressions of ink on a printed scroll, allowing him to read by touch. The rest of his skin is equally sensitive, enabling him by concentration to feel minute temperature and pressure changes in the atmosphere around him. Even with his senses of smell and hearing blocked, he can feel the presence of a person standing five feet away from him simply by his or her body heat and disturbance of air. A side effect of his sense of touch is Ryuouja's ability to manipulate his muscles and internal organs. The sense of touch is not just external, but internal too (central nervous system), thereby giving him the ability to have total body control, increasing his strength and reflexes, .Ryuouja sense of hearing enables him to detect an acoustic pressure change of one decibel at a pressure level of seven decibels (whereas the lowest threshold for average human hearing is twenty decibels.) He can hear a person's heartbeat at a distance of over twenty feet, or people whispering on the other side of a standard soundproofed wall. Anti Venom: Rank-B Do the the Advance medical prowess of Ryuouja he has altered his cells in his body to react to various types of poison. As Such Ryuouja has complete immunity to poison up to C-Rank. While the higher ranked poision such as BRank are resistant. One day his father Hyouma was on an espionage mission away from his loved ones, his family. As Hyouma was away a rivaled Shinobi attacked, and abducted his family as they were traveling back to Kirigakure . The three children and their mother were taken to an unknown location. There the family was tortured in many ways, however their mother Maya Li would attempt to escape and return with the help of her husband Hyouma . This would be the last time he say his youngest sibling, and mother.
Her endeavor proved futile, she was captured alive, and stripped naked of her flesh leaving nothing but raw meat, of a corpse. She was left out to rot in sun, with no skin to protect her from the UV rays, her body quickly became cooked by the suns heat, as the flies, and other entities began to feast upon her. That same day Hazama, and elder brother Hissori's world would be altered, and twisted in inhuman ways. Hazamai was raped by an unknown women the same night his mother was slain. This women was the rival of the infamous to Hyouma. Ryuoujawas forced to be this woman's lover for 4 years constantly being raped by the women with a penis, and male genitals. Externally, she had all the features of a woman, beauty, and even breast, but that is the case with a lot of hermaphrodites. This desire to live burned out even when the two were abducted. He held out for hope that one day his father would rescue them and give them liberation. He gave up on that dream the day his mother died trying to reach him years ago. One day after Ryuouja was flogged for refusing to eat, Hissori revealed that he knew a high class medical ninjutsu, and healed Ryuouja's wounds. Ryuouja sincerely missed his father, his mother, and the youngest sibling. He wasn't very strong at physical combat at this time, but he was genius enough to create a plan to escape. While pretending to play dead Ryuouja , created a lesser paper bomb to use as a diversion, to escape. The two managed to migrate half way away from the camp, but both severely injured and Ryuouja's eye sight gone. Believing he could heal Hissori, Ryuouja attempted to heal his brother’s wounds, like he did for him, but do to inexperience and little knowledge his attempt was in vain. The day he lost the last of his family members. Ryuouja eyes blazed with tears, and a new look. The all seeing evil eye appeared and he saw nothing, but pain, and understood immediately that absolute power was the only truth in this world. Ryuouja was later found by some village elders of Kiri, and was safely returned to the clan. Hyouma had still been missing, and Ryuoujat rained his mind, and body to find him. So, he began training in to save the lives of his friends, and take the lives of his enemies.
At age of 9, Ryuouja , had begun training in both the Kenjutsu art of fighting as well as his medical jutsu . By the age of 13 Ryuouja had mastered the fundementals Style of the sword. As well as graduating from the Shinobi academy at the age of 13. After achieving the rank of Genin, Ryuouj acontinued to work his way up the shinoibi Hierarchy, but was often held back by his tendency for fighting in order to better himself as a close combat fighter. Often, exiling himself from the exams to practice alone. Ryuouja later became a Chunin at the age of 15 years. He easily swept the Chunnin exams by with his swordplay With effective deliver, and speed no one knew that he had laid a finger upon them. As each opponent took out one another one by one, Ryuouja took his easily swept the rest of the remaining competitors. Except one shinobi, an Uchiha. The two fought with great resiliency, and managed to force a near draw after the battle, but he and Ryuoujawould walk away as not only dual victors, but somewhat as friends.
As he grew older so did his skills as a Shinobi. Becoming a master of the Jyuuken, he was also a Sp Jounin now at age 19. Ryuoujawas temporary granted leave, but with 3 other shinobi to find, and search for his father, who had acquired Rogue aka Missin Nin status do to his long absent from the Kirigakure village. The village hadn't over looked Hyouma's missing status, but simply had to gain more information. Hazama, found the man who played a part in his existence, he sat down and asked him why he never came, but he could only reply with "I'm sorry I do not know you" Blistered with rage, Ryuoujawas about to strike the sickly man, but found out his father never came, do to having Alhimer's. This disease had taken away his memory, his identity, and the family he once knew. After finally finding his father, Ryuoujainformed him on what had happened, and he forgave his father, but had to take him back to Kirigakure . Hyouma understood slightly, and was prepared for the expedition, however Ryuoujadecided it would be best to let him live out the rest of his life in peace, but the 3 other Shinobi had made it their choice to take the life of a that man who was labeled a trader in their eyes. They walked out with a multiple blood soaked kunai in their grips. One threw the bloody headband near Hazama's feet, and simply continued to walk away with no form of remorse, or an apology. Hazama, understood how cruel the world really was, and how little life mattered to some people. He felt that everything in life was predetermined from his birth, do the events upon his life.
By age 22 Ryuouja, had been promoted to the rank of Jounin do to his extreme courage, and crafty battle tactics. He had never failed a mission, and withdrew nearly unharmed without a scratch on him in any mission. One day, a meeting was called for all Jounin Shinobi, the Hokage had presented an S-Rank Assignment. Four Jounin would go meet an escort a cargo with nobles, as a guardian for an extended period of time. This was a test to figure out who would be the next of the Anbu, but none of the participating Jounin knew that they were participating candidates. Ryuouja , was one of the chosen Jounin, for the mission. Ryuoujaunderstood this mission perfectly as simply protect and escort. He continued along the mission with the three shinobi who had killed his father long ago, making the safety of the nobles on the top of his to do list. He did this without question. The second on the to do list was to take the life, of the three other Shinobi.
It had been 7 long years traveling with the family, and Ryuouja, they had safely arrived in rice country. The family waved their good byes to the Kirigakure Jounin, and never looked back. Ryuouja's eyes had become cold, but his blood boiled for revenge. While the three Shinobi drank themselves silly on their way back to Fire Country, Ryuoujaunleashed his wrath upon the three shinobi easily killing each with few blows. Their intoxicated state made them venerable to death, but not invulnerable to pain. Ryuouja, continued his journey home with the without the company, and a mindset satisfaction.
The shinobi returned a bit older, a bit wiser, and a lot more distant. His attitude had changed now drastically to a much more unique view on life.

This is a no, its very overpowering
Ryuouja body has been trained to move function and act on its own at times basically moving on auto pilot at times. Meaning should he be trapped in a genjutsu he can fight the battle mentally while his body fights in the real world on it's own, or even if he is knocked out his body will function as if Ryuouja himself is awake.
this is also a no, Genjutsu attacks the mind thus all your focus concentration is on the genjutsu until broken free, If your body is on autopilot then all it will be doing is moving being able to fight if lucky on academy student level
