All have been laid to rest, all expect memories. Throughout the years, shinobi - men and women - have learned how to preserve the memories of thousand of great shinobi that have lived, and then have passed. Though, they never managed to gain the memories of Uzumaki Naruto, Haruno Sakura, and Uchiha Sasuke. These three ninjas are wildly known as the Three Heroes of the world. They are the mirror images of their legendary Sannin teachers, and touched everyone's life in some sort of way. Their memory though has been scattered across the world, and the pieces of their chakra find themselves locked away in certain men and women, wildly known as the Kages of today. They are the shadows and guardians of today's new era, and they seem to wait for something to happen.
They await for Madara Uchiha to return, the Fourth Shinobi War had been created by none ever than Obito Uchiha, Kakashi's old friend whom he thought had died. In this war, numerous men and women died trying to protect all that they thought was right and true, in the end - Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke had perished by giving up their lives to kill Madara and Obito Uchiha. Their chakra awoken a sleeping God, whom took the combined power of the ten bijuu, kurama and the eight tailed bijuu's life source and basically recreated life anew. These memories however, are gone, and cannot be recreated or found in any memory book, or even in text. This story is being told through the combined chakra fragments of the Legendary Heroes that each Kage takes upon their death and inserts into a crystal fragment.
However, life as everyone now knows, is finally changing. Kazengakure and Hyozangakure had finally came to an agreement of forming a grand alliance between their villages, rumored that they were related by distant cousins, this alliance would be greater than any had ever seen. The day of the treaty being signed, and thus the festival on the island of Heiwa, a new danger had awaken that day. The Sage of Six Paths was unable to keep a dark entity in slumber from the grave and beyond; a new five tailed bijuu - the Hydra - had awoken. In a fit of rage and unknown, the Hydra destroyed half of the festival grounds, killing more than five thousand civilians and shinobi alike. The Bijuu set it's eyes on the building where the witnessing six kages were located, and destroyed the entire building.
Three months had passed, and Sannins of each village filled the spots of the Kages, as many hoped that one day there would be news that someone had survived the attack. Only the Hyozangakure's kage had returned, apparently unaware of what happened. Because of this, many of the villages have returned hostile towards each other, many blaming Hyozengakure for the attack that killed each of the Kage's. Slowly, men and women of each village are elected to fill the Kage spots of each of the village, alliances are being forged and mended. But can anyone form a great alliance to take down Hydria, and once again, scatter all of the tailed beasts across the world?

Overall Appearance: Reikon Tsubasa, though a man regarded for his physical abilities, he does not look the part of a fighter. He is tall, standing straight at about 6’1 feet tall and light, weighing in at about only 186lbs and while looking at him, it would not be easy to tell how powerful he is until you see his muscles. His arms, toned and muscular from the various fights he’s been in and just by appearance alone hold up the moniker of a true fighter. His legs, having carried around massive weights all of Lars’s life have become toned and muscular as well, holding behind them such power and strength that allow Lars to move as high speed and send people flying with his kicks. Though Kyo bears the scars of war all over his upper body. His back, riddled with thin white scars of a whip that lashed against his skin while he was being interrogated. A deep scar on his chest, from when he was almost killed by a stab wound and a multitude of other small scars that reign across his body. He is a relatively tan man, having training his whole life outdoors.
Though Reikon is a man who seems to be in his prime both physically and mentally, he does bear the symbols of aging across his body. His face, possessing several wrinkles on his forehead and small, but noticeable crows feet growing from the corners of his eyes and nose ridges, that you’d easily notice in a well enough lit area. His hair, once a shade of deep brown has been dyed into an almost yellow color, something he believes to be a aftershock of the war and stress that he has felt and witnessed in his life. His hands, also growing a bit wrinkly and his body begging to show obvious signs of aging, despite that, Reikon moves and smiles like a man who has yet to see his thirties. However, the most noticeable thing about his square, strong jawed and chinned face is obviously his eyes.
Reikon is a man of order, a true soldier at heart, preferring to keep things organized and clean. He is always cleanly shaven and his slightly spiky, straight greying hair is always tied into a topknot that rests atop of his scalp. Though beginning to bald just slightly, Reikon does not stress such trivial things. He carries himself with dignity and pride, usually standing straight with his head held high like a true shinobi who has seen his fair share of things. When no interacting with others, his face is usually calm and collected or brightened by a smirk of satisfaction.
He is usually dressed in a lighter variation of a samurai’s armour, or wearing anything that he needs to, to hide his true appearance when on a mission. He wears a patterned red kimono, decorative white obi, and golden armor adorned with a lion, spiral designs, and clawed gauntlets. His outfit includes golden accessories, including a hair pin, rings fastened to the collar of his kimono, and an accessory on the knot of his obi. The back of his kimono features a stylized "46" design as his clan symbol. He usually prefers to were his village symbol on his left Bicep.
Overall Persona: Reikon is a man who understands the meaning of the words loyalty and duty. Having devoted his whole life to his country and his village, Reikon doesn’t regret a single act or order that he did or gave to defend the village. He is fiercely loyal to those he serves and seems always ready to follow orders whatever they may be, without hesitation and without fear. Death, is nothing to Kyo, he can kill easily without a single thought of remorse or mercy and he isn’t afraid to die, to die for his country and his village is an honor all shinobi must strive for- in his eyes at least. He will do what is asked of him and won’t allow anyone stop him or his mission, choosing to kill anyone he views as a possible bump in his road, he would rather have his subordinates kill than capture. To him, his village and his people are everything and he will do everything in his power to destroy anyone he considers a threat to it and will not stop with his mission while he still has some semblance of life in him. Reikon is a true symbol of devotion among shinobi.
Gifted as a skilled tactician, Reikon has a very logical and analytical mind, allowing him to easily asses situations and look for his best options, it is because of this that during the sixth war Reikon was personally regarded as one of the most dangerous commanders and tacticians even with outnumbered Reikon seems to look for options and does not know the meaning of the word retreat or surrender, unless his stubbornness endangers the village or his mission. He is not a headstrong or blunt man, preferring to think his options through and not rush into a mission or a battle unprepared for the worst scenarios that may come.
Reikon’s philosophy is that if you think something will go wrong with the mission, it will and it is the shinobi’s ability to adapt to the problems of his mission and still succeeds that make them who they are. Though a bit stubborn and arrogant, Reikon doesn’t allow his emotions to run his fighting or his missions, always thinking things through with a cold perspective and a straight head. It is because of his abilities of a natural born leader and tactician as well as his physical prowess that made Reikon who he is today.
Though you’d think Reikon. to be prude and emotionless, he is in fact a man who enjoys a good laugh. He will sometimes make jokes about the surrounding circumstances and often taunt his opponents into making the wrong moves. He is a bit arrogant; the years of renown and fear have made him somewhat confident in his abilities and he has a degree of stubbornness, but inside you’ll find a man with interesting moral beliefs who isn’t afraid to make jokes and motives his soldiers along with instilling fear and respect in them. He is a man others follow and enemies fear.

If aimed at a flying weapon, the weapon will be knocked off course and sent to the ground. If the opponent is hit with this attack at close range, the nerve shock can create an opening as it is being implemented at the desired source of damage.

Description: A Technique utilizing the Raiton element. By focusing the chakra directly to ones fore-arm, they can form three electric 'bracelets' around it. By enclosing them directly into ones arm, they can emit them from there fist as small disks, approximately 1 inch in diameter. This has a three-shot limit, and each on deals low damage, with a slight paralyzing effect, only taking true effect when focused in one point with all three shots. The disks, being lightning, can phase through any conductive material, easily sinking into a human body. However, they will pass through tree and rocks unfazed, although somewhat weaker. These disks will move on until they fade out, which is about one post. The max time that the disks can be held in ones arm is a total of ten posts, allowing surprise attacks after the use of one or more disks. This jutsu cannot be used if another jutsu is currently affecting the user's arm, and vice-versa. However, the only way to keep the disk from completely phasing when passing through a physical object other than a human, one must run an electrical current through it, or use a wire to channel it on.

Description: A relatively easy jutsu to use, it does require some average shape manipulation, forming it into a pointed shape at the end. It requires no actual item to be formed on, and with a skilled user, can be formed in a split second. By charging the Raiton element into ones hand, they can emit the small blade-like facet from the cup of there hand, as if they were actually holding a knife. The blade has no substance, and can pass easily through objects, and when it comes into contact with human flesh, it will dissipate and transfer its current throughout their body. This jutsu has no effect on the user's hand, yet can be turned against the own user. It deals low damage, and low paralyzing ability, only giving a low numbing effect initially. However, after consecutive uses, say 10, it can be lethal to a human's heart. The maximum amount of time the knife can be maintained is five posts, and will then backfire into the user's arm. However, the only way to keep the knives from completely phasing when passing through a physical object other than a human, one must run an electrical current through it, or use a wire to channel it on.

It will not be blown away if hit by a wind jutsu, but a weapon embedded with wind chakra can pierce this cloak without any issues. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.

Description: This defensive technique creates a wall of water around the user. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. The wall's strength and resistance change following the quantity of chakra poured down into the water, so a skilful shinobi will be able to build a sturdy one. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source.
Tobirama Senju was able to produce one without a pre-existing water source, which was a testament to his skill and one of the reasons why he was selected as Hokage. In the manga, the hand seal sequence for this technique ends in the same seal that activates the Byakugan, though Tobirama only needs one to use this technique. Furthermore, the anime creates a completely original and far more elaborate set of hand seals when Tobirama uses it in the form of having the right hand cupping the left hand with a thumbs-up.

The amount of water created is proportional to the amount of chakra used; when used with Kisame's enormous chakra, even a dry wasteland can become a small ocean. Afterwards, the excess water can be used for additional Water Release techniques. In the anime, Nagato performed this using Deva Path by punching the ground with water gushing out instead of spitting it out of his mouth.

Description: The curse seal is a fuinjutsu created by an individual to momentarily enhance the user's power, this enhancement includes physical might such as strength and speed, as well as granting additional chakra and stamina to the user. Though the curse seal works like a drug, it momentarily enhances the users power thought once it reverts back to its natural state the user will be considerably weaken for an amount of time before returning to normal. It may be used immediately after it had reverted, however it will last a much shorter period, and won't grant as much as an enhancement, will need a longer resting period and will weaken the user even further. Over extension of the curse seal may cause damage to the body, in particular to vital organs throughout the body thus causing the user to cough out blood. Permanent damage may be done if the user overextended the limit twice in a row.
Kyo's Cursed Seal of Lightning has a very unassuming appearance, that of a simple black lightning bolt. Upon activation, the seal spreads out to cover the bearer's body in the same Lightning Bolt shape as that of the seal itself, dominating the face, especially the eye area. The sclera turns black, and the iris yellow. Once the Lightning Bolts spread across Kyo's body, he gains increased chakra levels and physical capabilities are increased. In the first state, the user is granted a tremendous burst of speed, as well as their reflexive abilities. The user receives a modest increase to chakra, a large stamina increase, and physical strength as well.
The user may only have the seal active for a total of five posts at a time without having any ill effects on the body and while it is active, the user's base rank will have a rank added [D to C to B to A to S], after five posts the body itself starts to reject the foreign power granted to the user and attacks the user's muscles, tissues and organs. The curse seal will continue to grant the additional rank of power until the seventh post from its initial release, which then the user's rank shall be reduced by one [Thus back to initial rank] though once the curse seal subsides, the user's rank shall go down by one rank whether the user had overextended the limit or not [S to A to B to C to D to E] as the body had weakened itself after the surge of power.
User's who have not went to the maximum of five posts, shall only be affected by the reduction of power for two posts (Though those who have only been in that state for one post, shall be affected by one instead). Those who have reached five shall experience the reduction for four posts. Those who have extended beyond five, will have an additional two posts per post they remain during that state. Then the user's base rank will return to normal, however they may not return to the curse seal state until they wait for one more post.

Description: The curse seal is a fuinjutsu created by an individual to momentarily enhance the user's power, this enhancement includes physical might such as strength and speed, as well as granting additional chakra and stamina to the user. Though the curse seal works like a drug, it momentarily enhances the users power thought once it reverts back to its natural state the user will be considerably weaken for an amount of time before returning to normal. It may be used immediately after it had reverted, however it will last a much shorter period, and won't grant as much as an enhancement, will need a longer resting period and will weaken the user even further. Over extension of the curse seal may cause damage to the body, in particular to vital organs throughout the body thus causing the user to cough out blood. Permanent damage may be done if the user overextended the limit twice in a row.
In the second state, a bearer's abilities are increased again along the same lines. At night, the user automatically blends into any shadow with a passive camouflage due to their dark skin. They also gain the ability to fly. Kyo can fly at least up to 10 meters but has a difficulty flying any more than that since his wings aren't strong enough, he fly for Three Posts but will have to wait a cool down of three posts before it can be used again. The user also as well receives a strengthening of any symbiotic weaponry. They gain the ability to expel chakra from the symbol on their chest.

Reikon uses these mainly for his Static shock technique that paralyzes her opponents limb once contact is made. Making Kyo a very Deadily opponent in Close Range. These Claws are also as sharp as Lion Finger Nails, and can slice through clothing but also leave piercings on other opponents skin. A metal stretching hand can also come from out of the palm of the claw and chase the opponent. Inside of this metal hand, is Kunai's, and Senbon's. After One Post of charging the Claws can release a stream of Water around the area but this ends after one post.
These are the Claws that Kyo wears where ever he goes. These Claws function like Gloves but metal, and also provide some protection to Reikon's hands. Even though these Gloves look some what like Gloves to only be used for show, No they are not. These Gloves are Crafted from chakra-receptive metals. Lightning element and Fire element.

[SC] TRAITS.-Tank 1. The Wall. Never really the one who will dodge away from an attack because really dodging isn't really a think you specifically like to do. Starting out at the basic wall, you have some vitality on you so that you dont' have faint away when you are getting punch and kicked. You can't take on too much damage. you're still human. You're still learning to take more damage and thus gain a 10% Damage reduction. 2. The Juggernaut. (Insert Joke Here). Your vitality have greatly improved Not bad, you can take much more damage. It takes a good amount of time for you to be taken down without you feeling the innate pain that will reach to your nerves and to your body itself. Because you understand pain, you're able to determine what will cause your opponent to fall. You have some knowledge on what force that'll send a person hurling over 20% Damage reduction. 3. The Unmovable Force. Through sheer willpower and adaptation rate, you are able to take on a surprising amount of damage without you falling over. Your body alone is able to take on damage from some chakra enhanced strength but of course by now, you have an understanding that taking on more will definitely get you far worse than hurt. You understand pain entirely as if it was a friend of yours that you can rely on. You and pain have a contract and you are able to deliver a great amount of pain towards your enemies. You can take alot of damage. 30% Damage -Blacksmith 1. The Apprentice Through some basic training either by sight alone or through a blacksmith, you are beginning to put two and two together to create items and weapons for yourself. You have the basic of knowledge, making small items, mostly nails and barrel stock. This is because you are un familar with some of the substances that allows you to create better material. Only through time and patience will you succeed towards the next step -Inventor: 1. The simple inventor: It has to start from nothing. You are beginning to see ideas form in your head but the necessary skill to put those ideas into action are either too complex and you dont have enough skill for it or it's just out of your reach. That isn't to say you can't give up, you have to start from somewhere. You aren't scared to venture out past a few limitations. History: Reikon was born nearly Twenty nine years ago in in the small lumbering village of Bassai (Located just an hour away from Konohagakure, just past the mountains), into the country of samurai, in a family of well known fighters and warriors across the land. From his earliest days, Kyo was trained in combat like any young man born in the country. He excelled, as his father had expected him to. You see, Kyo’s mother had died about a year after his birth and because of such circumstances; Kyo was always raised in a very militaristic and strong willed environment, rarely seeing any softness or love from his father, rather only an attitude of a Shinobi that lived. Like most samurai, he was trained in various weapon combat and various hand to hand fighting styles and though it wasn’t anything to compare to a ninja, Reikon was a skilled fighter even in his adolescence. He trained with swords and heavy weights even then, already granting him speed, grace and power
Despite never receiving any warmth or love from his militaristic father, he had managed to instil a virtue in Reikon, of duty, loyalty and honor. His father was a man, who valued such virtues above all other and because of that, when he had failed his master, Reikon’s father chose to perform a Curse Seal onto his son and take his own life. At the time, Reikon was only a boy of twelve years old and seldom understood the values and virtues of such things. Before he took his own life, Kyo's father called him in his quarters and told him “Honor, duty, loyalty, without them, we are nothing but filthy mongrels killing for the joy of death and bathing in the blood of those whose lives we ruin, Kyo, I want you to leave this village and find your own path with this new Curse Seal I have placed upon you, find those you cherish and follow them and above all, never forget your honor and duty as a soldier.”
After witnessing his father take his own life to give power to him, Lars was “exiled” from the village, in a sense, he packed his things and set off on a world of adventure, or more likely it only seemed as such. At the time, the world was experiencing a time of grimness, the fifth shinobi world war was still at large and many casualties were scattered across the entire land. In his journeys through the various countries, Lars encountered a shinobi by the name of Ryu Tsubasa. Ryu Tusbasa was a rogue shinobi, once hailing from the village of Iwagakure No Sato, he enjoyed the boys serious and militaristic attitude and after Hideki begged for it, Ryu Tsubasa agreed to train him. Ryu Tsubasa however, was known all across the world at the time, the untouchable, he was called. His speed and his physical prowess were unmatched in the world, he was renown for mastering every single form of hand to hand combat and singlehandedly wiping out the squads of shinobi that were sent to take him in. Ryu began training Kyo for the ten years that followed, teaching him everything from basic ninjutsu, chakra control, to stealth, combat and fighting. After a couple of months teaching him, his full power had unleashed the Curse Seal, Ryu was surprised. During these ten years, Kyo adopted the name of Tsubasa and the two grew incredibly close, Reikon felt like he had finally found a real father.
At the age of twenty four, Reikon witnessed the death of his master as a squad of a hundred ANBU managed to overwhelm him, though still having heavy loses. Destroyed by his masters death, Reikon raged through the ANBU using his Curse Seal, killing nearly all of them, only a few got away to tell the tale. Hideki buried his master and continued training, travelling through the world, finding scrolls and other masters to spar with, he slowly began growing into an exceptionally skilled fighter and his speed and physical prowess were indeed impressive. Reikon’s name echoed throughout the nations, being associated with extreme power. Reikon was now the leader of the newly formed Lion Syndicate. It's purpose to show everyone in the world what its like to lose everything. The Syndicate would prey on smaller villages, taking all their supplies and destroying everything in their path. Reikon felt no remorse for any of them, no emotion gracing his face even when the children was killed. His heart was frozen over. After a couple years of being known as missing, he joined Kumogakure as a Sanin.

| Also a lot of your taijutsu techniques seem to revolve around the use of kunai and other weapons this would in turn make them weaponry as tai is simple hand to hand wch means those that focus on using weapons require weaponry so either change your specialities or edit those jutsu | |

| They gain the ability to expel chakra from the symbol on their chest, as well as regenerate a severed limb in only one topic per of a fight and use their blood to stimulate chakra flow, giving a further boost.

Description: A simplistic Genjutsu technique, it is formed by a small portion for chakra excreted from ones body and mere focus on the idea of a cloud. The more real the thought, the more real the image. Simply enough, it is a form of the substitution technique, used before a punch would land. As it activates, a white cloud appears in front of a person, allowing the use of Body-Flicker technique to escape. Then, one can create multiple more clouds around the person, covering them in a screen of white. By then doing this, one can attack their blind opponent, yet one punch on themselves will dissipate the technique. The technique can last a maximum of two posts.[Counts as one of the substitutions the user is allowed]
