All have been laid to rest, all expect memories. Throughout the years, shinobi - men and women - have learned how to preserve the memories of thousand of great shinobi that have lived, and then have passed. Though, they never managed to gain the memories of Uzumaki Naruto, Haruno Sakura, and Uchiha Sasuke. These three ninjas are wildly known as the Three Heroes of the world. They are the mirror images of their legendary Sannin teachers, and touched everyone's life in some sort of way. Their memory though has been scattered across the world, and the pieces of their chakra find themselves locked away in certain men and women, wildly known as the Kages of today. They are the shadows and guardians of today's new era, and they seem to wait for something to happen. They await for Madara Uchiha to return, the Fourth Shinobi War had been created by none ever than Obito Uchiha, Kakashi's old friend whom he thought had died. In this war, numerous men and women died trying to protect all that they thought was right and true, in the end - Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke had perished by giving up their lives to kill Madara and Obito Uchiha. Their chakra awoken a sleeping God, whom took the combined power of the ten bijuu, kurama and the eight tailed bijuu's life source and basically recreated life anew. These memories however, are gone, and cannot be recreated or found in any memory book, or even in text. This story is being told through the combined chakra fragments of the Legendary Heroes that each Kage takes upon their death and inserts into a crystal fragment. However, life as everyone now knows, is finally changing. Kazengakure and Hyozangakure had finally came to an agreement of forming a grand alliance between their villages, rumored that they were related by distant cousins, this alliance would be greater than any had ever seen. The day of the treaty being signed, and thus the festival on the island of Heiwa, a new danger had awaken that day. The Sage of Six Paths was unable to keep a dark entity in slumber from the grave and beyond; a new five tailed bijuu - the Hydra - had awoken. In a fit of rage and unknown, the Hydra destroyed half of the festival grounds, killing more than five thousand civilians and shinobi alike. The Bijuu set it's eyes on the building where the witnessing six kages were located, and destroyed the entire building. Three months had passed, and Sannins of each village filled the spots of the Kages, as many hoped that one day there would be news that someone had survived the attack. Only the Hyozangakure's kage had returned, apparently unaware of what happened. Because of this, many of the villages have returned hostile towards each other, many blaming Hyozengakure for the attack that killed each of the Kage's. Slowly, men and women of each village are elected to fill the Kage spots of each of the village, alliances are being forged and mended. But can anyone form a great alliance to take down Hydria, and once again, scatter all of the tailed beasts across the world?

    Overall Appearance:

    Kosumosu is a very unique person, he keeps a very low profile that requires him to have very common features in his physical appearance. His hair color is jet black and his eye color is dark blue. His skin color is a somewhat tanned shade. He's not very tall but he is 6 feet in height. He weighs 200 lbs and like his toned muscles the way they are. He has a few scars on his back and a couple on his arms. He keeps his hair in a long pony tail that extends to his lower back. A very diffining feature however is the smoothness of his skin. Aside from the scares it's wrinkless and full of moisture that doesn't dry out. He looks very young for his age.

    Everyone likes long robes with awesome patterns, Kosumosu is one of them. But under his long, black robe with blue up and down stripes is a black dress shirt. Under the dress shirt is a netted body suit that does all the way to the wrists and to the anckles. He wears black, baggy pants that extende to the anckles. His undergarmets are personal and will not be mentioned. His robe has many pokets big and small to carry common and uncommon shinobi tools. There are time when he wares his pajamas to work... it's basically shorts and T-shirt. He doesn't do it often, but Kosumosu is a big time groggy, not-morning person. He's pretty susceptible to wearing little in the morning.

    Overall Persona:

    Kosumso is a very demanding sort of person who aims to get what he wants, that would be to laugh at a pretty good joke. He's a humorous sort of fellow who doesn't mind lightening up the mood of the room with a dirty joke or something so out of character it's silly. He know's just when to make a pun also. Sometimes he can be very useless in a diplomatic conversation if the other person he is talkiing to doesn't have a sense of humor. Although he does have a serious side that kicks in whenever the air seems to fill with a sense of cold, dark feeling. This would be around those who are intent on killing or harming people seriously. Kosumosu is pretty modest in nature and can accept defeat just as he could vicotry. Often he plays the role of peace keeper among the people he's around. He can be pretty light hearted compared to other shinobi, but he can quicky overcome a need for peace when he;s thouroughly angry. Often his trigger for anger is someone being annoying in a way that gets everyone else in a bad mood. He's tolerant of other aise from that. He's very groggy in the morning to the point of being downright menacing to people. In return he's more apt to being awake all night long and can pull off 48 hours of being awake (given he gets to sleep a full day).

    Fears: Seeing someone he cares for die in a heartless and cruel way, being helples to bring peace to fighting, and letting people down.
    Likes: Assisting other to become what they were meant to be, people. He also like a good laugh and sleeping in.
    Dislikes: The annoying fools who think power is the only true way to live. War in general, combat is an art most unworthy of the galleries in life. Violent fools , those sort of people just don't know when to be at peace.

    Description: The user puts his hand on the surface of a body of water and from the tips of five fingers, chakra is released into the water, changing it into the form of five ferocious sharks. The sharks circle the target with high speed, creating a raging stream that takes away their prey's freedom of movement and their sharp teeth tear into the enemy with each consecutive attack. In the anime, these sharks can regenerate from surrounding water, making them difficult to destroy.

    Description: The user spits out a great volume of water from their mouth, swallowing up and crushing the enemy with the advancing surge. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speed, and attack the enemy, now swept off their feet, without fear of counter-attacks. The amount of water created is proportional to the amount of chakra used; when used with Kisame's enormous chakra, even a dry wasteland can become a small ocean. Afterwards, the excess water can be used for additional Water Release techniques. In the anime, Nagato performed this using Deva Path by punching the ground with water gushing out instead of spitting it out of his mouth.

    Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth.[2] Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, it is stronger than steel as stated by Zabuza Momochi. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself.[2] It can also be stored in scrolls as traps.[3]

    Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.[4] Neji Hyūga was able to use his ability to release chakra from all of his tenketsu simultaneously to disrupt the flow of chakra and break the prison.

This is useful when one wants to create a chained reaction of water ninjutsu, such as using two water release exploding water colliding waves.

Now at B rank this is capable of holding an opponent in a different way than just a sphere. Instead of trapping someone in it by contact chains will expel from the center to attack someone and or capture them. At the end of the chain (that part going for an opponent) is a 5 inch water blade that is the same density as the sphere. up to five chains can come out of the sphere, each able to extend and be manipulated up to 30 feet away or into 5 chains of 6 feet. Once it grabs someone or stabs into them it will bring them to the sphere and traps them. Multiple people means more concentration on the chains and sphere. A chain can go in and out of the sphere to capture more people. The chains move as fast as a full grown person can sprint.

    Description: The basis behind this jutsu is the use of chakra from the body flowing ou in wind chakra form. The user creates an aura of this wind chakra. It's a dangerous technique becauseone basically put themselves in a whirl wind of scratching, cutting, and destructive chakra cyclone.

    At B rank this surrounds the user in a whirl wind that is 5 feet in front of them and behind them in a large cirlce. This can do some pretty painful damage to the opponent if they are caught inside. The most it can do is so more minor flech wounds but also al over the body. Tank can prohibt some of the damage taken variating by the rank of Tank. there is no guarantee the opponent will be caught so it is risky to use the jutsu unless one is absolutly sure about catching an opponent.

    At A rank this surrounds the user in a whirl wind that is 11 feet in front of them and behind them in a large cirlce. This can do some pretty painful damage to the opponent if they are caught inside. The most it can do are flesh wounds accross all of the body. (Near flesh being ripped up but not ripped off, think large gashes and cuts.) Tank can prohibt some of the damage taken variating by the rank of Tank. There is no guarantee the opponent will be caught so it is risky to use the jutsu unless one is absolutly sure about catching an opponent.


    Jutsu Name: Wind Burst Technique

    Description:
    By focusing wind chakra through the arms, one is able to create a burst of wind chakra through the fist. At C rank this wind jutsu basically adds power to one's punches because the chakra. Once one's fist has hit a surface the chakra is ejected outward. At B rank this can add some damaging effects to both the user and the target. More than juts a powerful punch, the insides of the opponent will be effected also rather than just the surface. (Kind of like injecting punches into your opponent's body.) At A rank this jutsu can do some damage to the chakra network of both the user and the target along with previous benefits. Because of the danger's to the user it's risky to use this constantly without time to heal the chakra paths. At S rank one's punches put foot wide holes in the opponents body while doing major damage to the chakra paths of the opponent's body and the user.

    Description: By focusing lightning chakra though the body this allows the user to shock an opponent by touching them. At A rank 7 posts for both user and opponent. If the user or target has Tank the amount of time paralyzed is reduced by the rank Tank. For example at C rank: two posts for tank 1, one post for tank 2, no posts for tank 3. (This is no stacked or added to the benefits of the traits and special characteristics.)

    Jutsu Name: Sage Mode
    Rank: S, although it's technically more of a status than jutsu.

    Description: Wiki page Give me some time to write the very defined version of what the wiki says Sage Mode does. It allows the user to sense and gather natural energy around them (like wood style ninjutsu) Senjutsu practitioners can then learn to draw the energy of nature inside of them blending it with their own chakra (created from spiritual and physical energy within the shinobi), adding a new dimension of power to the sage's chakra, resulting in the creation of "senjutsu chakra" This chakra cannot be seen by anyone other than those who have been trained in senjutsu. This new chakra enables the user to enter an empowered state called Sage Mode, which can then drastically increase the strength of all ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu.

    Advantages
    The user's physical strength, speed, stamina, reflexes, and durability dramatically increase.
    The user's ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu become more powerful.
    The user can harness the natural energy surrounding them, turning it into an extension of their body, which increases the reach of their attacks.
    The user gains the ability to sense chakra around them.

    Disadvantages
    If the user draws in too much natural energy in the attempt to initiate Sage Mode, they run the risk of transforming into a toad, then into stone. If the transformation is completed, it cannot be reversed.
    In order to gather enough natural energy to initiate the transformation into Sage Mode, the user must remain perfectly still. Because of that, the user can be an easy target for an opponent.
    Because the user needs to move during combat, the Sage chakra cannot be replenished, which means the user can't stay within this state for extended periods of time.
    The second and third weaknesses mentioned above can be bypassed through the Sage Art: Amphibian Technique, where one Sage gathers chakra for another or as in Naruto's case, shadow clones can be used for the same purpose.
    After Sage Mode has ended, the user appears to experience exhaustion.

    Imperfect Sage Mode
    Imperfect mode is when the senjutsu gathered to the user is not significant enough to allow a perfect sage mode.
    In Imperfect state the advantages are halved while also some disfigured features appear on the body.
    Imperfect does have it's advantages however. Partial transformations can be used to an advantage in a situation like toads legs to jump out of the way of an attack.

    To be perfectly clear one can use senjutsu to increase the power of their jutsu, it adds strength and power to fighting jutsu as well as control to all jutsu. Senjutsu must be gathered equal to the user's current amount of chakra, meaning if it's really low one can reenter it into perfect mode when they reach a balance of low chakra. Senjutsu cannot replace the user's chakra but it can assist by cutting the amount of chakra used into 3/4 in return this can double the user's chakra in a sense, but in imperfect stat senjutsu cannot be used that way. (that is why senjutsu chakra lowers in battle far faster than in none combative cases. Jutus created with senjutsu chakra to perfect them have to be registered, but jutsu preexisting with flaws can be perfect without registration. An example would be rasingshriken, a preexisting jutsu that was perfected by encasing it in senjutsu then releasing it in a very powerful focused attack that expanded when the senjutsu release the chakra. Senjutsu, as you can see can be used to manipulate chakra by encasing it or protecting the user from attacks by the same principle. It's very testy however admin's will always have a say in how things will turn out. So any action made to perfect or alter a jutsu with senjutsu must be approved by the admins.

    The effect it has one traits and special characteristics need to be checked by the admin. I assume it's basically like adding a level to the physical traits and physical characteristics. So tank level 4 and speed would be very very unrivaled.

    For a good idea of what system is used to determine going into sage mode imperfect or perfect here's a guide. ! At full normal chakra for a Sannin it takes 4 posts to go into imperfect sage mode and 5 posts to go into perfect sage mode. At 3/4 chakra it takes 3 posts for imperfect, 4 posts for perfect. At 1/2 chakra 2 post imperfect 3 posts perfect. At 1/4 chakra it takes 1 post imperfect two post perfect. With littler than 1/4 chakra it takes one post to go into perfect sage mode and imperfect, but at this point one would be in battle and in dire need of sage mode as well. Sage mode always lasts until the senjutsu chakra is used up. with this system of senjutsu giving chakra during perfect mode, perfect mode will last double the amount of time put into charging it or all of the senjutsu chakra is gone. In imperfect mode it will last 3 posts if you charged it for one, 4 posts if you chargd it for two, 5 posts if you charged it for three, six posts if you charged it for four. and so on. There is always a one post cool down for perfect mode, and a two post cool down for imperfect mdoe. Both coolddowns can be ignored if you want to charge for double the time needed.

    Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this technique creates clones of the user. However, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the actual person even by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance.

    Range: Each Seal tag must be within 500 kilometers away from the other tags.
    Type: Fuinjutsu
    Description:
    This technique creates a barrier around a place by placing four "Forbidden" (禁, kin) tags in different locations surrounding, a fifth tag on the location to be protected. The tags are placed on flat surfaces, and are connected with the user's chakra. This technique turns the entire range surrounded by the tags into a barrier space, and inside the space, the material destruction is "forbidden". Using any kind of physical attack to try and destroy something in the barrier is folly, as it will only lead to injury. To cancel this, it is necessary to search for the five tags and tear them off simultaneously. Meaning there must be at least five people on a team to cancel it.
    Even if the barrier is broken, there is a final obstacle. The user can add a trap that will create perfect copies of those who have removed the seal, preventing them from returning immediately.

    Description:
    This technique is used to suppress technique-induced marks on a person. Marks of weaker power can be completely suppressed by this technique alone, but for marks of higher power like Sasuke Uchiha's Cursed Seal of Heaven, causes the seal's power to become dependent on the recipient's own willpower to some extent, especially if the sealer is not experienced enough to strengthen the seal with his own power. It is also capable of holding back certain kekkei genkai, such as that of the Kurama clan as seen when Kurenai tried to do this.
    This seal requires a high number of hand seals and a large amount of chakra to be performed. Preparation for this technique requires two concentric circles with kunai placed in intervals along the circumference, in addition to a number of characters written in blood that radiate out from the centre of the cursed seal.

    According to Kakashi, this technique is quick, but painful. The seal can be removed at any time by the caster or whoever the seal is on, as demonstrated during Sasuke's battle with Naruto in the Valley of the End. Since this seal relies on the will of the individual on whom it is placed, the affected may be able to just will it away without an unsealing technique.

    Description: This is a fuinjutsu that activates when someone comes within a one foot range of the seal. It releases a chain -made of sealing marks- upon who ever is the closest. This seal will staple the target to the seal and then the seal will staple it self to the area around it. It's like a paper fly trap; whoever gets stuck there can't get out. It's release 3 posts after being used by default, but can be released by the user. Speed of the chain is as fast as a snake can strike, which takes a good eye. Let's say this is as fast as person sprinting.

    Sensei / Role Model: Oh boy, when you're a sage you must be very thing expected of you. A sensei, a role model, a loyal shinobi, and most importantly your self. A sannin does not walk a path to destiny but instead carves the mountains to build the roads of destiny.

    History:

    Pre-Academy:
    Kosumosu was born on a starry night to two very different people. His mother was a shinobi of the rain village, but his father was a man who came from a small group that were against violence and war. How they met and started a relationship is a different story, but for a brief explanation, his mother was on a mission to escort this group out of the village because they were protesting, but when she met his father she was over come with his attractive features. She captured them all and brought them to the village gate, but his mother wanted to know more about his father. It turned out they had more in common than they thought; they had a preexisting history together and if it wasn't for a series of unfortunate events they would have know each other longer. They pretty much became two peas in a pod and started a secret life that no one else knew about. Because Kosumosu's father was a protester he'd often be escorted out of the village soon after entering. His mother would track him down to find him and they spent allot of time together after that. Then nine months later Kosumosu's mother gave birth to a beautiful baby boy who they named after the stars and sky, Kosumosu. (Cosmos.) And Two years after that, his brother.

    His brother and he would play together all the time, but Kosumosu would often let his younger brother be in charge. For as often as they played they would argue an equal amount of time. Kosumosu would get tired of his younger brother telling him what to do, but was always self conflicted about forcing his opinion and causing his brother to cry. They had a very loud fight one morning about who could get the last piece of mother's sweet dumplings that the parents had to separate them from one another. Kosumosu's mother was sent on a mission one evening at last minute. Kosumosu was placed in charge of his sibling. During his mother's mission she was killed. News traveled to Kosumosu and his brother. The entire situation blew up from blaming the death of their mother on the village and them selves. Kosumosu didn't blame the village though, he forced the blame on himself for not wishing good fortune to his mother on her mission. The brother, however lost loyalty to the village and by extension the system that was governing shinobi to their deaths. At an early age they were both to be placed into the academy.

    Academy:
    His brother refused at first, but the village couldn't accept an orphan running around without someone to watch him constantly -he was very public in the way he mocked the village. So Kosumosu told him he'd send him to live with their father if he didn't at least cooperate to survive together. His brother resisted more, but eventually pushed himself to start. His relationship with his brother suffered greatly, to the point of them both willing to stay away from one another to train. Kosumosu knew that one day he would command his brother on the field -at that them he was planning on the both of them becoming jonin of the rain. In the academy he had an easy time devoting himself to training, the loss of his mother was enough to force his motivations into a strict code. He would follow every rule and every custom to bring his brother and himself good fortune in the future of their shinobi lives.

    Kosumosu developed a large understanding and philosophy of life at a young age. In a sense he knew all that there was to know about ninjutsu and fighting, and also about the village customs that still existed. His brother on the other hand, was a slacker and very uncooperative with other students. Kosumosu felt disappointed in himself for allowing his younger brother to be in charge when they were young. This lead Kosumosu to developing a very bad opinion about the need for power and how it should be learned. Even at the fast rate of his own skills developing, the young boy would feel like there was a boarder between power and control and how he would never cross the line into a power hungry attitude.

    When Kosumosu found that his brother was cutting classes more often than before, he fought his younger brother to teach him what it meant to be a shinobi. "A shinobi does not allow himself to fall into self destruction, and no matter his upbringing as a citizen or a shinobi family he won't tolerate inadequacy in himself or others." It did little to convince his younger brother to man up, but his younger brother was often troubled with their mother's death and handled it in a way Kosumosu didn't. The older brother took the graduation exam without his sibling, to separate them completely and leave his younger brother to the hands of his teachers. When he passed it was a sign that Kosumosu would no longer burden himself with the death of his mother and the delinquent tendencies of his brother. They were separated completely to the point of Kosumosu moving out of their shared apartment -bringing a new meaning to apartment.

    Genin
    Pretty much separated from his family, Kosumosu redevoted himself to missions and training. It was discovered that he had a very interesting talant that many people didn't. he was much more refined in his jutsu as well as his skils. taijutsu and ninjustu had been his strengths, but chakra control was also part of that. He was apprenticed to a master of fuinjutsu, and learned the many way of sealing and combining ninjutsu with fuinjutsu. He became a clear candidate for the chuunin exams, but he didn't have any missions to call experience. He didn't even have a team when he graduated from the academy.

    He was finaly placed into a team, having a new master and comrads. Their first mission was C rank, an easy success was expected. That particular mission called for comabt if it arose. Kosumosu didn't know what to expect from his first mission. It turned out that he didn't ned to fight, nor were any of his team mates. When they came back, Kosumosu was congradualted by his Fuinjutsu sensei for a succesful first mission. The two, master and student, trained together less often, until it came to be that Kosumosu could train by himself and allow his schedual to be more flexible to missions.

    His first B rank mission went horrible, combat was a nessisary skill that Kosumosu didn't have much experience in. His sensei proteced the person they were to secort to a near by location, but rogue bandits with weapons were alittle more difficult to defeat than Kosumosu expected. His normal taijutsu and ninjutsu were useless in the fight because these bandits had very skilled fighters. Their sensei couldn't intervene because the escorted person kept panicing and leaving the sensei's sight. In a mess Kosumosu was forced to relly on his team mates. He took the back up position and used his untrained fuinjutsu techniques to cause chaos for the bandits while his team mates took them out one by one. The who mission went easily from there. The sensei brought sense back into the escorted citizen so they could complelet the mission.

    When Kosumosu returned home his brother was looking for him. Things got real there. His brother not only learned jutsu and became a genin, but he was very matured. Kosumosu didn't recognize his brother, in a sense it was a stranger who wanted to challenge him. Kosumosu refused to fight his younger brother, but he rivalry began when his brother attacked him. They started to fight in the center of the village, but Kosumosu dragged the fight to an empty, abandoned area of the village. He didn't want to touch his brother, but their skills were nearly even. Kosumosu defended himself when hsi brother used a fire jutsu, but causing a building to burn it grabbed the attention of the near by shinobi. His brother was punished while Kosumosu was injured with many scars on his body.

    Kosumosu tried to combine the forces of nature and form with elemental ninjutsu like his brother. He was actually skilled in water more than the other two elements that seemed to linger for later. He was sucessful in learning elemental ninjutsu and how to use them in a fight. His taijutsu skills also increased when he combined his fighting technique with it. He completed his self imposed training in tiem for the chuunin exams. Seeing that many other genin were talanted like his brtoher and him, Kosumosu felt intimidated by the competition. However he was succesful in a writen test and survival exersize. In the final stage of the chuunin exams Kosumosu was matched with his brother. It wasn't a fight to the death but Kosumosu didn't mistake the look in his brother's eyes when he saw him.

    The match began with his brother using a fire style technique, in a grand spectacular demonstration, his brother created an arena of flames. But Kosumosu had an advantage. He countered attacked his brother with a water clone going straight through the flames to fight head on. His brother didn't see it coming and fell for the trick. When the clone was defeated water splashed his brother and allowed Kosumosu to come in for a finishing move his brother didn't expect. His younger brother didn't surrender but was in critical condition and the exam proctor refused to allow the match to continue. Kosumosu won his fight, but he could tell there was more to come in the future. The following night he had nightmare that would predict his brother's death at the hand of a rain shinobi. He couldn't tel who killed his brother, but the image burned a fear in him. He didn't exactly respect his brother for acting like a fool, but it was his brother still. Kosumosu told him of his dream, but was ignored. His younger brother wanted nothing to do with Kosumosu anymore and basically left his sight.That was the last time Kosumosu saw him.

    Chuunin

    With a small party to congratulate him, his team welcomed in a difficult B rank mission. Kosumosu couldn't shake off the last words of his brother however. It distracted him often letting things bug him more often. His teacher confronted him about the relation he had with his brother. Kosumosu tried to hide it at first, but eventually he couldn't hold the truth back. he was woried too much about his younger brother. His sensei replied to him in a way that made Kosumosu think ahead again. "To protect those who will die, you must be ready to let them die, otherwise you'll be the one to smother them to death." He concentrated on allowing his brother to live the way he wanted, but that same fear of death wouldn't go away.

    Kosumosu was able to work on his ninjutsu, but also new aspects of both elemental and form jutsu. His power was growing, but he would always wonder if his brother would ever grow strong enough to defend himself. His worry was the thing that drove him to work harder. He would be the one to defend his brother from dying. The nightmares ended on the day he finished a jutsu with wind chakra. It was severely risky to use it, but Kosumosu found use in it with taijutsu, he even created a lightning element jutsu to assist him with his taijutsu. His skills in combining taijutsu and ninjutsu were not as strong as the ability of fuinjutsu though.There were thing that his former master didn't teach him because of the things it could do. He consoled the former master and asked him about these techniques. He found out exactly what they were, ways to put chakra into another person, cursed marking that could bring incredible power to the bearer, but at an extreme cost. Kosumosu didn't explore the aspect of cursed seals, but he gained a healthy understanding of how dangerous they were. His fuijutsu remained at the level it was. It didn't seem worthy of combat like it had originally was because of his self learned talents.

    The chuunin exams for his team mates went well, they also became chuunin and their sensei recognized that Kosumosu was going to be a jounin soon. At the age of 15, the three grew closer. They understood that somethings were beyond normal talent, but Kosumosu wanted to make that possible for the three of them. He worked with them to create new ninjutsu that would be considered beyond normal talents. The three of them experimented with combination jutsu mostly, but they knew there were lines to be drawn at that. Kosumosu didn't want to try using cursed seals, unlike one other teammate who was intrigued with the idea of spectacular power brought by simple markings. Kosumosu refused to learn more than their existence, let alone using one on his friend. They started disagreeing more often, until the point that Kosumosu recognized the power hungry thoughts in his team mate like that of his brother. Their next mission was a failure because Kosumosu refused to use his particularly destructive ninjutsu with his team mate holding an enemy down to take on the attack. When the mission was deemed unsuccessful because of this, Kosumosu asked his sensei for advice. What he was told was that his team needed to learn something about sacrifice and leadership. Kosumosu was told that he success of a mission was more important than the safety of his team mate. Kosumosu understood that it would bring success, but the nerve to harm someone he cared for wouldn't be ignored. Kosumosu obeyed his sensei's commands and did exactly that. In the end his team mate was ignorant for ignoring Kosumosu's warnings. Eventually they both were able to overcome the difficulties of self destructive ninjutsu, but it was slowly going to kill his friend each time wind chakra attacked him.

    Because of the many destructive ninjutsu Kosumosu could create, his brother was expected to be learning and training on an equally dangerous level. Kosumosu was expected to surpass many shinobi, but he knew nothing about his brother's growth. His sensei was told to ask about the whereabouts of his brother. Kosumosu said he knew nothing, then quickly learned that his brother became rogue, a dangerous man who could become a threat on the fly. The chuunin didn't know what he could do. Seeking out his younger brother meant that their confrontation could be their last. When the anbu were sent to track him down and burn the body, Kosumosu went with them, hoping to talk some sense into him.

    When the anbu found him, Kosumosu was there. It turned out that he was dealing in very dark things, cursed seals, medical procedures banned long ago, and several operations to increase his destructive abilities ten fold. Kosumosu knew what had to be done, but taking the life of his own brother was not something anybody in his position would be ready for. With little words spoken between them, the brothers started a battle that ended in a quick flash. The anbu stepped it and took care of his brother. Kosumosu felt disappointed in himself for not fighting his brother alone, but there was too much pressure. When Kosumosu returned home after bringing the body of his brother home he discovered something very important, in battle he'd notice that his brother had changed considerably but it wasn't until close up that he could see this was a fake. This was a look alike that was nothing more than scum. Kosumosu felt relieved, but at the same time felt worse. His nightmare hadn't come true for his brother's death but instead someone who looked like him. There was still hope that his brother was out there somewhere, but also the risk he was becoming something much worse.

    Kosumosu's sensei talked to him about the jounin examinations that were recommended for shinobi at Kosumosu's level. It was true that Kosumosu created many jutsu and was talented with taijutsu, but on the inside he felt intimidated. His sensei told him that there was more than juts a test of strength, but also the test of character. Kosumosu took the opportunity to do a survival exerciser. As team leader he would be able to plan out tactics and scenarios. The examination was over within four days, Kosumosu survived along with the team he lead. Considered to be a win for them, Kosumosu was advanced to the rank of jounin.

    Jounin

    As a new jounin his responsibilities were much heavier. With some experience as a team leader, he explored the hardships of death on a new level. Whenever someone died it meant failure on his part. A rank missions were almost a guarantee of death. But with a clear goal ahead of him, Kosumosu found that his motivations were being hushed by the screams of death. He'd focused too much on the loss of the people and not enough on protecting them. He forced himself to plan a better plan and also to train himself in much more than taijutus and ninjutsu. When he thought he'd fought his brother he knew the opponent had cursed marking all over his body and also illegal and dangerous weapons inside. People like that were much more difficult to fight than normal shinobi. If his brother was exploring that area, than surly Kosumosu would need to plan ahead for when they finally would meet. Fuinjutsu became his primary focus.

    For about 3 years into his late adolescence, Kosumosu was working on the many possible scenarios that would play out the death of his brother. Kosumosu developed a habit for creating bad jutsu however. No ninjutsu would work for him properly. A rank ninjutsu didn't seem to be for him. His destructive jutsu were probably the cause. He hadn't perfected jutsu already dangerous and A rank jutsu tended to resolve badly. His fuinjutsu was making up for it however, the many ways he could use seals and scrolls had expanded tremendously.

    Along with his jutsu, his team followed him into the high life of being a jounin. One of them even took on a team of genin. Kosumosu could see that he was stuck in the past trying to make himself stronger in jutsu and battle tactics but everyone else seemed to be moving differently in a direction that seemed slow. Students weren't exactly what he wanted to train, he wanted to train himself.

    Taking a break, he trained a single genin who was trying to cope with his chakra control. Kosumosu found in actually fun to help out the genin. He wouldn't teach him any real ninjutsu that could be potentially dangerous, but the jounin was pretty thorough with his teachings. Eventually this genin was well training in genjutsu and ninjutsu. Kosumosu learned how to teach as his student learned from him. The tutoring helped enough that the genin surpassed a couple of his peers in chakra control. Kosumosu had fun teaching chakra control, then realized it was the very same thing he needed too.

    Over the course of the year things were unexpectedly violent. A rank mission had anbu down left and right, jounin were becoming a necessity for the village. Kosumosu became an Anbu for the cause of peace on the land's boarders. He wasn't in action for long, the violence had stopped soon after he'd experienced fighting on a large scale. The arc of small war between two small peoples outside the boarders ended when the village stepped in. He stayed with the tracking ninja for five more years. Secret assassination and misssion became a normal routine for him. Death no longer had a grip on him that it had before. He found himself cold in the heart when it was necessary.

    Because five years were spent doing the dirty work of the village, Kosumosu found himself ascending to a higher understanding of how things worked in the village. He had the opportunity to become a leader of the anbu, but he declined and left the anbu for something more than assassinations. Two other shinobi of very high caliber arose within the village. Kosumosu met with them often. His former team mate would never be replaced, but when those two shinobi asked him to join him for a mission, he couldn't feel more at home. On their first mission together, Kosumosu was the leader of the team in charge of tactics and strategies. The two other shinobi had followed his orders easily, there was a connection with them that was not easily understood. Kosumosu didn't quiet get why the three of them synchronized easily. The two told him that he had a very skilled talent with fighting, not just one on one but also coordinating the efforts of all three of them. They recognized him as a Sannin, someone who had more strength than most every other shinobi in the village. Although he didn't train with the Amekage, Kosumosu ascended to an exalted position.

    Sannin
    Kosumosu left the village soon after, not for seeking out his brother, but to gain an understanding of what was out there. Compared to the chuunin and jounin exams, traveling alone was simple. Kosumosu even found a village of toads on a mountain far away. His real training began there. These toads were huge, the size of small mountains. They were intelligent and cunning like no other animals, but they also had the ability to control the natural; energy of the universe. Kosumosu didn't have a clue what they were talking about, but then he understood when they told him about senjutsu. The natural energies of all things, people, plants, animals, even the mountains and the forests all had a connection with senjutsu. He studied the art of the sages for a long seven years of his life. During that time he gained a great understanding of how things worked. His own abilities seemed to be dwarfed by what he learned there. The many people he trained with long ago felt like forgotten memories. Everything about the rain village was different compared to the rest of the shinobi world. Although he knew quiet a bit there was always more to learn with the toads.

    They finally told him about the use of sage chakra in the body. This art would combine the natural energies of the world with his chakra to create "Sage Mode." He practiced gathering senjutsu chakra under the watchful eye of the toads. The task was very difficult for him at first, but remembering the same training of chakra control with a genin -who would now be old enough to teach that same lesson- Kosumosu was able to train further with senjutsu chakra. He even was able to sustain both an imperfect form and a perfect form of sage mode. This hadn't been done before, according to the toads. But for the remainder of that seven years he forced himself to learn as much as he could about senjutsu and it's applications.

    He returned home to his village, eager to see what had changed while he was gone. What he found was his student's name carved an a memorial plate. That student was one of many who Kosumosu knew. Many people he knew died during missions, but not one died foolishly. The only ties he had to the village were the students and genin who would one day shape the village. Even if there was no one from before, Kosumosu would remember the village the way it ways, his home.

Description: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water that have one-half of the original person's power. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water. Similar to the shadow clone technique the clones are capable of retaining memory and that memory is sent back to the original. Water clones at this level are capable of water ninjutsu equal to their rank in return for the water in their bodies. One would still need to give chakra to the clone however in order for it to be able to use jutsu, so there is a risk of giving chakra to a clone then loosing it when it's dispersed. This is useful when one wants to create a chained reaction of water ninjutsu, such as using two water release exploding water colliding waves.

Jutsu Name: Water Prison Technique B, Chained to the Sea
Rank: B
Element: Suition
Type: Ninjutsu
Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth.[2] Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, it is stronger than steel as stated by Zabuza Momochi. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself.[2] It can also be stored in scrolls as traps.[3]

Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.[4] Neji Hyūga was able to use his ability to release chakra from all of his tenketsu simultaneously to disrupt the flow of chakra and break the prison. Now at B rank this is capable of holding an opponent in a different way than just a sphere. Instead of trapping someone in it by contact chains will expel from the center to attack someone and or capture them. At the end of the chain (that part going for an opponent) is a 5 inch water blade that is the same density as the sphere. up to five chains can come out of the sphere, each able to extend and be manipulated up to 30 feet away or into 5 chains of 6 feet. Once it grabs someone or stabs into them it will bring them to the sphere and traps them. Multiple people means more concentration on the chains and sphere. A chain can go in and out of the sphere to capture more people.


At LEAST A, possibly S (please consult another mod+ on this specific jutsu). Give speed of chains.



Jutsu Name: Adamant Wind Technique
Rank: B-S
Element: Wind
Range: B- Short, A-Medium, S-long
Type: Ninjutsu
Description: The basis behind this jutsu is the use of chakra from the body flowing ou in wind chakra form. The user creates an aura of this wind chakra. It's a dangerous technique becauseone basically put themselves in a whirl wind of scratching, cutting, and destructive chakra cyclone.

At B rank this surrounds the user in a whirl wind that is 5 feet in front of them and behind them in a large cirlce. This can do some pretty painful damage to the opponent if they are caught inside. The most it can do is so more minor flech wounds but also al over the body. Tank can prohibt some of the damage taken variating by the rank of Tank. there is no guarantee the opponent will be caught so it is risky to use the jutsu unless one is absolutly sure about catching an opponent.

At A rank this surrounds the user in a whirl wind that is 15 feet in front of them and behind them in a large cirlce. This can do some pretty painful damage to the opponent if they are caught inside. The most it can do are flesh wounds accross all of the body. Tank can prohibt some of the damage taken variating by the rank of Tank. There is no guarantee the opponent will be caught so it is risky to use the jutsu unless one is absolutly sure about catching an opponent.

The most it can do are allot big flesh wounds accross all of the body. Tank can prohibt some of the damage taken variating by the rank of Tank. There is no guarantee the opponent will be caught so it is risky to use the jutsu unless one is absolutly sure about catching an opponent.


Your current A rank is S rank worthy, unless you care to specify that they are not bad flesh wounds. For example, having all your skin and muscle ripped off without touching anything else IS a flesh wound, but I don't think this jutsu was made for that sort of thing. So is a paper cut. Specify how bad of a flesh wound. More likely then not, 15 feet will remain S rank worthy, but that may change upon edits.



Jutsu Name: Wind Burst Technique
Rank: C-S
Element: Wind
Range: Contact, then it's released out to 10 feet per rank above C.
Type: Nin/Tai
Description:
By focusing wind chakra through the arms, one is able to create a burst of wind chakra through the fist. At C rank this wind jutsu basically adds power to one's punches because the chakra. Once one's fist has hit a surface the chakra is ejected outward. At B rank this can add some damaging effects to both the user and the target. More than juts a powerful punch, the insides of the opponent will be effected also rather than just the surface. (Kind of like injecting punches into your opponent's body.) At A rank this jutsu can do some damage to the chakra network of both the user and the target along with previous benefits. Because of the danger's to the user it's risky to use this constantly without time to heal the chakra paths. At S rank one's punches put foot wide holes in the opponents body while doing major damage to the chakra paths of the opponent's body and the user. At this point one S rank version can halt the user's ability to use jutsu for a very long time.


Foot wide hole and a 30 foot reach? NO. Rework/dump.



Jutsu Name: Generic Sealing jutsu
Rank: E - S.
Element: -
Range: Within reach
Type: Fuinjutssu
Description:
This technique is a standard ninja skill which allows a ninja to summon an assortment of items that have been stored using fūinjutsu. Scrolls are the most common choice for item storage. When needed, the owner will activate the seals releasing their item or weapon of choice. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use.


E-A I think is adequate but may be wrong

Type: Fuinjutssu
Description:
This technique allows the user to store chakra inside the scroll or seal. What can be stored are jutsu used as traps, such as water prison technique. Any projectile jutsu can be stored inside a scroll, but the user must know that jutsu. It can be sealed in side for eternity. They must be made In character. This jutsu does not require chakra because it's storing chakra instead of spending it. The chakra sealed inside does, because that's what's being used.


Make note: no bijuu

Description: This is a fuinjutsu that activates when someone comes within a one foot range of the seal. It releases a chain -made of sealing marks- upon who ever is the closest. This seal will staple the target to the seal and then the seal will staple it self to the area around it. It's like a paper fly trap; whoever gets stuck there can't get out. It's release 3 posts after being used by default, but can be released by the user.


Give speed of seal chain thingy

Like Rain's Rule, You Water Clone Technique B needs to have Shadow Clone jutsu to have it, as you said it was a water version of the shadow clone. Other than that the app looks good.

As far as I know 1000 feeding sharks is canon.

For the speed the SC guide allows me upto a third level but didn't say anything about having the other four set up for two level twos. If you want me to get a level three, one level two, and two level ones than I'll be fine doing so.

His SCs are good. His Traits are good as well. I think where Sketh is coming from with the sharks is that it requires an enormous amount of chakra to perform, Kisame had one of the largest chakra pools in the manga/anime. Though I could be wrong.

I'd have to be in sage mode and would have used exploding water colliding wave a couple times just to create enough room to use the jutsu. I highly doubt I would be able to use it very often anyway, with all the prerequisites the jutsu requires.
