R.U.L.E.S.

R.O.L.E.P.L.A.Y.

When roleplaying. Please try not to do one liners. One
liners are when people only use one 'line'. Such sometimes being only
one sentence or even one action. This doesn't help the person who is
trying to roleplay with that one person. For that they can't come up
with a good response, or even respond at all. Even though some people
are first timers at roleplaying, you can try to put detail into
the information that you are writing up. But, if you really can not give
more then one sentence reply, then you can do that. But we try to have
good roleplays so that they don't die out quickly as they had first
started. But if you can't use 'sentences' they you can use this

Before you randomly join a topic please read up on what's happened, it you end up getting killed we will allow it due to your laziness.

NO Metagaming, power gaming or god modding. Common sense people. You aren't God you might wish you were, but you aren't, sorry to break it to you. For those who don't know Metagaming is allowing your character to know something they shouldn't know. Godmodding is such things as instant hits or controlling another's actions. Power gaming is ass-pulling things or doing something that YOU PHYSICALLY CANNOT DO.

Also when roleplaying, please keep
you're character, ' In Character '. I mean personality wise. There is a
reason why in the character application 'personality'. Keeping your
character In Character (or IC) is very important. I understand that
people over time change their personality thanks to many other people's
characters. But try to keep it close. Every once in a while the
character apps shall be allowed to be updated. Meaning History and
Personality will be allowed to be updated. Also, please try not to get
things mixed up in Out of Character (or OOC) Such on the chat box, threw
Private Message (or PM) Affect your character. Unless that its part of a
'plot' thing that you and another person agreed to.

While You are making a Character (This may fall under 'Character', but
yet it also falls under RP). Please do not copy off a Anime, Manga, TV,
or Game character. You may be allowed to use their picture though. But
copying Personality, Special Ability (Abilities), And Background. We
want everything to be out of imagination.

S.I.T.E.

Please, try not to
spam on this site as much as you can. Meaning that you can not post in
the middle of someone's roleplay and say something about what one of the
character's had done, or even make a side comment. This is known as
Spam, which can either screw up the site since there are many postings
by slowing computers down, or it could be annoying and not needed. This
site also needs to be respected. I know it sounds weird and strange. But
please respect it and those that have tried hard to make it what it has
already become.

Please do not post a link to a
different site. We ask that you don't because that the Admins have
worked very hard to bring members onto this site. And we would not like
to lose those members. But once we have gotten enough members, we shall
allow people to Advertise other sites. But to be far, you must post us
on that site just like you've done on this site. Plus, having more
members means more events, and more events may also bring attention to
other people who wish to join.

Now there have been a few people deciding to kill of there charcter's, So this is a little rule to help them along, YOU CAN KILL YOUR CHARACTER OFF, Thats perfectly fine, But intentional death's and suicide's will have a cost, That cost is simply one rank lower than your current character. This meaning your character if A-rank would be demoted to B-rank etc etc. This is the penalty for creating a character that in the end ya just kill off. So dont intentionally die

As of today we request that members that use jutsu during a thread that it be posted at the end of your post in a spoiler, this is to ensure that chakra usuage is monitored during topics and that modding can easy be done thank you.

Please RESPECT your fellow members and The Staff. The Staff work to keep the site going, they're here to help. Harassing them or being disrespectful isn't the brightest idea. If anybody is being disrespectful and do not stop after the third warning they are issued a 5 to 24 Hour ban(Mod choice)

DO NOT POST UNTIL YOU ARE APPROVED. This rule means until you have color, and have the sign of approval from a mod. Also All deaths shall be looked over by an admin or mod

Don't abuse the ability to change your name. Please try to stick with one :/ We will end it if it gets out of control.

No canon characters. Try to make characters original. It's an alternate universe so.. go crazy.

AT MOST 2 accounts per person please. This isn't a rule to be mean, it's just hard on people to have like four characters to keep up on.

48 hour auto-hit. After 48 hours if your character is attacking, it will be considered an auto-hit if your opponent has not replied.

You can Bump Approvals every 48 hours. If it hasn't been checked by then, feel free to bump ONCE. Don't spam bump

Everything requires an approval. Anything BOUGHT, LEARNED OR OBTAINED BY SPECIAL MEANS, MUST be approved by a staff member. This means until you have a stamp, you can't use it. It'll take two stamps technically, as once you have an approved purchase for example, you must do your updates. It's easy actually since the updates are almost always auto-approved.

4 CURRENT TOPICs. You can have as many flashbacks as you please however you only get four current, in the current village you are in and that's because people can't be in two places at once. Flashbacks should be located in the Flashback Area And must take place at least two days before your current topic.

Exit posts can only be stopped within 12 hours of said post being made.

Any explicit topics must be marked as such, by placing XXX/R in the title or something of the sort (This includes sexual themes or things overbearingly gruesome like Saw)

Please do not post nude pictures of yourself or anyone else, keep those out of here.

Do not abuse the ability of avatars. Keep them clean (No nudity, nothing gorey, racist, etc)

Pertaining to the previous rule, no slander/hating comments. If you have an argument, keep to facts and refrain from insults. Just beacuse someone disagrees with your opinion does not mean they are ignorant.

All second accounts must either be Genin - Chuunin or Jounin and up. Meaning if someone of kage level is to make a new character it must be at the level of genin or Chuunin. The higher the level the lower the rank for second character. Kage will have to make genin as well as sanin and anbu. Chuunin can be made by anbu and lower. As well as the other way around.

RANKING UP

These are Rank Ups, every knows that when you rank up your chakra capacity becomes larger. Ranking up also comes with a bonus of techniques. Most of the Rank Ups are done by Exams or for Nuke Nin it is by capturing a Bijuu to up the Bingo Book or killing someone at their rank. This is the Guide to know about Rank ups and acquiring new elements as you become stronger.

GENIN TO CHUUNIN

Every knows that to become a Chuunin you must pass the exam named "The Chuunin Exams". But our Chuunin Exams if the same as they did in the manga except for are written exam is not like most sites that just do questions you can look up in Google. This Guide is for all Village ninja but Nuke Nin are able to sneak into the Exams hidden as someone else but be warn that if any of the NPC Genin we make are to find out who you are, you will be tracked down and hunted, no matter if it is no killing rule in the Chuunin Exams.

Requirements to Sign Up for the Chuunin Exams: To sign up for the Chuunin Exams you must have completed a certain amount of missions. After those missions are completed you are now eligible to compete in the Chuunin Exams. Don't worry you will have enough time to complete the requirement of missions. To Enter the Chuunin Exams you must have an amount of 5 D Rank missions and 3 C Rank missions completed.

The Meeting Area: When the Exams starts up, you will be placed in a room with nothing but white furniture and other shinobi in their to discuss about who you are going to pair up with and get to know about any one in the Exams. Teams that were made with Jounin outside of the Chuunin Exams will have to arrive and sign up at the same time. People with out teams will have to find someone else without teams or we will create NPC Genin for them with their request of what personalities, appearances, and backgrounds they want the character to have. While in the Meeting Room, each Genin will wait for the NPC to post in the topic to lead them to there first test: Written Exam.

First Test: The Written Exam will be able to test your mind in how you fight in combat wise. To show what you would do in dangerous situations. We will give you a paper with situations on them such as you being stuck some where with know chakra what would you do type of things like that. Once you finish answering them, our rp mod will check the answers to rate on a scale of one to four. There will be a certain amount score that you need to advance to the next level. You can take the chance of cheating with a dice roll and if you win the dice roll you can cheat off another persons paper but if not and you fail..You will get kicked from Chuunin Exams.

Forest Gate Entrance: Once the Written Exam is finished, you will be escorted out side and have enough time to associate with others and will randomly become put in groups in the Forest of Death. You will wait until the gates open.

Second Test: The NPC in the front will finish putting teams together, and then yell out the teams name, after that he will unlock the gate and yell go but before you go he gives everyone a different scroll and tell them not to tell another team what scroll it is or open the scroll. The Genin Go into the Forest of Death and must fight it out until they have two of the different scrolls and report to the meeting base for the Third Exams.

Third Test: This is a basic tournament, where we watch your skill to see if your good enough to become Chuunin Even if you lose if you fight good enough you could become a Chuunin. Not all shinobi that win will become Chuunin. As Shown in the Anime with when he defeated Neji and still didn't become a Chuunin.

CHUUNIN TO JOUNIN

Becoming Jounin is different from becoming Chuunin. Some people say it is more easier and some people say it is more harder but to become Jounin you must have completed a certain amount of missions and if the Kage sees that you are special and will need you to aid the village in war, you will become Jounin. Helping defend you village is another way to become Jounin.

Here is the amount of missions a Chuunin has to complete to become Jounin.

D Rank: 10
C Rank: 9
B Rank: 6
A Rank: 2
S Rank: 1

After completing these missions, you must make a topic with the Kage and he will give you a scroll that notifies that you are officially a Jounin

JOUNIN TO ANBU

To become a ANBU you must ask the ANBU Captain and he will give you a test by fighting you in combat and if he sees that you came close to beating him or showed some type of skill, he will allow you to join the organization but you will not be recognized in the organization fast so you must earn your respect to become ANBU Captain.

MISSING NIN RANK UP

Village destroying:

B rank: 1 village destoryed
A rank: 2 villages destroyed
S rank: 1 Major village with more then 3 active ninja in it.
SS rank: 2 Major and 3 minor villages

Stealing Bijuu:

B rank: Catch a Bijuu/Jinchuriki
A Rank: Catch two Bijuu/Jinchuriki
S rank: Catch Four Bijuu/Jinchuriki
SS Rank: Catch 8 Bijuu/Jinchuriki

Another way is killing:

B rank: kill one person and or Bijuu weilder and take them captive if not dead.
A rank: Kill a jonin and/or two Bijuu.
S rank: Kill Anbu or higher and or three Bijuu.
SS rank: Kill a Kage

Medical Ninjutsu

Medical shinobi are unique ninja. There ability in chakra control bypasses all other shinobi, This being said not everyone can become a medical ninja and not everyone can harness the healing art's. The reason being is they require to much time. So For this medical ninja will not be allowed the following.

1. more then 1 element if chuunin or lower, and more then 2 elements if Kage or lower
2. A form of elemental kekki genkai

This being said due to them being unable to harness a single element they are capable of having an extra speciality for there rank essentially allowing them to harness Ninjutsu Genjutsu Taijutsu and Fuinjutsu (or whatever they prefer) Remember they must have medical ninjutsu as a speciality.

Now we all know being a genin is a drag, Having to start at D-rank or C-rank, You know the usual aww this is so boring being able top train only C and D-rank jutsu and weapons, Well not anymore, This time here on Naruto Crisis Genin have the ability to train up A-rank techniques jutsu and weapons. YES THATS RIGHT A-RANK. Naturally there are a few rules.

1. To train an A-rank technique you must train with a jounin you have met before and trust (Must have rp'd with said jounin for atleast 6 threads)

2. The above rule is null and voided if the jounin your training with is your team leader in that case you only need to pass there first test.

3. B-ranks can be trained on there own.

Word counts remain the same.

This now means genin are capable of training A-rank and B-rank traits and special characteristics. Genin can now train two extra sc's and train up to ONE level three trait.
