All have been laid to rest, all expect memories. Throughout the years, shinobi - men and women - have learned how to preserve the memories of thousand of great shinobi that have lived, and then have passed. Though, they never managed to gain the memories of Uzumaki Naruto, Haruno Sakura, and Uchiha Sasuke. These three ninjas are wildly known as the Three Heroes of the world. They are the mirror images of their legendary Sannin teachers, and touched everyone's life in some sort of way. Their memory though has been scattered across the world, and the pieces of their chakra find themselves locked away in certain men and women, wildly known as the Kages of today. They are the shadows and guardians of today's new era, and they seem to wait for something to happen.
They await for Madara Uchiha to return, the Fourth Shinobi War had been created by none ever than Obito Uchiha, Kakashi's old friend whom he thought had died. In this war, numerous men and women died trying to protect all that they thought was right and true, in the end - Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke had perished by giving up their lives to kill Madara and Obito Uchiha. Their chakra awoken a sleeping God, whom took the combined power of the ten bijuu, kurama and the eight tailed bijuu's life source and basically recreated life anew. These memories however, are gone, and cannot be recreated or found in any memory book, or even in text. This story is being told through the combined chakra fragments of the Legendary Heroes that each Kage takes upon their death and inserts into a crystal fragment.
However, life as everyone now knows, is finally changing. Kazengakure and Hyozangakure had finally came to an agreement of forming a grand alliance between their villages, rumored that they were related by distant cousins, this alliance would be greater than any had ever seen. The day of the treaty being signed, and thus the festival on the island of Heiwa, a new danger had awaken that day. The Sage of Six Paths was unable to keep a dark entity in slumber from the grave and beyond; a new five tailed bijuu - the Hydra - had awoken. In a fit of rage and unknown, the Hydra destroyed half of the festival grounds, killing more than five thousand civilians and shinobi alike. The Bijuu set it's eyes on the building where the witnessing six kages were located, and destroyed the entire building.
Three months had passed, and Sannins of each village filled the spots of the Kages, as many hoped that one day there would be news that someone had survived the attack. Only the Hyozangakure's kage had returned, apparently unaware of what happened. Because of this, many of the villages have returned hostile towards each other, many blaming Hyozengakure for the attack that killed each of the Kage's. Slowly, men and women of each village are elected to fill the Kage spots of each of the village, alliances are being forged and mended. But can anyone form a great alliance to take down Hydria, and once again, scatter all of the tailed beasts across the world?

Overall Appearance: He had on black shoes, which with every step made a tapping like noise. These being worn so that as the man ran around, his enemy could easily hear his footsteps, that is if they listened closely. On the bottom of the shoes were metal pieces used to enhance the sound of his walking. Near wore black colored pants to the fight. Which stopped directly at his shoes. It had about six pockets, three on each side,. From the pockets a metal chain was latched on to it and covered to the back pockets. As another chain had latched to the back pocket and latched to the lowest pocket. Having all the pockets latched to each other by chains. On the man's back was a black cape, which the man wore every fight. This cape was very flame resilient. As it blew in the little wind which came through the forest at times. The chains which were attacked to it wrapped around the man's chest. This making the cape a hazard for near in battle with the many things that could be done during the fight. The chains wrapped around near's white shirt. His face had a kind of: "you're shit." expression on his face. The man had short white hair which was a bit silky looking in a way. His eyes had seemed to be multicolored. As at points they looked as if they stared into someone's heart and soul.

He has a great since of humor which can some times be taken as being a smartypants. he is free like the wind and doesn't really take orders from someone unless he respects them which would take a great shinobi in order to do.Even though he is a cool headed guy he can be as cold a sadistic as a serial killer when it comes to it and makes serious jokes about killing people when they get on his nerves. J is quite the arrogant, loud battle-hungry person. He can be quite impatient if he knows that there is fighting involved. Most of his free time, J trains just so that he can become a stronger person. He personally does not mind having to do work though. It just seems like another opportunity for him to fight someone. During missions, j does not care for his partner's opinion as long as he gets to have time for fighting. Mostly quiet no matter what situation, he would always be calm whether he was fighting, or if anything chaotic was happening. Always the type to try and talk things out as he's lazy most of the time as well. J has a grudge against other village members, he thinks they had something to do with his being and they had let him be, but he still doesn't know the true reason of his existence and how he reached the place where he stands today. But then there is N, near, Nate after his fake personality he has his real one which is short and simple. he shows no emotion nor any interest in stuff he is like a pure emo person just with white hair.

Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. The Mangekyou Sharingan is a legendary doujutsu ability which has only emerged in a few clan members in its history. There is still mystery surrounding the eye and the Uchiha clan itself. Each user develops their own unique looking Mangekyou. The requirements for gaining the Mangekyou are very controversial in nature. After Uchiha Itachi murdered his best friend Shisui he gained Mangekyou. He told his younger brother Sasuke that to gain the Mangekyou, he too would have to kill his closest friend. Itachi told Sasuke that a scroll in their clan shrine revealed the true original purpose of the clan doujutsu. This scroll and Itachi himself revealed that the former leader of their clan, Uchiha Madara and his younger brother Izuna were the first to obtain Mangekyou. Madara himself did this by killing his friend, it's assumed Izuna also killed a close comrade.
The Uchiha are said to be descendants of the Hyuuga, with the Byakugan changing into the Sharingan over time. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and almost instantly memorize the movements required to be able to complete it, including the needed chakra moldings and seals used. However the clan member cannot copy techniques that are unique to another bloodline and the clan member must have a body capable of meeting the chakra and physical requirements to do the jutsu. This rarely stops the clan member though, as such stressful situations often push their limits farther and allow them to harness their full potential.

The Uchiha Clan were one of the founding noble families of Leaf village. The clan itself is said to be descended from the Hyuuga clan who possess the Byakugan bloodline and further back to be the heirs of the Rikudou Sennin's eldest son, who is said to have received his father's "eyes" and with it his powerful chakra and spiritual energy. Because their clan possessed the Sharingan or "Wheel Eye," the Uchiha excelled at being able to read and fend off attackers. This made them prime candidates to help found the Konoha Military Police Corps, which would incorporate the Uchiha fan symbol into their official logo.
Select few members of the Uchiha clan possess the ability to activate the bloodline Sharingan eye. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and see the tricks and movements required to be able to complete it. However the clan member can not copy techniques which are unique to another bloodline. It also gives one the ability to cast jutsu techniques only possible by possessing the eye such Amaterasu, Kamui, Susanoo and Tsukuyomi. The clan itself is known for their ties to fire. For a clan ninja to be seen as an adult, they must be able to utilize a Katon (Fire Element) jutsu such as Goukakyuu no Jutsu. Thus is the tie between the manipulation of fire and the mind of an Uchiha member.

Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth.[2] Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, it is stronger than steel as stated by Zabuza Momochi. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself.[2] It can also be stored in scrolls as traps.[3]
Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.[4] Neji Hyūga was able to use his ability to release chakra from all of his tenketsu simultaneously to disrupt the flow of chakra and break the prison.

This technique provides Kisame a tremendous field advantage, as his fused form grants him the ability to breathe and freely move underwater, while his target continues to drown as they attempt to futilely escape the large body of water. This technique is extremely effective in one on one fights, but the user would probably not be able to contain two enemies fleeing in opposite directions.

The user then skilfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. Even outside of the attack range, its power and reliability are stressed. The flames have a high temperature, as they can create an upward movement of air currents which in turn can give rise to thunder clouds. A master of this technique can fire off several flames in succession and anyone caught in the technique could potentially be reduced to ashes.

This allows the enemy to be stricken unaware, allowing the oil-containing flame bullet to burn them up completely. It is also possible to shoot out a series of flame bullets by partitioning the oil. If this technique is fired after covering the enemy with oil using the Toad Oil Bullet, it has the power to wound or kill. This also keeps down the consumption of chakra.

The jet-black flames of the Amaterasu, said to be the fires from hell that are as hot as the sun, ignite at the focus of the user's vision. Though the flames have been stated to be unavoidable, Acheron can hit even a moving target with this technique as long as he is focused on that target.

Description: Susanoo is the third ability granted by the Mangekyō Sharingan, after the ability in both eyes have been awakened.[1] It creates a gigantic, spiritual humanoid being that surrounds and protects the user. According to Madara Uchiha, for a Sharingan user to activate the Susanoo is a rarity. Like the other techniques granted by the Mangekyō Sharingan, the user's eyes and body are strained while using Susanoo because it consumes a large amount of their chakra. Sasuke described it as feeling pain in every cell in his body which only grew from prolonged use. Susanoo is formed through the materialisation of the user's chakra and as such differs in appearance as well as colour between users.

After using the snake handsign the user will run up to the enemy and depending on what he touch is which of the senses is token away from the enemy. Touching the ears takes away their hearing, touching eye or eye lids takes away their sight, touching their mouth or tongue takes away taste, touching the body takes away touch, and nose takes away smell. this last jutsu for 7 post and it takes 4 post to recharge the jutsu to use it again and take another sense. Another way to get out the jutsu is to have another person touch the exact place the opponent was touched to deactivate the jutsu. being even an inch off wont work.

This genjutsu last for 2 post but it can also be stacked meaning each time it's used everything is doubled. As long as it is stacked during the 2 post period. Meaning more chains. And More weight. The time period on it being used twice is 2 post each.
Jutsu Name: The True Game Rank: A Element: None Range: To capture Long, The winner, short Type: Genjutsu Description: By making a series of 10 hand signs the user's Eyes, and hands become a the casters way of catching the enemy, one look in these spots and the enemy is caught in a genjutsu where the sky turns dark purple and a score board appears. The user and enemy are binded by chains in the genjutsu stopping their movement the chains wrap around their legs, arms, and chest. Once Done the user will ask of series of 5-10 questions. Once the enemy get 5 questions right he is let free and is able to attack, but if the enemy gets 5 wrong the user is set free. The range the winner can attack is 3 meters. once they have left that 3 range distance the jutsu will break and the loser will be set free, if a jutsu is used of any kind by the winner the jutsu is imediatly broken, If the Winner does not move/attack within 2 post the jutsu is broken. When Nate was born he was Born in the leaf village to a family of two before he came unto the world. Making it now a family of three. His mother was miss Kiyomi River who was a teacher at the academy and also was a top medical ninja who was world renown to all the villages making some cures for deceases others couldn't. His father was Luken River who was the interrogator for konoha but that wasn't it he also was in the info building of the village to give info toward the people that needed it. He was a very smart man. And as they said the baby that they made together was smart as well. Which the signs showed at an early age of his development as he began to talk 3 months before his first birthday. Walking a month before then as well. People would ask if he was older then he was as he walked around the village with his father or mother and all he would say is. "Im Nate River and im 1." only to leave a surprise on the persons face as he walked away with his parent with no goodbye. even though being a pure genius he didn't start the academy till he was 12 like others due to his body not exactly being big enough but his brain was. So turning 12 the academy began.
Academy:
One day he decided to go to the academy and become like others a ninja. "A ninja, how could smarts deal into it.... hmm im sure in many ways." That's what he had first thought when he joined it. Although being the son of one of the academy teachers his mom was not his teacher. instead it was a man with an eye patch but he didn't care as long as he got all of the things need to be done to become a ninja thinks would go great. on the first day the man had handed out books which had on there 'My Ninja Way'. which wasn't a very smart title for books about the three ninja skills you learn in the academy. But none the less he read it through. after weeks of the academy he graduated on time with the others nothing special just doing as told. Receiving his headband he looked at it for a second. His thoughts ran wild as the final thought was said. "Take things slow?" as if a question. Leaving out the room and putting on the headband. He was now a genin.

The first actual full day of being a genin was the day he meet his jonin leader. who was actually a family friend to the River family. Ian Fujikifu a high ranked jonin leader who was known to everyone in the villages in the world. The first day the students were asked to introduce themselves. And as they did the others were to listen and stay quiet till it was there turn. For Nate it was no problem to stay quiet but to listen was another story as he was already stripping the person down in his mind. In a way to figure out what they really want deep inside. First up was a girl who Nate had no interest in due to her purple hair which had no fit. At first he thought it was hair die until he saw her meager powers of paper control. Which simply brought down his interest even more. Making him turn away from her. and due to this he waited for his turn while ignoring the other boy. Finally coming to him He stood and told them his name. "I am N." or those would think of it as his name. Which left him as nothing but a weird boy with a short name till their first mission. It was in a construction zone. although having no power he was able to pass the mission. Leaving the team of three there to fight the jonin watched from far away. The mission was to stop the gang known as the Con-Robbers. who robbed the construction workers of everything. A gang of 19. but this was not what made N so great. the mission was only a C rank due to the Hokage only thinking that 6 Con-robbers would be there. The Hokage had no idea that the boss would be there as well. The strongest of them all. After defeating the 19 gang members the boss being 20 came out. His teammates told nate to stay out the way due to him having no powers to fight the man. So he agreed to stya back for a while as he analyzed the area making every assumption and plan in his head to stop the man. Thats when it hit him. his friends had lost to the man and were on the ground. Ian still watched no coming in yet even though the mission turned into an A rank mission. Taking all the info he gathered the giant man came for Nate. His head didn't move an inch it just stared the man in the eyes. Pulling two kunai out and putting them in both hands as he raised them up slowly. Leaping for Nate the leader was an inch away as the kunai were already headed for rope cutting them. A rumbling was heard as the leader began to touch nate's nose Metal pipes weighing over 1000 pounds came down on the boss. Crushing him. Ian then finally came in and toke all the men in to the Hokage also he told the hokage who defeated the boss with a simple plan. Nate was then praised. Now knowing him as Near due to being able to kill someone when they got near to him. Few weeks later he entered the chuunin exams and passed.
Chuunin:
Finally announced as a chuunin Near left his team and trained on his own for a few years with a bunch of taijutsu and other arts in the way of the ninja for his fighting style. Training with so people that master the martial arts and things only to come back to a world of nothing. It had happened that he came back on the day his two teammates had died. It had been an attack in a nearby village they went to. they were dating so Near came to a conclusion. "Loving a person gets you killed." Even though a normal person would walk around gloomy for a few days. Near didn't, the only thing he did was go home and sleep. After a few days of sleeping and getting info on the explosion that happened. He swore to avenge them in a small way but not in a way they was to much as in killing. After that he was now 19 with loads of info on the man that did it. Giving this to the hokage he was once again praised with the honor of being a jonin directly under the Hokage to serve as if an anbu for him and his deeds. Fully on his side. like a loyal servant.
Jonin Arc:
Now being a Jonin who was a servant to the leader of the now destroyed villages. he was more of a information holder as he would find stuff out that people didn't notice during things. He was now Known as the genius N. shorting the name Near which would be known in his village only. N would be Known world wide! to the villages he would be the Boy with the name of N. Yet it would still be Nate River the Prodigy. Now still living in the village having his mother and father already dead with nothing left but to serve the leader as said to his full potential. Now his journey begins here.
Though at this point the ninja world had not been the same. After the calamity that caused for many of the hidden villages to go under and be completely destroyed. New villages had to be created with the power of the few. During his last years as a jounin N helped build up a new empire called: The Iceberg Village. This had not been taken lightly by the war lords. As they watched it's growth and it's creation by the man who held the powers of glaciers and his young uchiha friend.
I Know things you don't
After four years had passed since the village of icebergs was officially named a hidden village and deducted into the other newly made Villages. This was one of the few war lords attempt to create a new world. After studying up in the secret files N was able to find out about secret attacks the war lords planned on all the creators and leaders of the major village. A plan that could end in the uchiha boys success. Waiting for a year to pass for the plan to carry out, as his kage was now on guard from hearing about the deaths of the other first Kages.
I will be "The Second Hyozankage"
N finally gave up on his wait as he took the plan into his own hands. Using his powerful jutsu to destroy the few remaining lives off guard. As the kage would fall that day. Only for the actual assassins to show up briefly after. As they asked who had been the kage, N would look up and grin as he would say. "I am. I'm the Second Hyozankage!" Raising his arm and erasing the world of the assassins. Only to end up blaming it on them. Naming the young boy the next kage of iceberg through his 'Heroics'
