He normally wears a black cloak, it has an Uchiha symbol on the back, the sleeves on it reach down to the wrist of Kino’s and the cloak ends at the ankle of Kino. The cloak has no hood. He wears a white T shirt underneath the cloak. He wears blue jeans and also has black shoes. He wears his shinobi headband on his forehead.


Overall Persona: Kino is a nice, quiet person. He is nice to others inside his village, but does not like to talk much, he would most likely be the quietest person on the planet. He would most likely always be training when not on missions, or doing anything else as he is an active person, he mostly trains to gain power, so that he could be stronger then others. He doesn’t like to trust people much outside of the village he is in, he hardly ever does, he even has a hard time trusting those within his own village. He would do anything for power, which is why he trains.

Clan History: The Uchiha clan descended from the elder of the two sons of the Sage of the Six Paths. The elder brother inherited the Sage's "eyes", powerful chakra and spiritual abilities. When it came time for the Sage to choose a successor, he questioned the two on what course of action they would follow to bring order to the world. The elder believed that power was the way to bring peace, while the younger believed love was the way. The Sage favoured the ideal of the younger brother, and therefore designated the younger as his successor, causing the elder to be filled with jealousy and hate. From this hate came what Tobi calls the Curse of Hatred (憎しみの呪い, Nikushimi no Noroi). From the younger son descended the Senju clan who would be the eternal rivals of the Uchiha.

Before the founding of the ninja villages, the Uchiha were one of the many mercenary clans for hire. Because of their Sharingan, the Uchiha clan came to be known as one of the two strongest clans, the other being the Senju clan. Madara Uchiha was particularly powerful, and, upon attaining the Mangekyō Sharingan, he took control of the clan. Under his leadership the Uchiha grew stronger, conquering whatever clans they came upon, such that, whenever the Uchiha clan was hired for a job, the opposing side would hire the Senju, and vice versa.

The Senju clan, grew tired of the endless fighting, and approached the Uchiha clan with a peace treaty. Madara feared that an alliance would lead the Uchiha to ruin, but his clan disagreed, and he was forced to accept. The two clans came together to form Konoha, with Hashirama Senju, leader of the Senju Clan, being selected as Hokage. Madara believed that this was proof that the Uchiha would be made subservient to the Senju, but his clan saw this only as his attempt to rekindle the flames of war. They turned their backs on him, and he defected. Following Madara's betrayal, the Second Hokage gave the Uchiha control of the Konoha Military Police Force as a sign of trust. According to Tobi, this was really just a way of keeping the Uchiha in check and out of Konoha's governing affairs. Over the years, some Uchiha, such as Setsuna, have figured out this motive's true meaning, and tried to rebel against the village as Madara did, but they found that it was too late to make a difference, as the Senju had already completely suppressed the Uchiha.

Years later, after the Nine-Tails' Attack on Konoha, Konoha began to suspect that an Uchiha was behind the attack. Tobi claimed that the Uchiha were relocated to a corner of the village so that they could be more easily monitored. The Uchiha interpreted this as confirmation of what Madara had warned them of years earlier, and began to plan overthrowing the village. One Uchiha, Itachi, disagreed with the coup d'état, and informed Konoha's leadership of what the Uchiha were up to. The Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi, tried to negotiate for a more peaceful approach. This failed, and to prevent an uprising that would create another war, Itachi was ordered to wipe out the Uchiha.

Itachi spared only one Uchiha: his younger brother, Sasuke. Sasuke would spend the next few years trying to avenge their family by killing Itachi, something Itachi had planned for from the very beginning. Once accomplishing this goal, Sasuke learned of Tobi's existence. Tobi told Sasuke about the Uchiha's history and why Itachi had wiped out the Uchiha, prompting Sasuke, with Tobi's help, to resolve to destroy Konoha.

Description: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and expelled from the mouth in a massive orb of roaring flame or as a continuous flamethrower. The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater on the ground's surface. This technique apparently requires more than average chakra reserves and most genin should not be able to do this technique.
The Uchiha clan also uses this technique as a "coming of age" rite and as such was a common and one of the more favoured technique amongst them.[3]

Description: This technique creates a volley of small fireballs, which are sent flying in an unpredictable manner assaulting the enemy. Shuriken can also be concealed within the flames, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. Like the flames, the shuriken can be controlled with chakra. For the most part, however, this technique is used as a distraction.

Jutsu Name: Dragon Fire Technique

Description: The user breathes fire along a cord or any other type of long object, which rushes forward in straight line catching the enemy on fire. A line of enemies can be used as the conductor as well.[2] The flames are meant to target, and assault the enemy's upper body just like a projectile weapon.
While the technique is shown in the anime to be even larger and more devastating than Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique (and being able to melt rock), in the manga it is shown to be just a small burst of flame running along a line of wire.

Description: This technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces.

It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique. Kabuto demonstrated the ability to use it a short distance away from the target instead of through direct contact.[2]

It can become even more effective by using it together with the Sharingan, allowing the user to precisely shoot for the enemy's vital points.

Description: The original Chidori gained its power by shaping it into a form sufficient for an electrical discharge and using it together with the user's own "thrust". This technique uses Shape Transformation to form the original Chidori into a spear or blade-shape, adapting it for mid-range attacks with a maximum range of about five metres.[2] Although it's less powerful than the Chidori, its increased range means there is less of a risk to the user. It also has the advantage of being able to be used for surprise attacks and capturing.

When the enemy's body is pierced, the user can alter the spear's shape into multiple additional blades, increasing the number of wounds. The blade can also be swung in order to cut things as well as cause fatal injuries.

As genjutsu is initially used to confuse the enemy, this technique, which sends it right back to its caster, deals a high amount of mental damage, more than anything else.

History: Kino was born outside of the village gates of Konohagakure, he was found in a small home out in the forest of Konohagakure as a small baby, seemingly not even a year old yet. His kekkei genkai was unknown, same as his clan, they had never been able to find out his clan, he seemed to have been abandoned. His parents were no where to be found.


The years passed, Kino became older, his real age still unknown but most likely around the age of five, he began his training to become a shinobi, to become a great ninja in Konohagakure. He had discovered his first element, before he had even entered the academy, it was fire, a common element, it seemed to be used most in shinobi, that Kino has seen anyways. He had trained the fire ball jutsu, and practiced hard in these years, before he would decide to even consider entering the shinobi academy. He had trained a few jutsu, most well known for being an Uchiha technique. He had practiced in his taijutsu and genjutsu also. He had activated his first tomoe in these years finding out that his clan was Uchiha.


He had soon entered the shinobi academy in Konohagakure, he was about the age of seven now, his parents had been found and they had revealed his age, and other sorts of info about Uchiha and his family, Kino had learned much about the Uchiha clan and the sharingan, he had learned about the Mangekyou Sharingan. He and his family had went back to live with each other, his parents had received no punishment, but they had to raise Kino again, they had gave info to Kino about the ability of the sharingan, and Mangekyou Sharingan. He had focused on his studies, gaining the second and third tomoe in these years.


At genin, his father had taught him an A ranked ninjutsu, Chidori. Kino had learned this quicker then other people who had learned this, his father was the only person who seemed to know Chidori however, though, there could have been more people. His genin years was spent in training and doing missions, he was assigned a team just as all genin were, he had a sensei and two other genin on this team.


Kino, had taken the exams to become chuunin, the chuunin exams. He and his team had joined up. He had easily passed, along with the others in his team, the first exam, by using the third tomoe to copy off of the other people in the exam, his team mates had their ways to pass. They had taken the second exam as a team, Kino already was more advanced then most chuunin, due to having a second element and still being an early age to even enter the chuunin exams. His team had passed the second exams, the third exams Kino had to fight the other male genin on his team, he had won and became the first chuunin on his team.


As a chuunin, he was sent on higher ranked missions, some with his old team, some with a new team, some by his self. He had been training less and less, but had trained some new techniques for chiidori, and a few genjutsu techniques, until he was offered to take Jounin exams.


A few years had passed, he was a jounin, he passed on his first try in the exams. He was now thirteen, he had a few jutsu and was younger then most Jounin, he was even younger the some Chuunin. He had been sent on high ranked missions, yet had not recieved a team of genin that he would be sensei of yet. - present day
